After receiving the message from the Dimensional Core, Tross thought carefully. He could take this precious chance and launch a massive attack against the VCMR forces, hopefully devastating them in the absence of the sleeper platform, or he could take the somewhat more sensible path. That is, he could decide to uphold the agreement made between the two powers and allow the VCMR to do business as planned. Eventually, he decided to go with the latter option. He ordered his crew members to quickly send a message to the Dimensional Core to inform the entity of his decision.

We are now detecting this. We will allow you to pull your platform out of this universe without interfering. However, we will be monitoring your actions very closely. If we see anything that indicates that your forces are attempting to make an offensive or are taking aggressive actions against our forces, we will annihilate each and every one of your ships. You have been warned, so tread carefully.

R-0-8 Gamma

The fleet got the message, but the captain knew they had thier orders wich came directly from the Emperor. They were here to crush the uprising.

The Rammers started advancing towards the undentified fleet, the Suffocaters started following thier example. The Rammers picked up speed and thier spiky front were closing in on one of the ships in the fleet. As the Suffocaters were advancing, yet slowly, the small extra-fleet appeared behind the Suffocaters and they seemed disoriented and confused

R0-0-8

As soon as the enemy fleet started advancing, the Ravagery battleships met it with a spray of weapons fire and a cloud of complement craft. When the second fleet warped in, it joined the fray. Taking advantage of the temporary surprise of the strange craft, the second fleet split in two and attempted to outflank them. Four battleships split off from the main group, made a short warp jump to directly 'under' one of the jellyfish like-creatures, and launched a volley of fire at its underside. Two of them proceeded to fire their Planetbuster cannons, dispensing petatons of destructive force. In case the small gathering of batleships would prove insufficient to take on the foreign ships, nearly two hundred ships of the same class were assembled just a single light-year away, along with over a thousand Hound-Class raiding ships and a disproportionately large swarm of fighters.

Somewhere... out in the void...

"They are negotiating a peace agreement, I feel." said the one voice, which did not speak with sound but with thought.

"Really? Wait... Is that good or bad?" said the cat with the high-pitched voice. The high pitched voice was indeed sound, but it was magic sound, which made it much better for void communications.

"On the positive side, they are not destroying anything. On the negative side, they are not destroying each other. We should send this information on to ask for more opinions on our course of action." said the rapid, digital voice that spoke with tachyon signals, which made them perfect for traversing space time. The great thing about speaking faster than light was being able to spend time thinking about what you want to say, and then saying it backwards in time to arrive at the best moment. Comebacks were always delivered immediately, and jokes had perfect timing.

"Hold on... there is conflict," the psionic being remarked, "which should be investigated."

"I am already scouting ahead." the digital being said, disappearing into warp.

The forces at work in this section of the omniverse did not yet know of MACROCOSM. But they would soon.

R0-0-08, G-Continuum, Whatever

Ignispila, a scout unit of MACROCOSM, emerged from the void, Clockwork Staff tearing through spacetime and sealing it back up. She was in "empty" space, of course, but that meant little when you were a robot and didn't need to breathe. Her internal warp drive activated, carrying her to her destination: a conflict erupting between two forces that both had a fondness for giant jellyfish. Her scanners fed her "real time" information, so she knew what was going on.

Two of those multiversal destroyers were fighting again, obviously.

She saw no reason to stop it. As long as they killed themselves, and not others, it was okay. Ignispila activated her Clockwork Staff again, slipping back into the void.

Continuum A
SLP3

At this point, SLP3's tendrils had fully been engulfed by their respective portals and the ring of dimension-transiting gateways was now moving incredibly rapidly along its central structural disc. Only about three minutes remained until the Hyperion dimensional cannons at the center would be displaced from this universe altogether, and since the Sleeper Platform was headed for an exceedingly remote metaverse they would be unable to target any of the combatants here.

Meanwhile, onboard AIs collaborated with the Dimensional Core to try to disable Cannon 1's links to its gravitational warheads, one at a time, very slowly but hopefully before the cannon would fire off whatever it had loaded. It remained to be seen whether the nanite infiltrators would redouble their efforts or try to evacuate before they were pulled away into the inhospitable metaverse of Rε0.

All other VCMR forces had long since left this universe by now; even the soda-can-sized scout probes had been recalled as to fully uphold the intent of the Treaty of R0-0-8. The only thing left was to wait for the Ravagery to deliver their prisoners of war (or, at minimum, their biomass as the treaty stated) to R0-5 and hope they kept their word in signing it.
"I guess everything really does happen at once sometimes."

The VCMR is likely far less interested in interfering with those below than it used to be.

Universe R0-0-8
SLP3
Hyperion Dimensional Cannon 1

The constructs emitted a tachyonic yell of triumph as the weapon activated, only to hiss in dismay as the universe failed to be dramatically destroyed. Searching for the reason behind the failure of their plot, the Swarm shrunk down to plank-scale, and warped away from the rapidly retreating VCMR war machine. Plan B was of corsets' an option, as it would most certainly annihilate the Ravagery vessels left behind from the invasion, but it would not be used until the cause of the failure could be identified, and it could be asserted that the detonation would not be in vain.

The sub-vendites scanned nearby space, hoping to locate a potential cause for the failure of the Dimensional Cannon (being completely unaware of the fact that it took some time to fire), and identified a likely target: the Ringworld that the VCMR and the Ravagery had used to negotiate their treaty. Activating their FTL drives, they warped towards the megastructure.

Diplomatic Ringworld

Suddenly, near the ringworld's host star, tens of thousands of portals began to appear. Out of interuniversal space, countless ships poured out into the system and formed small fleets at various points, mostly high above the atmosphere of the megastructure. Untold -illions of smallcraft descended upon the giant ring like flies descend upon a corpse, with transports and shuttles deploying countless ground troops. From above the upper atmosphere, bulky freighters dropped siege engines to the surface, and orbital siege engines even further out moved into position. This was not, however, an invasion- it was merely the Ravagery's showy way of staking its claim in a universe surrounded by enemies.

Invasion Fleet Beta

Near the front line of Invasion Fleet Beta, the second and second-largest invasion fleet, a much larger group of interuniversal portals started to open. Out of the portals came a flood of -illions of ships and siege engines. After the flow of military might had gone on for several minutes, ten giant objects exited the portals. One by one, then Awe-Class ships and their complements entered the universe, causing a considerable increase in the overall firepower of the Ravagery's occupation forces.

Invasion Fleet Alpha

Just like all over the captured universe, a web of portals to storage universes burst into existence, belching out countless ships, siege engines, and weaponized megastructures. After quite some time of deploying vessels, the portals began to push something incredibly massive into the universe. First came a stream of Demigod-Class and Awe-Class ships, saturating the universe with potential firepower. After these ships had situated themselves inside the largest of the four invasion fleets, the largest ship yet deployed to a universe within VCMR territory began to emerge from the portals. It was so large that it was entirely invisible, with the exception of an expanding sphere of visibility on its forward hull, due to the hindrance of lightspeed, even more so than other large ships the Ravagery used. It was detectable using FTL sensors, though, causing it to be a sort of eerie 'Superluminal Ghost'. Once the bulk of it had exited the portals, they began to quickly dissolve into smaller and smaller quantum disturbances until they were mere ripples in the minuscule fabric of quantum foam, ripples that would undoubtedly impact the course of events within the universe billions of years down the line, but had absolutely no effects at the present. Once at that scale, they slipped out of the 'cracks' in the sea of foam and out of the universe. The hulking behemoth left behind was a true giant- in fact, the size of an average observable universe. It quickly became the godly overseer of the occupying Ravagery forces, with fleets organizing themselves around it in seas of vessels. The Ravagery was here- and it was here to stay.

Universe R0-0-8

The microscopic horde had traveled to within a mere Light-Minute of the Ringworld, but before they could investigate the megastructure, a vast armada appeared throughout the star system, descending on the construct like vultures that have sensed a great feast. Across the Omniverse, the Overseer Network observed the former VCMR territory as a truly gigantic influx of Ravagery ships swarmed into their newly acquired territory, presenting a truly formidable defence that would be nigh-impossible to overcome with conventional tactics. Thankfully for the Swarm and its masters, they would not have to rely on conventional tactics.

Of course, there was still the risk that the Orb would fail, and that there was indeed some unknown device preventing the utter annihilation of R0-0-8, however this opportunity to deal a serious blow against the enemy was far too tempting to be ignored. The longer the sub-vendites maintained a presence in the universe, the more likely became their detection, and destruction. Within a few zeptoseconds, the Network had made up its collective mind: R0-0-8 would be destroyed, along with every Ravagery vessel that currently called it home.

The robot guarding the Orb received this command with solemn acceptance, knowing that its sacrifice would wipe out untold enemy warriors and vessels. Its compatriots near the Ringworld vanished through a femtoscopic portal, returning to the safety of Swarm occupied space an instant before the guardian activated the device under its care. In an instant, all matter within the universe gained infinite mass, collapsing into a universe-wide singularity as the fabric of reality itself was ripped apart the gravitational devastation of the super weapon. R0-0-8 was no more.
