All of the miners are on the ship at the moment... What they do is they crack the planet by pulling a HUGE chunk of the planet out by gravity teathers then they send miners down to mine it.

Mutated humans basically...

There are your normal (for lack of a better word) generic mutated space monster. These usually have blades instead of arms. Pump enough rounds into them and they should die... Or cut off their limbs with plasma saws... That works too.

There are the big ones that have been severly mutated, their arms act some what as shields and if you shoot them under their arms they usually die or play dead.

There are small ones that are dispersed from a semi-small monster, they come at you in large groups and rip out chunks of your skin. If you get caught by too many of these its very difficult to fight off.

There are random monsters that nest them selves in the walls and shoot smaller monsters at you.

Cutting off limbs and such is better than shooting at them, they have to lose A LOT of blood before they die.

I was thinking more like plasma saws but AKs will work I suppose.

I dont know about you guys but I really love my characters in these RPs, I get very attached to them.

By any chance, if you get cut by the things are you going to turn? I saw it in the Dead Space Prologue movie. I think i'll put Alex got cut when he grabbed the arms, just to make it interesting.

In downfall it just drove that guy crazy, the one that got bit, but I think that was just because of the marker. No, corpses and people are turned by getting engulfed by the baby monsters. They are key to the infection process.
