Also, Algeria, Angola, South Africa and Zimbabwe are members of the PPML. They wouldn't just join anyone who is not member of the PPML.

In light of IPU recent invasion and subsequent annexations of Djibouti and Madagascar, Eurasia has sent troops to the four PPML members- South Africa, Algeria, Angola, and Zimbabwe. despite Eurasia's rather close relations with the IPU, Eurasia will continue to support the four African nation's and not allow them to fall. Now, the DR Congo, Gabon, Guinea, Somalia, Tunisia, and Mali have expressed interest in joining the PPML and have applied for full membership. Though they are not yet members, they will be protected as potential members.

We rolled back to India annexing Djibouti and Madagascar. Also, Zimbabwe is a PPML member and wouldnt joint you so you'd have to attack them but if you do, then Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, central Asian, Caucasian troops will once again march in Berlin
