Well getting peacekeeping troops into Menthi might be a little difficult.

Oh ok. This should be interesting. Your supporting the 'fascists' I see. There seems to be more than two sides to this you know. For instance, while my country is not a fan of communism/socialism, neither do we support the nationalists. We are more on the side of the Bull than any other. We also have our main hate at Parsoh, not Ganos. I can't wait to see the who other nations support/hate.

Well, if you want to land anything much more than a small force in Menthi, you're going to have to use a deepwater dock. That means either Parsoh docks or Quoris City.

Parsoh is cut off following Significance's attacks on the tunnels. Caracasus will not let you land troops to march through to Menthi in support of Ganos.

He want Ganos and him to be allies. Although I doubt it from what little I know of Ganos, Ganos doesn't seem to be behind the nationalists, so I doubt they'll work with Flauc to make the nationalists take power. Just my theory though, have to wait for Ganos to respond.

I never said you were violent, I just meant your putting a very interesting point of view across. Any socialist nations who find out your plans are likely not going to be happy. With one hand you want peace for Menthi, on the other, you sound corrupt. And of like Ganos lol.

The basis would be because we don't like the idea of several thousand soldiers whose allegiance is unknown to us running around in an unstable country right on our doorstep.... not too unreasonable I think.

I don't really know myself. Two explanations. He tried to through Caracus but failed, as shown by one of Caracus' post. Or, he did what I did and used landing craft to ship whatever was on his ships to shore, which would take slightly longer than just going to a deep water port.

By the way, I'm still not helping Ganos in Menthi by sending troops there. If I wanted to, I could use them against it. Basically, I'm trying to create semi-friendly relations as a base of negotiation regarding Menthi.

You can possible blame Significance too, because that attack couldn't have been rebels. If Peace had had his way people would just assume rebels due to his plan being more covert. But of course someone didn't listen to orders and now the blame game begins.
