The phone has one thing in it's note section. It's of an offer marked to be sent to the USP, to sell stolen items to the government as a kind of OPFOR training system, as the sub they stole is akin to Volkstradi U-Boats, and makes a good target for sub training and as an infiltration device.

Of course, as Klas is dead, the offer was never sent.
