Hetrican nations include my own, the great hetrica, the hetrican militaristic state and the baddylands. Jordotopia played no role in the war except supplying drugs to courtian citizens
Fleshius Komonov the first, deeply offended by this shouts HEY! but is quieted down by Indo-malaysia.
As i was saying jordotopia supplied drugs and never actually fought or even bothered helping so they will not turn up today but instead offer a wide range of biscuits.
Indo-malaysia has signed the contract along with multiple other nations yet only indo-malaysia has attended this peace meeting.

Alexiandra condemns, without hesitation, the warmongering antics of the Hetrican government. However oppressive it may deem theocratic forms of government, its rash declaration of war upon such an ambiguously defined group of nations will bring nothing but pain and suffering to a generation of misinformed combatants under the yoke of poor leadership. The Imperial Consulate is unable to stand idly by and observe the slaughter of thousands, and thus has elected to enact the following sanctions against Hetrica.

All Alexiandran fiscal assets bearing even a remote connection to Hetrica have been frozen under the provisions of the Foreign Affairs Sanctioning Act (2005). Hetrican passports will be considered invalid for use in Alexiandran air and sea ports as of March 1, 2016.
