After long strenuous talks, the Baltic states have agreed to join Eurasia. This is a huge victory as it gives Eurasia almost unchallenged dominance over the Baltic Sea.

Ooc: we could have a big naval war then have our leaders talk after our high commands get word of what's going on and stops it. See where it goes from there.

4 aircraft carriers have been moved to Spain. Hundreds of troop transports, with about a hundred thousand troops have landed in Spain, ready for war. 2 [CLASSIFIED] have been moved to Spain, and have been primed. 20 frigates and destroyers have been moved to Spain. DEFCON has been increased to 2.

As a fellow member of the PPML, Arabia has offered protection to Somalia in exchange for them joining Arabia and the deal has been accepted.

As well, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya have been offered annexation. Libya quickly accepts.
