When I met you, over a decade and a half ago, I looked in to your eyes and saw the makings of a great leader, not only for your country, but for all of man kind. I know my words hold little meaning as a political leader in comparison, this is why I wright to you as a friend. I once ruled over my country with an iron fist, dissidence was not allowed, revolts and rebellions were met with swift military action, the government had full control over the economy, much like how your predecessor ruled over yours. I did not like to rule like this, I cared too much for my people. I sat out one day, dressed in peasant clothes, and walked among my people. I saw nothing but pain, suffering, and hatred of my throne. When I returned to my palace, I pondered for some time on how I could govern my people in a different manor, one that would bring them prosperity and happiness. This is when I came to know Arthur John Quincy. He was but a boy, a stow away on one of the few trade ships that entered my country at the time. At first, my court wanted to put him to death, seeing as he was a trespasser. I intervened after I heard of him speaking of how back in his home, on how his people weren't savages. I inquired as to how we were savages, and this boy, to the amazement of all my court, broke down my system of government in under 10 minuets. I was astonished. After spearing him of the crime, I took him under my wing, and in turn, he helped me develop the modern Parcia you see to your east today. This mere child was able to give my people personal liberty, civil rights, and social freedom, while still having the government keep a watchful eye. My point is, I was what many called a tyrant because I fallowed in my fathers foot steps. Instead of fallowing the heart of my people, I fallowed my predecessors will. It was only through the advise of a mere boy that I re-shaped my Parcia in to a Parcia of my people.

When I met you a decade and a half ago, I saw the same spark that I saw in Arthur when I first met him. Now, I fear you may be fallowing the will of your predecessor, not the will of your people. I understand why you have, but I pray you look back upon the history of those who came before you.

I do not expect you to answer me back, seeing as your most likely engaged in planning out this renewed conflict, but if you do take time to open this letter, then please, heed the words of an old man with little time left on this Earth.

After over a decade of development, the Parcia government officially acknowledges the existence of the "Dire Wolf", a jet fighter rumored to have out classed both the ASF-15 Black Widow and Vampyr-1, both of which are (arguably) considered the best jet fighters to fly. While the entirety of the Specs on the new aircraft are classified, rumors of a new, two stage pulse detonation engine, ECM and jamming systems based off of the ECM burst system standard on all widows, and unconfirmed flight characteristics have been flying around the internet.

Volkstrad interrogates its informants, questioning any who may have knowledge of the location of this man.
