The Canadian force of 20,000 were stationed 30 km outside the capital. Their general, Mcelliot, Said on the loudspeaker, "President Victor of Venezuala, No harm will reach your people if you surrender peacefully to the Mighty anadian Empire"

Gen.Mcelliot waited impatiently as a slight ruffle came from the enemy camp. Then came the flag of peace. Mcelliot smiled as the President Victor of Venezuala came with an escort of 10 men outside the city walls.

"What you want!?' Screamed Victor.

Mcelliot sighed before replying, "Victor, listen up, We have your capital surrounded. You and everyone in those city walls will be demolished if you dont surrender. On the other hand, If you do surrender, No harm will come to anyone in your country, just that our flag will replace yours until we get you a provincial colony flag and your title will be Governor Victor of the Colonial Province of Venezuala and not President Victor"

Victor gulped. "Uh, I, uh, Accept." Victor grabbed a loudspeaker and announced the surrender.

Mcelliot smirked as he screamed, "Secure the city boys, I will assign border positions tommorow. Time to rejoice right now!"

He messaged Trudeau, "So whats next?"

Outcome: Venezuala is Annexed by Canada, forming the Canadian Empire

40 million people is impossible. According to my calculations, that's over 14 thousand square miles. Assuming you made it out of steel with the same density of a battleship, that would be 122 thousand tons. Which would be 4.8 TRILLION DOLLARS IN COSTS. And that is if it was made of STEEL, I am not accounting for the technology, fuel, and rockets needed to make it. It would probably exceed 10 Trillion by the end. And these aren't wild guesses, I did the math.
