"People of Vostria, today marks a new era for our great nation! Our Constitution has been finalised and I can proudly state that the first Vostrian General Election is now OPEN! Democracy has finally come to Vostria and the power is now in the hands of the people! I ask everyone to go out and vote so the government can be officially established.

We wish to open talks with all nations who support our new regime. We wish to establish embassies and begin the discussion of trade and military treaties. Our fertile nation is rich in oil and minerals and we wish to share these with our protectors and friends. In regards with those nations that have openly declared war against us, a new democratic and free nation, I shall say but one thing. We shall fight to the death to defend these shores and defend the freedom we have been fighting for for so long. Tyranny shall not return to these lands!

We welcome all foreign friendly troops, but for the security of our nation we will have to post restrictions. No foreign troops are to be placed within the capitol city or are they to be placed within 30 miles of our oil fields. These will be held by Vostrian troops. We ask all foreign friendly troops to secure the other cities and towns and to begin distributing supplies. We ask them to crack down on crime and any armed enemies of our regime. We further ask that you help the voting cycle by setting up voting booths and ensuring the safety of voters.

We are willing to send representatives and diplomats to any nations who wish to start diplomatic talks and they are already en route to many nations that have declared their interest in furthering diplomatic alliances.

Valery Zorkin today returned from Inabi after successful negotiating a number of military and economic treaties with the nation. Mr Zorkin spoke of his trip and described the Inabi people as "a very dignified people, full of respect and honour." He went on to say "They treated me like an esteemed guest and the entire trip was of a high calibre. The talks went well and they were very humble in the discussions. I hope what I secured for this fine nation will benefit both us and them."

The Inabi Conference led to the first treaty signed by the new regime and Alexander Kerensky went on to say "I hope this is the first of many. Vostria will grow into a fine nation and hopefully continue its growth within the world stage."

It is hereby declared that Solyhniya not only recognises the new state, but also places this state under its direct military protection. A force of 400,000 full-time soldiers of the Army of Solyhniya (Войсько Солигнії) including armoured brigades are ready, with official permission, to be deployed for defensive purposes in the nation of Vostria. Initial deployment shall include 50,000 troops with air support; further deployment shall be reached if there is an augmentation of threat.

Additionally, a surplus of AM-120 (can be seen on Solyhniya's "Armory" tab included in signature) designated marksman's battle rifles shall be made available to the Vostrian armed forces at no cost, along with manuals, magazines, 7.62x51 NATO ammunition and basic attachments. More armaments can be purchased at a subsidised cost.

In summary, the KRS is ready and will stop at nothing to preserve self-determination and the freedom of the Vostrian People.

The Conference had been going on for 3 days now and still nothing had been reached. The many publications and documents that Kerenksy had wrote had been torn to shreds and his ideas were called to radical. It was obvious that the Conference was divided and a decision wasn't going to come soon but unfortunatly, time was not on Kerensky's side. Some people wanted a complete democracy, others a single party state and a few, not many, even a monarchy.

Kerensky knew what he wanted. He wanted a socialist state that was acoountable to its people and was there to protect the people. He had brought all his ideas and theories together into one document. He called the People's Charter... To him it was a perfect creation and would lead to the perfect state. However, he was struggleing to confince the conference members. He was even considering simply bypassing the conference and letting his loyal followers and devotees become his government.

The Charter made the state officially responsible for the people. It set out 3 branches, the legislature being the People's Assembly, the executive being the Council and the Judicary being the Law Courts. He wanted a single party state where the Socialist Democratic Party was the sole party of Vostria and the people elected representatives to the Assembly every 4 years. This meant that people put aside their political differences and instead focussed on simply providing for the people.

He had to get something sorted and quick. The people were getting restless but some of the supplies and troops that had been promised had arrived and that gave him a few more days. He was pleased though, his nation had spread its wings and already had built up many diplomatic ties. It was already a member of numerous alliances but what had made Kerensky truely happy was that Vostria had been choosen by the KRS.

Maybe becoming the protectorate of this fine nation would be a great thing for Vostria. The KRS could help rebuild this nation and as a father raises his son maybe the same could occur here. He decided he would send a message to the KRS, he would ask for a represntative to come and help with the rebuilding process and the conference. Maybe the KRS could help with the Conference aswell.

Vostria would be a Socialist State and Alexander Kerensky would lead it to a brighter and better future!

What is most important, in our eyes, is that in light of the reasons for the recent revolution, the People's will be held sacrosanct from now on. We propose a referendum be carried out in Vostria for the form of government to be created. If any system has a two thirds majority, then Solyhniya will accept that choice and we would implore all other nations to act likewise. We also propose a Solyhniyan-style "vote of no confidence" system, whereby politicians are held accountable at all times by the electorate.

To summarise this proposal and to take part in the conference, the President or "Hetman" of the KRS, Vadym Kovaljenko would normally be present. However, as we are sure you already know, there was a terrorist attack last night at a conference in Novaya Saxonia between the Solyhniyan and Kurzhevsky heads of state. The death toll is estimated to be more than ninety-five and includes the President of Kurzhevsk, Sajid Ivanovich. Both the KRS and Kurzhevsk are in shock, and whilst I am nonetheless relieved to say that Hetman Kovaljenko was not seriously harmed, the Premier and I both do not believe that he should be sent anywhere until all threats are accounted for and this tragic incident understood.

Instead, I will take his place. Understandably, I will have to bring an armed entourage along with diplomatic staff. I feel it would be expedient for our security forces to work together in keeping this conference safe and peaceful.

As a fascist police state, can you really afford to dictate about oppressive régimes?

Vostria today declared its independence from what the people are calling ‘the tyrannical reign of the Tzar’. Tzar Sergei Dusan was overthrown as a popular uprising occurred throughout the nation. The people, some armed, raided the Imperial Palace in what has been dubbed by some political commentators ‘the greatest public movement in the history of Vostria.’ The mob broke through the main gate and began to search the building for the Tzar’s family with the intention, some thought, of placing them under popular arrest to face trail. However, the family hasn’t been found and many believe they have fled the nation.

The uprising comes after many years of popular unrest. The Tzar has been accused of being a puppet of foreign powers and using the nation’s economy as a personal bank account. It appears that much of the revenue and products made by the nations industry where used by the monarchy to secure personal relations and strengthen their own position within the world.

This in turn meant that the people of Vostria never saw the fruits of their labour as the money created was not put back into the nation but was rather kept by the royalty or invested in foreign businesses. This meant that the economy and industries of Vostria was on its knees struggling to cope with increasing social and domestic problems.

The education system and health system was dangerously underfunded and the military and police forces had slowly shrunk leaving the nation under protected and at serious threat from foreign aggressors. It appears that the Tzar’s announcement of increased taxes finally sparked the popular discontent which was further provoked by speakers within the crowds. The main squares of the capital where swarmed and soon pockets of violent elements where persuading the crowd to overthrow the monarchy.

The Palace Guard did little to resist the public and it is thought that the military throughout the nation laid down its arms. At 11.00, Alexander Kerensky, a local revolutionary and political thinker gave an announcement from Red Square, the biggest city square in Vostria and situated in front of the Imperial Palace.

“I hereby declare that the state of Vostria is now an independent entity. I ask all nations of the world to recognise this great state and assist us in redeveloping and the rebuilding of our proud nation. I ask the people of Vostria to return to their homes and carry on best as possible. I and a number of great political and public figures from Vostria are to begin discussions as to how the nation is to go forth. Until that time I declare a state of martial law, all crime will be punished and so I ask for an end to continued violence that the recent years have seen.

I fear foreign aggressions and so I ask all free nations of the world to come to our aid both military and economically. I will also publically announce that the Tzar has fled the nation and so I declare him and his family public enemies of this state. They must not be harmed; I repeat they must not be harmed. They may have caused much pain but we must remain civilised, especially in this time of turmoil. I ask every nation to refuse the Tzar entry and return them to Vostria for a public and fair trial.

No longer shall Vostria be a puppet state for the corrupt and oppressive powers of this world. Vostria shall be a state for its people and it shall endure for years to come!

Make sure he knows we want to make relations with him even thought we aren't the current government and are considered terrorist by some we are communists and the needs of the people our in our minds even if they aren't in our nation.Also in the letter include that if need be we can supply him with military forces to ensure security and help distribution as we have done this in the past". One of our naval fleets ran into some trouble on deployment and it's held me up moving units to your nation. However, as you read this, the Navy's 12th Battle Group is preparing to leave a Monahtan naval base and the Army's 8th Infantry Division and 33rd Armor Battalion are boarding transport aircraft soon to be bound to Vostria. Upon arrival, Lieutenant General Vladik Anisimov will serve as your communication link between Vostria and Monahtan and although he will remain in direct command of the Monahtan forces, he has been instructed to assist you, and your military and civilian leaders, with whatever you deem necessary.

The first troops landing in Vostria would be the 8th Army Infantry Division aboard twenty-four, Airbus A380 transport aircraft carrying approximately five-hundred soldiers per flight as well as one tank belonging to the 33rd Armor Battalion. Following that, an additional seventy A380 aircraft will land twice a day for a total of one-hundred eighty eighty flights carrying two tanks each. The 8th Infantry will land all at once and be ready for orders, however the 33rd Armor will not be operational until all MBTs arrive. The 12th Battle Group of the Republican Navy will be en route and will arrive shortly after the 8th Infantry.
