Once the captain had disappeared and Abdul realized he was left on the ship with his guards and the foreign officers, he couldn't help but crack a smile and laugh saying: "What troubled times we live in" and whispers to his staff to retrieve seats for the remaining Artemisian guests. The nature of the meeting is in regards to an invasion of New Flufladland in order to root out the Al-Farsi Front and stabilize the country after the collapse of it's government. The Flufladians before the collapse were an old territory of the Etrian Empire and staunch Etrian allies, possibly the closest, however once the AFF took hold of the country it has slowly been ground to a simple hiding place for the rebels with no civil government or military to speak of.

A prominent Etrian commander of the army introduces the council to plans drawn up by himself and his equals in the navy and airforce:
"I am General Mesute Bousaid, and my comrades and i believe the coming war in the west can be won quickly if we use only our greatest assets, leaving non-mechanized units on the border until gains meet near victory conditions to be used as clean up of opposing forces"

"Operation: November Frost will begin with guided munition strikes launched from Aurora class destroyers targeting SAM sites and airfields to minimize losses to airforce personnel and assaulting infantry. Once these targets are dealt with, air superiority fighters and ground attack aircraft will have free reign to destroy ammunition depots and strongholds outside of city limits to give access of the open country solely to our ground forces. The final stage will be the use of 1^st and 2^nd shock divisions to smash what remains of the border resistance and push all opposing forces in the east of the country into the cities"

Today politicians of MLC have started campaigning for signatures all around MLC to run in the URC (United Republic Council) elections to gain seats or to become General of State. To run for the URC election a Party/Organization/League/Alliance needs to get 100,000 signatures. They need to get those signatures in 9-12 days. After 9/12 days the "parties" hand over their signatures and those "parties" with +100,000 signatures go over and start campaigning "for real" for the URC election. This campaigning lasts about 5 days.

Bells chimed in Poulton-with-Fearnhead. It was early afternoon and not much was going on in the nation. People were going about their daily lives, not knowing if anything was about to change. Seven men all part of the illegal Fearnheadian mafia, met that very afternoon in the local cafe, to discuss private matters that were to happen that very afternoon.

As the last one arrived, they began to confer with each other in very hush voices. This seemed to continue for some time, until the street lights faintly illuminated the pavement pathetically. One man, pulled open a briefcase and laid it on the table. Inside where certain weapons, containing guns, medicines, knives, syringes, poisons and grenades. He quickly dragged it off the table, making an ear piercing screech, as it scratched the table.

The streets were now fully in the light of the lamps. An orange glow laden them with light. Luckily for the seven, the streets were unpopulated and to their advantage, they knew they could walk down the streets without being seen. Which, obviously, they did. It was quite clear that en route, they stopped at various places to place down time bombs and various other equipment. No one saw. This became very unfortunate in later days.

After walking for roughly five miles or so the gang stopped and looked at each other.

"it is done" one said.
"we meet here tomorrow at dawn to carry out the plan" spoke another
"we shall see each other then" someone ended.

With that, they dismissed each other with a salute and headed in various directions, presumably to their own homes. Then all was quiet. Not a sound could be heard anywhere. Except, maybe, in the distance a car. Seconds passed.

A car silently rolled past.

The "billions" description is an intentional godmod, I have to fight against an entire interstellar coalition in the WAF event and therefore requires a large force to make it remotely interesting.

The first officer spoke, and the second followed.

"Our contract demands that we are to be given permission for the construction of 22 material harvesting facilities, an offshore orbital ascender, and a transportation link, all within the territories of the Etrian Federation. Those facilities will, of course, be hiring the maximum amount of natives and managed by a remote authority, proper education on the specialties will be provided."

After the second officer spoke, the third one, a tall figure enshadowed in a OEU(Omni-Enviromental Utility) armour, finished the conversation.

"We also have to remind you that during the duration of the contract, our sovereignty within the boundaries of our facilities are not to be offended by any power on this planet, and the First Expeditionary Fleet will be on standby to ensure their safety."

"That is all, we must depart for now."

And the small crowd watched as three flashes of cyan rays shot towards the looming heavens.

"Sir, the Second Expeditionary Force is 97 percent assembled, and the ships will be ready in two months. The entirety of the force's commanding authority is at your hands." The senior technician, Rond Kerei, administrator's most trusted adviser, approaches with a data screen before him. Decederai give him a raise of hand and frowned at the interruption of his non-broken melody.

"Yes, I wholly understand. Now, please spare me a moment, this kind of scene rarely appears in theera of Tranquility, and I must memorize the moment for later accounts. We will have to wait a little more before we strike, and when we strike, it shall bring about the greatest of feasts."

And his voice was once again drowned by the bombastic vibration of Apotheosis 5.

Kilometers above, massive monstrosities crept along the Gaian orbit. With the deal finished and the foreigners gone, Abdul sends word to dock the ship in the port of Etria Nova and prepare the envoy to move on rail back to the Capitol to prepare for war. The prime minister has been receiving updates on the planning process from the security council and has given consent to move forward with preparations.

"We will banish these scum from the Etrian world forever" thought Abdul. He looks at his handheld and contemplated what the consequences of this war would be for his country, the incorporation of new lands, introduction of a large impoverished population and new concerns for the government to deal with to make these new people happy with their new government. Then he remembered, "first things first, we must win the war to claim possession"

Once on the train, a staff officer greeted the Minister and cleared the details of "November Frost" and put together a report of units and objectives to go to the defense minister. Abdul looked over this report carefully. "Are we sure we want to force ourselves into urban combat once the initial forces are finished?" "Won't that prolong any sustainable victory?" He expresses his concerns. The staff officer replies "The vast majority of the people support our regime over the insurgency hands down, any conflict in the city will see Flufladian security forces swell beyond belief which leaves us in a favorable position afterwards"

The prime minister thinks about what he was just told and decides to agree. The date is set and the troops are preparing on the border and off shore, and planes are being armed. He finally decides "they won't know what hit them", the officer smiles and nods in agreement "we attack in one week"

When Citizens turn on their TV's and press "001" to go to the state owned TV channel "DelipInformationTransmitter" a digital clock is shown ticking down. Under the clock in white letters it says "URC Election Debate".

Meanwhile in the studio where the debate will happen the candidates walk to their seats.

And then the cameras turn on and then the host/moderator for today's debate walks up.
"Good day MLC. Live in the Spero State Building, Stanisław Lepiønom here and today we will have the URC Debate. Let us welcome the candidates from all the parties that have come here today." He says and turn around to face the candidates.
"Today we have 12 candidates here.
Fredrik Kjønsen from the MalLuCian Krønąski Communist Party"
Fredrik stood up and waved to the audience while their where clapping and sat down.
"Demonow Gletin from the Marx's Nature Party Alliance" Stanisław said and pointed his hand towards Demonow while the audience clapped.
"Thank you" said Demonow into the mic.
"Gongang Tulvaven from the Imperialist Left Alliance" Stanisław said and turned towards Gongang. Gongang stood up and saluted the audience. The audience was silent with only 12 people clapping.
"Demintrikow Glaskubti from the Unitary Alliance"
"Noah Atimboiu from the Socialist Workers League, Heugan Fren from the Northern Unification Organization, George Lapruv from the MalLuCian Socialist Shłolsitik Party, Anine Hamsjøn from the Progressive Spero Alliance, Leander Bęndærvik from the Alternative Organization, Klodina Bęndærvik from the Anti-Communist Alliance Jon Tagøn from the Conservative League and Katrina Jehołówsię from the National Alliance of Cities" Stanisław said and flew his hand over em all. All the candidates stood up and waved to the audience but Anine, Klodina and Katrina blew a kiss towards the audience. "The plan of this debate is that the voter's know what the "parties" and candidates stand for so they know who matches their ideology. Today we have 5 domestic questions and 5 international questions. Of course when a candidate has answered I and the other candidates are allowed to question him. So grab a drink and let us start"
As Stanisław was going to say the question Gongang took out a handgun out of his jacket and pointed it at Stanisław "Long live the people" he said before shooting Stanisław in the head. The 12 People in the audience took out handguns from under their seats and pointed them at the other people in the audience. "Down on the ground!" shouted one of the guys. Gongang walked over to Fredrik Kjønsen and Anine Hamsjøn and pointed a gun at Fredrik's head "Today I want to say to you, dear General of State that your little revolution is dead. As the Emperor of the Malutia Lusia Cialtian Imperium I find you and you love bird guilty of treason against the Empire." He walked behind Fredrik and pointed the gun to his head "Last words?". "Long live the revolution, people and king" as he was done Gongang pressed the trigger and Fredrik fell down to the ground, blood pouring out of his head. As Gongang walked over to Anine the doors flew up and the royal revolutionary guard walked in and pointed their rifles at Gongang and his helpers in the audience. "1.. 2.. 3.. fire!" the general said and the riflemen pressed their triggers and fired at Gongang. Gongang leapt to the side and took his arm around Annie's head and pointed the gun at her head.
Demonow jumped out of his chair and tackled Gongang to the ground. Gongang's handgun droped to the ground and fired a bullet into his shoulder. Demonow fell to the ground and Anine ran to the Royal Revolutionary guard. When the other politicians started to run to the Royal Revolutionary guard Gongang took his handgun and fired at them, killing 2. As the RRG and the politicians withdrew and ran outside they heard someone speak into a megaphone "This the Militarised Police of Spero. As of now we want RRG and the remaining part of the politicians to come and to get incarcerated for treason against the Empire. We will give you 40 seconds before we will fire at you.". The general said "At the back there is a car. If we can distract them can you drive of to the Parliamentary building? As of now they have a meeting and as the plan of Gongang is to take over the Parliamentary Building with the help of the military. The RRG are the only ones to have rejected the plan to overthrow the government. Even with the little time we had we have transported the king and his family to a safer place. Good luck".
"15… 14… 13…" the police officer said before the general said "1…2…3 fire! Run!" And the RRG got into a line and started to fire at the police. The politicians started to run back. The police started to fire back and picked of the politicians one by one till there were only 4 politicians left Anine, Klodina, Leander and Demonow.
When they ran back they saw the car. A old black Funda (Funda is a MalLuCian State owned car company). They opened up the doors and Leander went and sat himself in front of the wheel. "Where the hell are the bloody keys?" Leander said as he searched. "Here in the back" said Klodina and gave him the keys. They drove of and headed towards the Parliamentary Building. As they got closer they saw the Parliamentary Building burning with soldiers around it. Some where burning MLC flags and others where burning books and legislation's and copies of the constitution. Then they saw it. A long red carpet with 151 people kneeling down with blindfold around their heads. They where the 151 out of the 163 members of parliament. Then a line of soldiers walked behind them. A general walk up and said "Today you shall be executed for your treasons against Arcadia and the Empire by supporting the Communist ideas of the state and your respective parties. Now we must say goodbye to you and wish that you had a for filling live. 1. 2. 3!"
And as they fired, one by one the parliament died.
Now there where only 4 surviving members of the parliament. Anine. Leander. Klodina. Demonow. As they drove of the the north to where the king was Gongang had taken over the southern part of MLC and declared in a televised speech that the old regime has died and that a new expansionist government has taken over. He also called the north for terrorists for not expecting the new regime.
Now MLC is in a civil war where there is split in two. South MLC a right wing dictatorial regime that wants to establish a militaristic Empire with the help of the military and North MLC a communist Semi-Democratic regime that wants to establish a unified MLC by the help of the RRG, the people and gorilla groups.

(Taluss, Central Etrius-Flufladland border)
In the early hours of the morning, Etrians living in the city of Taluss wake to the sound of low flying planes. Around the city thousands of citizens look out their windows and from their lawns as hundreds of drone strike planes cross the airspace into the neighbor of the west, armed to the teeth with air to surface weapons of all kinds and escorted by a handful of EAF fighters circling the drone formation. Mere hours later as the people of Taluss board the magrail to head to work and school, the roadways that lead to the Flufladian border crossing are overwhelmed by Etrian soldiers and armored vehicles, with helicopters overhead, it becomes very apparent that the war Etrians thought they were safe from has been brought to their back yard

Elsewhere around the country, similar operations are underway as operation November Frost begins and the military prepares to end the Al Farsi Front and reunite Etrius with its former territory in one swift motion. At the naval outpost in Nina, in North eastern Etrius, a pack of destroyers accompanied by anti-air frigates and a missile delivery sub leave dock to lead the amphibious invasion while a second task force is sent to negotiate with the Nimban security summit to discuss possible assistance with the krypton nova conflict.

Kaiser Frederick II von Hohenzollern has declared a siege state. This canal, known as the Mitau-Konigsberg canal to Dormaint, is claimed by Dormaint. Yet there is still presence of the Salomonistic States Army. The official statement from the United Kingdom Speaker of the House is:

Across the canal we have bulid settlements and military bases, and we are ready to colonize the Udrug tribes' territorry. The Canal is now part of the United Kingdom and it is known as Mitau-Konigsberg Canal. All ships who wished to enter this canal must receive permission from the Departement of Immigration. All Salomonistic States base are abolished and changed into Dormaintian one.

The Salominian army prepared its defenses. As this was a defensive war, they had never passed any invasion plans, however, paratrooping into the Dormaintian capital had been considered as an easy way to take out the little pest that called itself Dormaint. The Holy Imperial Airforce, consisting of several hundred air-vehicles in the immediate vicinity, began intercepting any and all Dormaintian aircraft and shooting them down. The anti-air estimated they shot down approximately 20 aircraft in the first hour. The Salominian Holy-Imperial Airforce, the Liangyingxi began transporting planes from around neighbouring provinces to establish air-superiority. Artillery began shelling the Dormaintian troops, along with planes dropping explosives and napalm on their disorganized troops. It was rumoured among Salominian troops that the General of the force, General Otto von Bismarck had been hit by a wanton artillery shell, however, this has not been confirmed. The Salominian Holy Imperial Army High Command, based in Kangyyeong, began sending orders to Garrisons in Hudnan and Baadxri to reinforce the Fongdlienshixiu Army, along with other armies in the Yunan Sultanate. There was an estimate of 213,300 soldiers on the Dormaintian border by the afternoon. The Dormaints, foolish as they were to attack the ICSS, were obviously in instant regret.

As a simple reminder of how inferior and pathetic the barbarians of Dormaint are, I shall begin to discuss my country's military. by law, people have to join the military by 15 years of age, and they can only leave when they're 18. However, they're required to achieve the rank of at least a lieutenant to run for politics. The Imperial Confederation's population is very martial, and have been for as long as recorded history. With a population of 3.847 billion, %21 of all deaths are caused by war. And with the fact that everyone is conscripted, you could assume the army is pretty massive. All Salominian military personnel are highly trained, and are equipped with the latest technology.

With the Salominian Taowenfou Army successfully fooling the primitive and inexperienced Dormaintian forces into believing they had been slaughtered, they began a massive counterattack from the Udrurg tribal territory south of the Yaifing. With a solid 4500 men remaining, they launched a successful counterattack. Alongside 12 battleships that had been called back from the Oriental Sea, and 20 from Salomon Bay, and with assistance from a reinforcing army of a solid 10000 strong, the Fengshwui army, Dormaintian troops, because of a combination of incompetence and low-tech equipment, were utterly annihilated. Every man who didn't flee was allowed to return back to their homeland, but only after Salominian troops branded their forehead with 野蠻人, which in traditional Burdilic, the language of the Yunan sultanate, means 'Savage.' If they refused, they would be sent to work on Salominian Infrastructure back in the mainland. The Force re-established itself in the Salominian forts, burnt down all Dormaintian flags, and ordered the battleship fleet stationed in the canal to being shelling southern Dormaintian structures and settlements, and prepared for any other Dormaintian forces by loading surface-to-air-missiles.

They know that an army of Battleships would destroy them. But they did not want to die as "Savages". Back in the Dormaintian Army, General Hans I readied the launch button. "They would taste our revenge for this. For the Volk!!! NOW!!!!"

The Generals, along with the Emperor, sat around a garnished map of the Salomonistic States. Of course, to surrender was out of the option. To have allowed other nations to think the ICSS were anywhere near the same level of these Germanic peasants, therefore, they decided against it. However, they did not yet respond to the transmission. They decided they would offer peace terms of their own. Until then, all across the ICSS forces were requested.

During a Dinner Ball, Wàng'li Sui-Yinjtze, the Margrave-Elector of Keelung, would offer his main army, the Raoflen Army, who would be sent to defend the West.

Yunan-Baadxri-Dormaint Border, Western Salomonistic States
The armies in question arrived and immediately began assisting the already present armies in making defenses for the oncoming horde of 3 million Dormaintians. Along with their own minefields, the Salomonistic defenses included such things as motion-activated defense turrets, long-ranged missile launchers, and other high-tech defenses to defeat this worthless enemy. Barricades, concrete walls, and other minor defenses were made by Dormaintian prisoners and collaborators. The coalition army itself, made of all forementioned forces, was made up of an estimate of 1.85 million men, slightly more than half of the forces of the Germans. However, this did not include every adult citizen of the Baadxri and Yunan provinces, who were each provided a rifle should they come to join the defense, or simply protect the homefront. However, this was all a plan B.

Destroyed Yaifing Canal
Due to the complete lack of a government after the collapse of Dormaint leadership, the Salomonistic High Command have ordered to reoccupy the areas of the canal and use the Dormaintian POWs as workers. Once the canal is completed, they will be considered rehabilitated and allowed to return to Dormaint unharmed. The Salomonistic States will still attempt no invasion of Dormaint, and will only reinforce the border. Their decision to stop carpet-bombing Dormaint will be active immediately, and all Salominian agents and soldiers that may have found their way into Dormaint have been recalled. The Yaifing Canal's reconstruction is estimated to take up to 9 months. All the armies previously sent to the Dormaint border have been recalled, except for a large contingent to continue to garrison the border.

The Knyt Canal

Finally was the canal finished in its construction. A wonderful two way water highway, it was one of the many pinnacles of const6in the NCSU. And now due to this the majority of the NCSU's coastline and ports no longer needed to be transported by land, but were now able to continously travel through sea. It goes through Gastrikesen, and ends at a small bay north of Yokun.
On other news, the NCSU has been extracting tribute and resources from the Aspyae tribes under the threat of invasion and total devastation. Currently there are soldiers there as well as some workers that man the mines and construct nodding donkey oil extractors.

As the 2nd shock division and supporting units crossed into Flufladland, they began dividing into strike groups to secure enemy troop concentrations. The men were nervous, as Etrius had not fought a large scale conventional war since the collapse of the Empire 22 years before. The officers assure their men that it's a simple routine encircling and once finished, the GI will take over.

General Yukkari, now obviously aged, watched as the men prepare for the assault and says to himself "my how our people have fallen". A staff officer overhears the general and asks what he means by it, the general responds "we once had the most crack troops on the continent, with an empire ranging the whole of the north shore. "We offer assistance to the Solomonese in exchange for reductions in the territorial claim in the international waters." His foriegn minister cuts in "they'll never agree, they'd rather take their chances with continuing the war alone." "Of course they would, but the more time and resources they put into this war, the less they have to continue the standoff in the frozen sea or Syadei" He says. The ministers begin thinking into the idea and seem to come to terms with the idea and a nod of agreement goes around the room. "Very well, it looks like I'm heading to the Solomonistic states for negotiations" Abdul said with a smile "prepare a transfer from my transport to a ship in the task force, I'll be there by morning"

An unidentified airplane is intercepted by two Salominian Diodoen Peregrine XV2 Jets and is called to land. They pulled down at Shiangsong Kilkriki National Airport, and when the main passenger was identified as the Etrian Prime Minister Abdul, without anyone permitted to talk to him they beckoned him onto a plane headed for the Holy Imperial Capital, Kangyyeong. When he arrived, he was finally spoken to in the form of a greeting from the Chief Elector, Wu Xueliàng, who welcomed him to the Imperial Capital. He was carried in a litter to a faraway estate, the Palace of Augustine Auspiciousness, where he would be provided with every need. There, he would stay for 10 days until the Strategos-Imperator, Shéngjiàng Guānliáo, would finally host him. Prime Minister Abdul was transported back to the Imperial Capital, where he would drive past the many Palaces and Parks, until finally he would pass under the Ahaiudwong Walls of the Imperial Complex and into the Palace of Jovial Longevity where he was brought forth in front of the Strategos-Imperator, and ordered to kowtow 3 times. The Emperor stated, "Greetings, Sehrr Abdul, and welcome to our ever-bright capital. I hope you have found our provided accommodations acceptable. I do pray that you can forgive the delay; it's simply a necessity to Salominian Court tradition. And we apologize for the airplane incident, however, you must understand that your country's participation in the FZ2 fleet does call for some measures to be taken. Now, how can we assist you?"

SOCOPS as it was abbreviated was an idea that began bubbling up since the neighbor and fellow communist nation of United Communist Republics began and since the extraction of tributes from the Aspyae started. Eventually the emperor sent a diplomat over to the UCR to discuss about the possibility of SOCOPS and its probable creation in the future. Inside is a map of the frozen sea, the specifications of the Hellfire Missile Delivery Vehicle and the outline of a treaty between the two nations. "We understand that a skirmish along your border has expanded to an unexpected degree and we recognize the illegal nature of the attacker's intensions against your people" "we would like to offer our assistance in the protection of your people and the end of hostility between us"

The Etrian forces sent to liberate their western neighbor have begun fighting pockets of insurgents in a group of villages believed to be a recruiting base for the front. Hours into the fighting, after taking few losses, the village had begun receiving reinforcements from the surrounding areas and the front had brought in heavy weapons and a handful of light vehicles. Once Etrian armor had been called in, fighting lightened and the insurgents had started retreating.

The drawing in of opposition fighters had been enough to allow the flanking of the position by heavier armored units of the second shock division, surrounding the bulk of the resistance forces in the region.

He snapped twice at two Eunuch-Bureaucrats, who promptly ran and returned in a few minutes, during which the Emperor continued to snicker beneath his breath. When they returned, they brought two massive traditionally Salomonese-bound files. The oddity of these files was of course the stamp of the Socialist Stratocracy of Salomonistic States, or the SSSS, the (Holy) Imperial Confederation of Salomonistic States', or ICSS', predecessor. The files contained the original plans for the Wanli Islands, and the Occupation of the Frozen Sea, although the Prime Minister could only interpret this through pictures, as it was in Xaiosishtenliangyoufantaomingtanh, a needlessly complicated language taught only to the Bureaucrat-Nobility. Finally, the Emperor and the Prime Minister came across the page aforementioned.
Emperor Shengjiang translated for PM Abdul, however, he skipped over a notable amount of needless legalese, and mainly just got to the gist of it.

Zhonghai Sea Territorial Claim

The Socialist Stratocracy of Salomonistic States will officially occupy their rightful territory of the Zhonghai (Frozen) Sea. However, it will be notably unreasonable, as the hope is that when the obvious conflict will reside into a frozen stalemate, the other sides will demand we massively decrease our claim. It would be impossible, or at least foolish to attempt to hold on to such a massive maritime border. Therefore, the hope is to acquire around half of the land we originally claimed.
Approved by Strategos Jiang Salomon, his successor Strategos Xiang Salomon, and his successor, Strategos Kuangyin Salomon.

Now, with the Emperor having finished reading, he once again snapped at the servants, who rushed out and returned with two maps.
One map contained the original claim by the SSSS.

Shengjiang was brought a light red paint, with which he drafted a new territorial border which he deemed reasonable.

"Now, before you express your opinion on the border, I will list requirements of said treaty, then we can compare yours.
1. Etrius must completely withdraw any and all military personnel from the FZS Fleet.
2. Etrius must recognize the Salominian claim on the Zhonghai Sea.
3. Etrius must recognize the Zhonghai Sea. (Let's just say it's the entirety of the claimed area, leaving the Frozen Sea an entity)
4. Etrius must condemn Syadei if they continue military actions against us
5. Etrius must assist the Salominians should any opposing power attempt a land-invasion (Only involving the Frozen Sea dispute)
6. Etrius will be allowed certain military-transport privileges in the newly bordered Zhonghai Sea and the Yaifing Canal, once rebuilt.
We can edit it more after we hear your requests and concerns."

Admittedly, the Salominian public has been fed slightly misleading messages of our success in the sea. If we simply recede half the claim, there may be an uproar.
