The capital CV and battleships prepare their AA and commence half-speed retreat at 21 knots/hour and jam their radar signals to do their best to mislead the missiles and for the missiles to hit as far aft as possible, while the rest of the ships with AA capabilities fire rounds to land as close to under the fuselage of the jets as possible.

With the oil crisis becoming somewhat of a heated conflict soon, the government elect themselves to hold a peace summit to solve the conflict without any lives being harmed, wars breaking out, or oil to be burnt. The meeting will take place in the Palace of Justice, in Buenos Aires.

After a major world crisis in 1983, it cut off gas and oil trade with the world, drawing back into itself to focus on encouraging population growth and domestic projects. Disdain for the outside world is still there, but by now it is muted, and Rosalina has matured as well. She considers returning to active world relations, and ending the silence.
