GNV votes in favor of Korean crisis

this morning our Representative in the UST voted in favor of sending aid in the form of humanitarian and military support in order to help the suffering masses from the shores of Korea(DPRK) while sending 2,000 peacekeepers to assure the equal distribution of aid among the general public with orders to defend the interests of our country within that region of the world.

the Dutch mission to Korea will last from March 20th to November 1st of 2016 and will conclude with the withdrawal of peacekeepers.

CRIMEA CONTINUES TO BE DISPUTED

After liberating the region from the Russians, Vietussians are still having a difficult time fighting against the Russian opposition. With limited and spread out resources, Crimea could soon fall. Vietussia has begun to consolidate many forces at the border to push away any Russian troops.

Vietussia has started to use the planes in captured factories to begin concentrated airstrikes on Russian hotpockets of troops. This is in hope that the Russians will drastically begin to lose forces and be forced to surrender.

Military enlists are on the rise, and the military is starting to marginally increase spending. With the high morale of Vietussian troops, there is little standing in their way.

The Battle of Novorossisyk and Sochi has broken out. 50,000 Vietussian troops are marching forward towards the cities in hope to strike a marginal blow to the Russians by capturing two cities.

this morning at 10:30 am 12,000 Dutch infantrymen landed on the shores of the Antilles meeting little opposition from the local population or Insurgents.

at approximately 3:00 pm local insurgents ambushed a military convoy from the 7th infantry inflicting heavy casualties among our men in uniform using AK-47s bought from Marxist Cuba managing to take out 4 of our armored personal carriers before withdrawing from the scene.

GNV sinks North Korean Merchant ship off the coast of Japan

this morning the crew of the SS Ghent sunk a North Korean freighter off the coast of Japan suspected of shipping high contents of uranium along with munitions for the DPRK's ill gotten games this event comes just three weeks after the Communist regime denounced our beloved homeland.

5:50-a member of the Ghent's crew sights a merchant vessel over the radar heading in the general direction of North Korea.
6:15-the SS Pyongyang tries to prevent its interception by changing course
6:35-the Ghent increases it speed to 15 knots before its captain orders the crew to open fire using 15 inch guns.

GNV condemns Grand Terres

this morning Radio Netherlands release a statement made by our prime minister Geert Wilders condemning the aggressive actions of Grand Terres regarding their counterparts in Newfoundland which is as followed:

GNV prepares for a invasion of the Antilles

this morning the Dutch armed forces high command sent a urgent message from the Hague ordering the garrisons of the Antilles to begin fortifying their military bases in preparation for a suspected invasion.

more troops will be sent from the Netherlands and Flanders to add to the troops already in Cuba and the Antilles in order to maintain standards of security within our strongholds.

The Russians were very willing to end the war, as it had lead to the deaths of many Russians in combat (around 100,000). Vietussians were also willing, as the war caused them around 70,000 deaths. Overall, around 200,000 people (including civillians) died in the 5-month conflict. That's around the population of Samoa.

All in all, the war was very bloody, but in the end, a common point was met.

Arbakovana and Venezia have existed for a long time - thriving great when they first found themselves gallivanting around the Balkans and conquering who they saw, but that time of glory and supremacy had passed now. All these two states were now, is just in the modern day, or once existing countries of Yugoslavia (Arbakovana) and Slovenia and North East Italy (Venezia). Of course - they were rich. Quite rich indeed, their combined GDP being just under $4 trillion, but of course, little did that matter as their commonwealth gradually splits apart...

They don't like each other. They probably never will again. Arbakovana has a bad taste for massacres of minor ethnicities who become major, and Venezia has had a bad taste for still not evolving to the 'modern standard' of democracy, still a Kingdom - albeit very small. They're like a pair of horribly matched office workers, whom have to meet each other everyday no matter what. But they wonder, both, if they could in some way hurt the other.

Their commonwealth was all a lie since the fall of their huge (just the Balkans lol) Empire.

A ski-masked man burst out the door to the roof of a highrise building, in Venice City - Venezia. In his hands he carried a case, green, with the Arbakovanan flag stamped upon it. Just at the railing of the roof, he lays down the case and opens it - revealing the multiple pieces of a piece-it-together rocket launcher, what the Arbakovanans call the ARN-87A, a design evolved from what some could call a crossbreed of the M2CG and RPG-18 - though it came first.

The very shady looking man - obviously with aggressive motives, looked down upon the Venezian Royal Palace, which of course was well defended. But he didn't care. He just wanted to kill the King, Ercole Di Nicola III. If one stood close to him they could see he bore the emblem of the National Defence Coalition of Arbakovana emprinted onto the sleeves of his coat - it was raining in Venice City right now.

He'd assembled the ARN-87A now, and loaded in the 110mm thermobaric warhead. It was going to be a messy day for the Venezian royalists. With haste - he took a deep breath as he looked down the scope, focusing down onto the bedroom of the King, which was conveniently placed at the front of the palace. The King liked waking up to see the city sprawled just outside his window, and that would make his downfall easier.

The operative fired the thermobaric rocket, which zoomed down towards the royal palace with much noise and speed - it's trail growing hot and red with heat and flame as it propelled itself as a rocket, into the front of the palace, before releasing a huge cloud of fuel-air. Which it then ignites, causing a massive explosion, completely destroying the frontal-section of the royal palace - including Ercole Di Nicola III, being fried in the explosion along with almost 30 royal guards and servants.

Venezia was rebelling now - at least the politically aware.
