Before I apply i want to know the rules on how i rule and treat my citizens, can i control the press? Eliminate free speech? Eliminate basically every right in the U.S. Bill of Rights? Basically can I do whatever i want besides hurting other fellow nations?

No, you have to have a descent number of human rights. You can control the press, and i you want enlimnate free speech. But have some rights.

Yes we do have some rights such as you are allowed to have guns if you are of a clear background (if our fathers of our children teach them to shoot a gun at the age of 5 then they will make great soldiers). We also have freedom of the known religions, catholic, Protestant, Orthodox Christianity are allowed and Islam and Judaism are allowed too, but no Islamic law (there are large numbers of Muslims in the Balkan Peninsula so we can't outlaw it without ending up like Hitler.
