Brandon: Fellow leaders I propose that we combine our efforts against ISIS and have open communication to plan even more effective attacks on ISIS. We also need to have a strong plan incase China aids ISIS as recent intelligence reports show that there has been communication between ISIS and China.

President Bush is holding a press conference to accept the offer, as long as Russia is not involved. He also sent a secret email to the President of France asking him for his help in liberating the Netherlands, promising Wallonia in return. He had declared that 5,000 men and 15 fighter jets would be deployed to Kuwait, using it as a base to help Iraq become a republic.

You need not worry about Russia's interests, but nonetheless. I'll tell you. For now, we are going to maintain current borders with newly integrated territories. What's we have done by integrating Belarus and Kazakhstan is a huge beginning phase to this.

Now onto the next topic. Russia has begun stepping up its military exports, most recently to the Caucasus country of Armenia. This is an effort we must take to expand our military operations and power projection across Eurasia. Russia is a growing power who lost far too much after the collapse of the Soviet Union. This is why we have been integrating New Russian Territories. In 2008, Georgia was crushed and defeated due to their political oppression of the Russian minority in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, which we annexed in 2008. In 2014, Crimea voted to join Russia in a historic, democratic referendum. Ukraine refused to recognized this and attacked major Russian areas, causing Russians to take up arms against Ukraine. In 2015 we annexed Luhansk and Donetsk oblast. Now recently we went to war and reached Kiev within two weeks. I hope this shows the world that Russia is capable of many things and can handle herself quite well in war. As well, Belarus and Kazakhstan have peacefully joined Russia after agreements were made.

Ministry of Defence announced that India was going to increase it's effort in destroying the Islamic State. 55 militants were killed/wounded after the bombing.
