Incursion into Agrabah[IC][AUSOZERA ONLY.]

Postby Iodinae » Fri Feb 05, 2016 5:55 pm

The OOC is already up.

"...Machine gunner, Idan Eyal?" the 'Mashak Kita', squad commander, called out. They were going over the amount of bodies in the squad before rolling out to their first objective. A private holding a IMI Galil, LMG configuration shouted "Here, sir!" "Rifleman, Shahar Yehonatan?" a private holding a M4A1 Carbine shouted "Here, sir!" The list continued. "...AT specialist, Mikha'el Mattityahu?" A private first class holding a Javelin shouted "Here, sir!" The commander nodded. "Okay, everyone is here. Load out on ammunition, then we're leaving. 5 minutes." The privates walked over to a collection of crates and boxes and when the 5 minutes were up, each soldier had plenty of ammunition. As if on cue, a line of Namers drove up to their location. Their squad and others loaded into the APCs and took off down the road with a few APCs at the lead of the convoy. After a few minuted they drove up to the border at a military checkpoint. They went through without being stopped and had now entered Agrabah territory.

A hour or so later, they had their objective in sight, the town of Qismat Nogah Abdul-Rahman. A known HQ of Qismat-Afzal in the area, and a supply depot. Though it was a juicy target, there were perhaps 20, 30 or so Qismat-Afzal insurgents in the area and they didn't have plans to run. As they came closer, a technical with a TOW launcher on the back came closer. A Merkava fired at the technical, turning it into a smoldering wreck. They had now entered the town, and stopped. The infantry dismounted from the Namers to clear out the town. The squad grouped up and entered a house. The squad machine gunner was at point, and a fighter poked his head out before it had been filled with lead. They secured the rooms. House cleared. They came back down into the street, hearing bursts of gunfire. Then, it stopped. The town was clear. The squads bringed out the things they found in the town. A large amount of documents labeled "of importance" were confiscated and sent to the intelligence geeks to deal with, the ammo and weapons were destroyed, as were the booby traps, and other enemy equipment wrecked. Then a convoy of supply trucks came in, and the troops began fortifying the town. Apparently, several hundred insurgents were about to make a counter-attack in the area according to reports.

A few hours later...

The workers of the IDF's intelligence branch had received the documents from Qismat Nogah Abdul-Rahman a few hours after the capture of the town. Figuring out what the documents said required nothing more than a translator who knew Arabic and Herbew fluently, and could read Arabic, as most of the documents had no encryption. Most of them were mundane, medical records or propaganda leaflets but a encrypted documents stood out.

On our recent arrangements to sell oil to Jafar, the leader of Agrabah, a state neighboring the accursed enemy, we have reached success on the transactions. We have sold 6,000 barrels of oil to Agrabah for a price of $186,000. These funds are to be used entirely towards the purchase of weaponry for our renewed jihad against the enemy in regards to a massed attack on our forces.

Ignoring this order will result in immediate execution for high treason.

The workers read the translated version a few times over. This was it, full evidence that Agrabah was making trades with a terrorist group dedicated to the removal of Iodinae. Which meant, Agrabah was willingly contributing to the insurgency fighting Iodinae.

TF Perun, Callsign: Zion, Portean Hurricane Class Ship.

The Elite Operators of Perun funneled into the briefing room exiting the crowded hall full of Porteans. Unofficially, an Enemy, however for this operation they would be allies atleast temporarily. The eight members of Perun, a team named after a God of war and destruction, sat down on metal folding chairs, somewhat cheap and rusted. However one stood up infront of them all. "Can we take off our Balaclava now sir? I doubt the Porteans are watching this room." The Sergzen and leader of the squad looked around examining every nook and cranny for a camera of some sort. "Yes, Nino, all of you go ahead and remove them. They're hot, I don't blame you, especially in this damned climate." He took it off exposing his shaved face and buzz cut hair and pale skin however wrinkles and aging took a toll. Throwing the Balaclava to the ground he watched as the others did the same, practically ripping them from their sweating faces.

Nino, a demolitionist by trade and by the book when it comes to explosives. He had killed his pursuers with a stolen pile of grenades all wrapped together and a intricate system of hidden rope and wire making completely certain they would destroy them. Relatively quiet compared to the rest, perhaps due to him missing part of his tongue in a knife fight with his pursuers before escaping. But he can still talk.

Cer, the squad fire support and engineer. If something needed disarming that Nino couldn't disarm he could be accountable. He killed his pursuers with a series of gruesome booby traps, traps now used today in quite a few Guerilla factions and by the Donnish mainly. And if he couldn't kill it with a trap, he made sure his SOVAR-18 LMG variant did kill his target. The loudest of the squad, voicing his own opinions without abandon.

Teru, the Squad designated Marksman. He had killed his pursuers with one shot from a stolen 7.62mm DMR from their camp using Armor Piercing FMJ rounds. Was it luck? Teru claims It was just the Mountain God guiding his bullet, afterall he is very religious though the other members find it annoying sometimes.

Xeyn, the squads Grenadier, he enjoys throwing grenades just as much as he enjoys taking them apart seeing what literally makes them tick. He killed his pursuers by placing grenades in their tents all tied together with one wire by the pin. He remembers the final words of his foes, "Oh Shit.", very fondly as he heard the click and then explosion. A bit of a Pyromaniac, just a bit.

Untuli, She prefers knives as a speciality though she is also quite deadly with an SMG. One by one she had stabbed and killed each member of the Pursuing squad hanging them in the forest trees with rope. Some legends say they still hang there, though, it's never been heard of for a LG Squad to be completely killed in the final test has it? She's also Wolf hybrid.

Hes, he's a character alright. His specialty is being the squad Sniper though he isn't afraid to go in with a Pistol and Knife in hand. From over a mile away, he killed his pursuers one by one as they scrambled for cover saving one and finishing them off with the last bullet in his P226 while he slept stealing the dead LG Operatives dog tags wearing them along with is own scratched out Tags. Enjoys picking on the squads hybrid mostly by flicking their ears over and over before being thrown over her shoulder out of annoyance.

Keneveh, the newest member of Perun and the squads Medic. He killed his pursuers in a gunfight against all odds as he was bleeding profusely and couldn't move his leg due to it being broken. After nursing his own wounds, he limped through the cold before being picked up and recruited into Perun. He is a sort of comic relief during the squads suffering but he stays quiet most of the time still new to the environment.

Finally, the Sergzen, Jeerne. It was said he was the first Perun, though some belive there were some before him that trained Jeerne further to become the new Leader of Perun. He killed is pursuers by setting them against eachother, creating suspicion by stealing rations. Eventually paranoia grew and Jeerne took his chance as they split up one night never to return to their Camp killing them one at a time. No one dare cross him in the squad, Hes tried but he was quickly sent to the Hospital with multiple broken limbs and taken out of action. The tension between them no longer exists, but the Squad now has a everlasting respect for him. Speaking only when necessary but when he does, he is listened to. His intelligence makes him perfect for squad leader and his expierence in the field even more so teaching his squad everything he knows.

"It's come to our nations attention that Iodinae has begun an offencive to end the rocket attacks on them from Terrorist forces in Agrabah by sending troops in. It's ballsy, that's for sure, but so far it seems to be working from what we've heard. Now on to where we come in, we are under disguise of a LG Squad, Callsign: Zion. We are not to let anyone know Perun exists, same shpeel every operation."

Jeerne walked around and began drawing on the white board, A Kings Crown, a Queens Crown and them a Jokers hat. Below them were a Spade, Heart and Diamond. He placed pictures of their targets over each of them explaining who they all were. They were their targets, those to be killed at all costs. And the Three locations they possibly knew one of the Captains may be at were also explained.

"These are our targets, you know their names. Our first targets are the Captains. Spades, Hearts and Diamonds down here. Got it?" The team nodded. "Good, we're heading out in about a day. So get ready and prep your gear for the hot sands of Agrabah. Review the mission and whatever you want to do in the 24 hours we have make sure it doesent get you revealed. Understand that under no circumstances the Porteans can not see your faces, especially you Wolfy." Untuli smirked at the comment shortly before listening again. "See you in the morning, everyone." They placed their dessert camouflaged balaclavas back on and walked out of the room back into the halls of the Ship not knowing the Porteans may have been listening in or even watching.

FNS Tokyo, Waters south of Agrabah
As TF Perun left the briefing room, they passed a Navy technician performing regular maintenance on a power junction further down the hall from the briefing room. When they had passed, she stood up and unplugged an ethernet cable from a socket in the back of the junction box. She finished up the maintenance routine and closed the box back up, and promptly walked back to her post in the ship's workshop.

At least, that was the premise. K101 briefly pondered what she'd listened in on while "performing maintenance". So, Taskforce Perun. Definitely not LG, as their dialogue would seem to suggest. Just pretending. Their motives at least match up with their pretend unit. Their mission is exactly as they came to us with. They're definitely not with intelligence, any spy or analyst would immediately check if the room was bugged. These people are clearly soldiers, pure and simple. They just assumed we wouldn't bug every room in the ship. I'm unsure whether that attitude of theirs is professionalism or arrogance. They're certainly a new unit, so that's possible. I'll have 9 Corps try to look into their records. In the meantime, let's keep a close eye on them...

K101 arrived at an armory and picked up her regular outfit. Dipping into a restroom, she quickly changed back into the black fatigues typically associated with SAD operatives. After returning the sailor's uniform at the armory, she went to a ready room where her SEAL team was waiting. "Alright, listen up. Our objectives are these Agrabah Republican Guard Captains" she announced to the assembled special forces, showing pictures similar to those TF Peru reviewed. "We also have the additional mission of supporting the Donnish LG team. 4 Corps wants a close eye on them. We might find something interesting. Dismissed". The SEALs filed out, returning to their rooms or picking up a meal in the mess hall.

K101 leaned back against an arms locker and drew her knife. She examined it, looking at her reflection in the chromed blade. It would be exchanged for a special forces knife later tonight, with the blade blacked out so it wouldn't catch light. This regular knife would do instead. She looked at herself in the eyes, the inhuman, metallic turquoise irises staring back. She felt a kind of connection to those TF Perun. She couldn't place her finger on it, but something about them felt similar to herself. She shivered. If they had training anything anything like that of the Black Assets, then that would explain it. She played with the knife a little to relieve stress, flipping it in mid air, holding it in a hover just above the floor, and sticking it to various objects, including the ceiling. All remotely, of course. While this was being done to the poor knife, she was on the other side of the room flicking her hands about while the blade seemed possessed by a poltergeist.

She decided she was wasting time and caught the knife when she pulled it back at herself. Putting the knife away, she left the room. Unlike the TF Perun, she'd made sure the cameras had been interfered with before pulling out classified information. Perhaps a shower might help her think a little more...

In the well decks of the ship, armored fighting vehicles were being loaded onto LCACs. The majority were Strykers and CV90s, but there were a handful of Type 74Gs being loaded as well. These weren't Marines, but an Army mechanized battalion. For one, they were glad they were getting some kind of glory. Normally, the Marines would be the first in, cleaning up the enemy before the Army had a chance to do anything. Finally, the time had arrived for the Army to have the spotlight. They were, of course, resentful that there was a force of Marines and even JSDF among the Portean forces. But the Army made up the majority, and that was enough. A CV90 stopped at its spot on the LCAC, and load masters locked it into place. Before long, the force was ready. The well deck doors opened and the LCACs started up. They flew out the back of the ship and headed to shore. The first of several waves of Portean Army troops was away and headed for the coasts of Iodinae, where they would unload and roll into Agrabah.

Aircraft started flight operations, too. Two FAPAF Su-24s loitered over the war fleet, periodically refueling from a JSDF Su-33 equipped with buddy tanks. The Tokyo had its own aircraft. A large elevator in the rear left corner edge of the flight deck lowered down to a secondary hangar underneath the main one, and two harriers were pulled out. The elevator returned to the flight deck with the two Harriers, and as helicopters were being shifted around, they were towed to launch positions. With the planes loaded up with ordnance and fuel, the pilots got in and checked with flight control. Cleared for takeoff, the Harriers took off down the deck, lifting into the air on their STOVL jets and joining the air fleet now forming over the Persian Gulf. The Kazimierz Maru, the JSDF Kuznetsov class carrier, launched two Su-25UTG ground attack planes, making their contribution to the strike force. 4 FAPAF F-22 Raptors joined the air group, arriving from an undisclosed location.

The die has been cast. Intelligence had received word of illicit oil deals between Agrabah and various terrorist organizations that were attacking Iodinae. This was sufficient evidence that Agrabah was not only supporting a known terrorist group, but also planning a possible invasion some time in the near future. Which warranted pre-emptive strike. The air forces sat ready to deal the blow when the order came.

While Iodinae did have undeniable proof that Agrabah was funding a known terrorist organization, no action was taken. The IDF had decided that if they had managed to find that document, there would likely be more, and if they were to take action it would be convenient to have more evidence. Meanwhile, Operation Blade was still going as planned, with the Northern Operation Theater making unexpected progress on Qismat-Afzal. Qismat Nogah Abdul-Rahman had been cleared out, stripped of value, and now more reinforcements poured in. By the time IDF intelligence found the location where the Qismat-Afzal fighters were massing, a town called Rayan Mahometus Masoud-Ahmed, 200 IDF soldiers with Merkavas had fortified the town, and were ready to fight. Close to dusk the next morning, around 7:10AM, while the sun rose on the town and the air began to heat up, the counter-attack was sighted. A long convoy of technicals drove on a road out of range of the Merkavas, then disappeared behind a ridge. A few minutes later, rockets were heard being fired on the town. They were off, but one of them managed to hit a building with IDF soldiers inside, and it collapsed on anybody inside. The insurgents began running or driving technicals towards the town, but the Merkava's and the infantry chopped them up. About 10 minutes later, the counter-attack was stopped.

The majority of the infantry in the town along with the Merkavas and Namers moved onto another town, Saleh Abd Allah-Samara, a ammunition stockpile, and could contain documents. Surprisingly, no dice. Not a single insurgent was inside the town, and the IDF was beginning to wonder why the lack of resistance. No ammunition or supplies were found, though a cleverly hidden folder containing two documents were found. No encryption. One of them was a draft for a propaganda poster, but the other document... was more interesting.

Regarding our recent sale with Agrabah, we have agreed to continue selling oil to our Islamic brothers in Agrabah in exchange for continuing to receive profit from them, as well as weaponry from them. As well, we have also agreed to sell 10,000 oil barrels to our friends in Agrabah in exchange for a sum of $310,000. From hear on out, as a result of the infidel recently begin another doomed effort to destroy us, for the time being all documents labelled to be for certain members only are to be destroyed if possible.

Another piece of evidence had been found, though the IDF intelligence was dismayed that Qismat-Afzal was destroying documents like this one that they were hoping to find. Another question was the man named Fadi Sharif El-Ghazzawy. A record search brought up nothing regarding the man's presence in Qismat-Afzal, though he would be considered important. Intelligence in the end, was forced to conclude he was just a new captain.

TF Perun, A Day later, FNS Tokyo, Waters south of Agrabah
Callsign: Zion.

It was a cold morning south of Agrabah in the sea. Aircraft were periodically launching and landing. During which the deck was empty, TF Perun posing as a LG Team were getting ready in a empty room with a long and wide table with which the Equipment and Weaponry laid being inspected by Perun. They stood in their fatigues still wearing the desert camouflage Balaclava they had on the day before masking their identity. Perun team stood at the table taking apart and putting back together their SOVAR-18 Rifles, the constant clicking of placing pieces back together and placing them on the table. Jeerne looked up from his half complete rifle, stopping from cleaning it for a moment looking at his team, they seemed calm and they should be this being just another Assassination mission. The seven other Members stood around the table, three standing on the length on each side of the table and the other two on width, one on either side.

The room itself was unremarkable, metal walls and a metal floor painted a somewhat dull grey. The Team had finished putting together their rifles and cleaning them thoroughly then loading them placing the saftey on. Their rifles were placed aside as they assembled their equipment putting Ammunition in their Vests and other pockets. Holsters were put on their hips on their utility belts and their sidearm, also cleaned and maintained, placed inside it. Another holster was attached to their arms by their shoulder to hold a Knife for quick use. They put on their Vests and then their Helmets in the process putting in the battery into the Helmet. They all made sure they were synchronized with the Sattelite above connecting them to the OSS and synchronized with the rest of the team.

Quickly the HUD loaded into the visor in the helmet showing squares over the heads of their Allies aswell as the GPS navigation in the top left, the status of their Squad mates in the top right and a bearing compass at the bottom. Other features would be engaged during combat and landing in Agrabah. They made double sure the Porteans were listed as allies to the OSS, friendly fire wouldn't be very apreciated Jeerne guessed.

They exited out of the Carriers interior and stood outside of a Helicopter, a UH-1Y Venom. Not as advanced as a VTH-380 Stealth Helicopter but it would do if they had to use Portean aircraft. They began checking and securing their Equipment and Weaponry and jumping up and down making sure they didn't produce any loud noise from what they were carrying. They were all set.

Meanwhile, on the Northern Operational Theater, the IDF forces there were making short work of Qismat-Afzal forces there. Their advances found no important documents, but found progress instead. Most of Qismat-Afzal's territory in the north was taken, and the rocket attacks were now completely stopped. However, IDF intelligence was now furiously looking for any documents or evidence proving Qismat-Afzal's involvement with other nations.

However though, in the small town of Abd al-Kader Ali, the IDF was about to find gold. As per the norm, no resistance in the town, completely devoid of life. A IDF infantryman holding a M4A1 was walking into a abandoned house when he noticed a open filing cabinet, with a few papers inside. He looked. Ten or so of these papers, all marked confidential in a red stamp. He quickly read through the papers, all of them either marking shipments or recording oil sales with Agrabah. A short while later, the IDF intelligence had every single paper, and it uncovered alot of things. To start, Agrabah was giving both guns and money to Qismat-Afzal for oil, Fadi Sharif El-Ghazzawy, the man IDF intelligence was having a hard time finding any information about, was actually a 'middleman' who was responsible for delivering the oil to Agrabah safely, and bringing the guns and money back from Agrabah, and Agrabah had a few days ago offered to send around a hundred rockets and ammunition for Qismat-Afzal to bomb Iodinae's border towns with in exchange for oil.

Somewhere in Agrabah...
As the IDF were busy conducting major operations in the areas bordering them and the hostile nation, the Esgonian Intelligence Service was also doing its work, but it was mostly intelligence gathering and reconnaissance. For now, they deployed surveillance drones around the nation to identify the key assets linking Agrabah and Qizmat-Afzal, and after two days of intelligence gathering, they got their break.

At 0240 hours, an unmarked reconnaissance drone, who was making its usual pass around a small valley named Essira, trying to remain low and undetected as to not be picked up by enemy radar sees a military convoy, along with two black sedans. Seeming to be suspicious, the drone continues to follow the convoy until they reach an intersection. There, they spot a Lada along with a two green Toyota pickup trucks with machine guns mounted onto it, something that the Agraban Military doesn't seem to posses. There, the drone takes pictures of the military convoy, along with the Lada and it's escorts. "Car is inbound." said one of the UAV operators, who was back in Eldrichta. The car then follows the military convoy on what seems to be an empty road leading to a small facility up several kilometers ahead. It followed the convoy the entire journey to the said facility until they halted at the entrances. The occupants at the truck disembarked first, revealing several soldiers, wearing helmets and were armed with QBZ-97s and Colt M177s, something that was only used by irregular forces. They span out of the area to guard the entrance to the area and it's immediate surroundings while a few open the doors of the sedans, which out came two people, one wearing a red beret over him while the other looking as if he was of a high rank. The soldiers in the technicals also disembark and open the doors of the Lada, which exited two individuals, who seem to be of a significant rank, probably lieutenants or the sort. There, they shake hands with the Agraban officers and exchange formal greetings before getting inside the facility, the soldiers surrounding the place.

The drone quickly takes pictures of the Agraban and the insurgent officers before they enter. It also took picture of the facility and marked its coordinates into its tactical computer where it continued to hover for nearly an hour in the area. After that, the officers exit the building, said its goodbyes and drives off. Seeing that it would be a good opportunity to find out their location, the drone follows the Lada for the entire trip, where it first sees one of them dropped off in a house in northern Makhari, near the Makhari Central Market. it quickly takes pictures of the other officer and the house he went in before the convoy drove off again and the drone gave chase. About another 45 minutes later. The car and its escorts stop, and are seen disappearing in an estate in the offskirts of Karkand. "Heh, nice place." the operator remarks as he takes pictures of the estate and the vehicles entering the place and marks its coordinates. Soon, it immediately buggers off the area and returns to international waters, where a small vessel was stationed in.

The data gathered from the run was quickly sent to EIS HQ once it had returned to the boat to be analyzed by the "nerds". After several hours of analysis and fact-finding. They decide to send it to Iodinae Intelligence and other forces who were currently being stationed in the area.

Meanwhile, a fleet was coming closer to Iodinae, bringing in a lot of Esgonian forces.

Ruthensky Aircraft Carrier - On the way to Iodinae
A soldier got into the command room, turned to General Yatsenyuk and reported- Sir, The cruisers moved forward, we have already contacted the Iodiane about our arrival, now we only need a permission to disembark our forces on their territory. The General replied - Good, go back to your post now and wait for further orders. and returned to speak with the other commanders.
The relatively small expedition force that was sent to aid Iodinae in their operation against terrorists knew their main mission - Clear villages and towns in a fastest way there is, even if it includes civilian casualties.

After the Cruisers left formation to get into their position, a voice was heard from the loud speakers on both Aircraft carriers, it was the voice of General Yatsenyuk, he told everyone to get ready as in 30 minutes they will get close to Iodinae and Agrabah. The cruisers are soon to be in place as well and will start firing on targets just as we will disembark on the border, get your equipment ready! and fight, fight for our Hetman! Make him proud of us! Suddenly the relatively quietness on both carriers was broken, as it seems that almost everyone replied with a shout "Slava Novokraini!" after the General spoke. It seemed like the shout could be heard in long distances. Suddenly everything started moving and everyone started preparing for the landing. Two squad members talked between themselves, "I've heard the others don't like they way we advance when fighting, they say it's "Not humane" . " Sarcastically said one of the soldiers while checking his AK-103. "I like this more than the 74M3, don't know exactly why but still. But you Oleksiy, you've got a cannon, not everyone gets the privilege of being the BMP gunner"He said as he turned to Oleksiy. "I'm not the gunner, how many times I have to tell you?" "Oh right ha, I always confuse you and Oleksandr for some reason." "No worries, you won't confuse us when we will fight, or I will put a bullet in you. Anyway, prepare faster we need to be ready as fast as we can." Meanwhile the carriers already got close to their positions to fire its cruise missiles on the Qusmat-Afzal positions.

FNS Tokyo
While the Donnish were preparing to leave in a borrowed UH-1, the remaining helicopters on deck were being towed into position in preparation for an aircraft assault. There were mostly UH-1s, but there were also a couple AH-1s and even a couple JSDF CH-46 Sea Knights. It was unknown whether the FAP Marine forces would actually act, however, as no official order has yet been given for an assault. The Marines weren't antsy like their Army comrades, as they had their fair share of combat experience. One helicopter stood out, though. A UH-80 Ghosthawk, a unique stealth transport helicopter delivered specifically to the Deep Penetration "Search and Rescue" Squadron, which unofficially found itself working most often with FIA SAD. An elevator brought it up from the bowels of the hangar deck, rotors folded away for compact storage. It was towed to right behind the Donnish chopper and readied for takeoff as well. A team of SEALs, numbering about 11 and all wearing gas masks and black fatigues, casually approached the aircraft and started their own preparations for a mission. Unlike the Marines, though, their orders were explicit. And they were dangerous.

The three Portean Marines that made up the crew of the UH-1Y Venom eyed the Donnish special forces with skepticism. In heavily accented Japanese that could only have come from someone from Hong Kong, the door gunner said "Oye, these LG nutters are kinda sketchy. Why the bloody 'ell do we have to haul their pasty arses? And why do the bloody SEALs get a goddamn flyin yacht?". The pilot laughed "because, Corporal, that kind of bird is way out of our pay grade. And these LG fellas are kind of helpless without us flying leathernecks to tote them around. We haul 'em because they ain't got nobody else to. Which means, Corporal, it's your job to make sure they arrive at daycare on time". The gunner shook his head "I'm no babysitter, mate. It's not in my job description. Why don't they bloody pay us at that kind of fuckin pay grade?". This time, it was the co-pilot's turn to laugh "because you've got the brains of a sack of rice, Tsukosi. Baby sitting happens to be your job, remember?". The gunner gave his giggling crew members the bird. "Bugger off, will ya? I don't need brains with this baby righ' 'ere" he said hefting the M60 he was holding, slapping the feed cover closed. "Sure, buddy. As long as you're stuck with that pig, you'll be helping us chaperon these LG here" said the co-pilot, continuing the pre-flight check. "Knock it off you two, it's business time. Any moment now, they'll be piling in. I give you 7:10 odds that one of them know Japanese, so unless you want a knuckle sandwich for lunch, you'll shut the fuck up about the Donnish. Got it?" Both the gunner and Co-pilot responded with "yes, sir".

Essira Valley, Agrabah

A few hours after the Esgonian Intelligence Service confirmed that the Agraban Military was in deals with Qizmat-Afzal. Assets of the EIS, including Field Agents and contacts were being deployed and sent into the nation to continue investigating the matter and to terminate any terrorist elements the Agrabans seem to be hiding. A few of them were now in the country, who were ordered days earlier to insert into Agrabah as the EIS runs intel in the country. Their task is to track down the two lieutenants who were identified by the EIS as Lieutenant Hamzar Rizhak and Lieutenant Sayyid El-Qaraddam and capture them for questioning. As Sayyid was staying in the large estate, the field agents decide to take Hamzar first. The first Strike Team, consisting of three EIS undercover agents from the Esgonian Intelligence Service's HUNTR Unit, who were part Azens dressed as the insurgents, were ordered to take Rizhak from his home via car, and be sent over to a secure place for interrogation.

"Alright, Eldrichta's confirmed it. Shall we proceed?". Asked "Polark", who was eating a shawarma he just bought from an early market vendor and was now at the wheel. The leader of the team of three, callsign "Castrate", finishes his cigarette before throwing it into the ground, replied. "Let's go." The car then speeds off towards Rizhak's place, "Remember, this is a snatch-and-grab mission, we just get our target off the building, and then we get out and drop him off to the LZ. We're dressed similar to them so I will expect NO firefights in this operation. Are we clear?" It was met by a "Yes sir" from Polar and "Alruid", who prepared his AK-47. 30 minutes in, and they arrive at their destination. The team prepares their shemaghs as Polark doubts about the success of this operation. "Don't worry." Castrate tells him, "I have an idea, I've been in their cell for quite some time, so I know what's the in and out of their thing." He calmly walks outside, alongside both Polark and Alruid, who were both pretending to be Castrate's bodyguards and were armed with AK-47s, Castrate knocks on the door twice. A voice from the other side asks "Jaleel on highest?", with Castrate replying "Come down from the mountain." The door opens and the guard welcomes them inside. "Welcome brother!" says the guard. Castrate pats him on the shoulders as he comes in, as well as the other two. He asks the guard on where is Rizhak. "He's currently upstairs. Is there business you have of him at this morning?", "No, brother. He has just been summoned over to Rizwan for an important meeting. Would it not mind him if I go ahead." The guard then exclaims. "Oh, no, no. If it's from Rizwan, then it must be of urgency. Go ahead, my brother, continue!"

The three then move towards the stairs leading to the second floor, they inspect the house to see if there was anything that looked like it had value. His home was of a normal Agraban lower middle-class home. Save for several Anti-Iodinae propaganda posters hanging on the walls, crates full of Kalashnikov variants being safely stocked inside large wooden boxes which were open, and prepared explosives who were strapped onto children's toys and small containers, and several fighters who were sleeping along the couches or were watching television. "Hmm...nice place to put your toys in, especially in a place where the fighting isn't far out..", Castrate thought to himself as he approached the second floor. The first person he saw was Rizhak, who was finishing his work on his laptop. Rizhak then sees Castrate and his 'guards' and greets them. "Good morning, my brothers. Why are you here? is there anything I can do?", Castrate replies "Yes, it appears that you have been called by Rizwan about something related to the deals you have made by the Agrabans. We're here to bring you to him." Rizhak raises his eyebrow a bit, seeing that something was a bit odd to his statement. "Strange, then why didn't he contact me on phone.", calmly, Castrate replies again. "The Iodinaes are now closing in, and we've heard that they're now spying on cell phone networks. Rizwan did not want to risk it. So he had called us instead to deliver this message to you." He nods and stands up along with his laptop. "I see, if this is urgent, then I must go to him. But I must bring my guard", Castrate nods and heads back downstairs with Rizhak following him as his bodyguard stands next to him, armed with a shotgun. They then bade the guards goodbye and farewell, not knowing this would be the last time they would see Rizhak alive, or a free man. The five then enter the car and drive off.

They drive off into a desert-like area with little activity to be seen, as daybreak is near. Rizhak begins to worry as he sees the the car was heading to an area that wasn't supposed to be in their AO. "Where are we? Are we actually going to Rizwan?" he asks frantically. Castrate tries to calm him down. "Yes, brother. Do not worry, Rizwan just moved very recently and we are heading towards a shortcut." before Aldruid pulls out a Makarov PB and shoots the bodyguard in the head, filling the backseat with blood. The insurgent lieutenant's eyes widened as his bodyguard's body slumps from the seat. He tries to speak, but was whacked by Castrate's handgun, knocking him out. "Alright, we bagged Rizhak. Now let's head to the LZ. as the car drives off to a desert area while Aldruid cleans the blood off the window and pulls the bodies downward and covers it in a satin cloth in order not to attract attention.

TF Perun, FNS Tokyo
Callsign: Zion

"Getting hoofed around by the FAP isn't exactly what I had in mind for this operation." Said Untuli in Donnish, a rough language that few outside the Nation knew how to speak. Jeerne looked at the UH-1Y they would be boarding and the symbols of the Portean military on it, more specifically the "MARINES" across it in bold white lettering. "They didn't want any military tech to fall in the hands of Agrabah. Which is also code for 'we couldn't be bothered to get your own Helicopter all the way there and create a fake briefing for the Pilots' at the same time." Jeerne said also in Donnish replying to Untuli as the Team did final checks on their weaponry and equipment. They had all loaded their Rifles and side arms and making sure the saftey was on. Thankfully the splash of salt water and mist wouldn't be greeting them, but the smell still lingered through their equipment.

"Still, you'd think we would get a more... luxurious ride." Hes said walking towards the Venom and standing besides the door. "It's a damn shame we get... wait a second." Hes finished, listening in on the Portean conversation acting like he hadn't heard anything. While the DIA had taught the basics of all languages to the Military, TF Perun was fully taught the major Languages of the world, including Japanese. Hes began translating in Donnish to his Team as they stood around the Venom acting like they were doing some kind of briefing. Still, small laughs had erupted from some of the Members including the newest member, Keneveh the Medic whom stayed quiet the entire time during the briefing in the Ship.

When the time came up to board the Helicopter, Teru flashed the bird to the Gunner happily smiling as he climbed in and took a seat. The rest of the team filed in. "Should've made a bet on those seven to ten odds." Cer said in fluent Japanese giving a sly grin under his Helmet, Visor and Balaclava. "Would you like your knuckle sandwiches to go or now?" Nino chimed in afterwards placing his Rifle between his legs as he sat down in the now cramped Venom. "Two, Four. Shut. The. Fuck. Up. Or you're getting booted out of this Helicopter over the damn ocean. And Three, I'll be meeting with you after this is over, I saw that." Jeerne said chewing out almost half his Team. "I apologize for my kids, they can get rather rude around Strangers." Jeerne finished.

They stayed quiet for the rest of time. Letting the Porteans do the rest as they waited to be taken to the AO.

Part I: The Deal

Postby Iodinae » Tue Feb 09, 2016 2:00 pm

While the IDF continued handling the constant stream of evidence of Agrabah supporting Qismat-Afzal, and the Esgonian Intelligence Service had kidnapped a associate of Fadi's, it was about to get alot sketchier. A IDF plant had managed to bug Fadi Sharif El-Ghazzawy's phone when the IDF discovered Fadi was the middleman between Qismat-Afzal and Agrabah, and now every single call was being recorded on state of the art equipment.

Earlier that day, there were a few operators using the equipment used to listen to Fadi's calls, when the machine began to alert them. A operator began recording the message. There were a few seconds of silence, when Fadi said in a clear, audible voice "Jafar?" The other end of the call replied "Q9, what comes after?" Fadi replied "66H9S." The other end replied "Great, it's you. What's your deal?" Fadi replied "15,000 barrels of oil for $450,000." Jafar took a second, before replying "Fadi, the deal's off. With the international community coming after you, we are withdrawing all support. Don't expect any more from me." Fadi replied "So be it, then. We'll see how you think when you're being decapitated." The phone call ended there.

The operators called over a officer to hear the call. The officer listened to the whole thing, before saying "High Command needs to hear this."

A few hours later, the IDF intelligence had sent the audio recording to the intelligence departments of other nations involved in Operation Blade.

The Donnish caught a few stares from the crew, who promptly returned to the pre-flight procedure. "Told ya" said the copilot as he started hitting the switches to turn on the avionics. "Oh, well bloody fuck me, then!" said the gunner, mounting his MG "if I wanted ta-". "Oi, cut the chatter. We're up" cut in the pilot over the gunner's protests. He hit a few switches and buttons and adjusted his mic. The engine started wheezing before rolling up to a whine. The rotors started to spin, eventually they started going fairly fast, enough to start chopping the air. Before long, the aircraft was ready for takeoff. "Whisky Three Two, we're five-by-five, ready for opstart". The Ghosthawk was also starting up, spinning it's blades up to full speed as well. "Tower copies, cleared for takeoff, all inbound corridors are cleared wide open, good luck". "Roger tower, we're going up, out". The Venom put its rotors at takeoff power, gently lifting off the flight deck and hovering for a bit before strafing to the side away from the ship. When it was away, the helicopter, followed by it's UH-80 counterpart, dipped its nose towards the shoreline.

"Alright, here we go! Welcome aboard, and thank you for flying Leatherneck airlines. I'm you captain for this flight today. We have a very nice ride ahead of us. If you feel uncomfortable, please ask the flight attendant for peanuts or some shit. We will be encountering turbulence along the way, so please stay buckled in for maximum safety. Our destination is Agrabah. The weather there is sunny with a chance of 7.62. Hope you packed an umbrella. I'm told an assault rifle works just fine, too. If you'll look out your right window, you'll see the Kazimierz Maru, a fantastic looking ship operated by the JDF. If you'll look out your left window, you'll see a flat fucking sea. I hope you enjoy your flight".

Iodinae-Agrabah Border
Several lines of CV90 IFVs had formed along the border, surrounded by a makeshift camp of FAP Army soldiers. There were a few other scattered tanks, including a number of venerable Type 74s. The roughly battalion-sized unit laid in wait for an assault order, as they watched a couple Su-24s in the skies loitering for the same order as well.

Somewhere in Agrabah

The agents arrive at their destination. A small house in the middle of the desert, which looked like it had been occupied by Qizmat-Afzal, judging from the several propaganda posters, several weapons and equipment being stashed, and the bodies of the former occupants dumped in quicksand. Castrate and the other agents then drag the two insurgent bodies. Rizhak into the house and his bodyguard into the quicksand. They are met with 8 other HUNTR agents, all dressed differently. Some with the same clothes as them, others in civilian gear, while a few were wearing Agraban Land Forces uniforms. As they come inside, they are met by Mother, the commanding officer. "You have Rizhak with you, eh? Good. Drag him down to the cellar." she orders him and the others as she sits on a desk. Their hideout seems to be in well place now, with the comms officer listening to every radio chatter on the radio they have, and Kalashnikov rifles, mostly AK-74s, handed to the Agents. And some of the posters have either been taken down, or vandalized. Castrate drags the unconscious Rizhak onto a chair in the underground cellar, with Polark and Alruid following him. They tie his hands and legs up then splash him with cold water, waking him up from his deep sleep.

"WHA?! WHO ARE YOU?! WHAT ARE YOU?! WHY DID YOU DO THIS?!" Rizhak shouted as he is suddenly awoken from his sleep. Castrate places his foot down his leg and says. "That's not important. What is important is what you and the Agrabans were dealing. So spill it." the insurgent lieutenant becomes stubborn at first, saying that he 'Will not answer to terrorists and imperialists', which was met by a smack to the face with an AK-47's butt stock. Castrate then punches him in the stomach, making him cough up blood and teeth as he tears up a little. "I will not bow to you! wretched swine!" he shouts and spits towards Castrate. Castrate, however, remained calm. Then smirked a little. "Well, maybe Polira will help us answer our questions." He pauses a little, then continues. "Or, maybe I'll have her accused of something, then have her killed.", Rizhak laughs and shouts at his statement. "Foolish Rhetoric! I know that you cannot do this! I will not let you harm my sister!". Castrate smiles, and pulls out his phone. "Oh, I'm not going to do it. Rizwan will." He starts dialing on his phone, with protests coming from Rizhak. When he nearly reaches the last number. Rizhak then tears up and breaks down. "Please. No more! Anything but her! I cannot lose the only family I have left. Please!" With this, Castrate smacks him once more "If you want her to live, then tell us what we need to know, what were your dealings with the Agrabans." He shows him a couple of pictures taken from the reconnaissance drone earlier. Rizhak, coughing out blood again, begins talking.

"We were discussing about the oil dealings and the arms trade. They were saying that they were going to close down trade between us, but we insisted on continuing the deal. Please, it's all in my computer. Along with plans and documents for our case. Take them, please!", Castrate nods, and asks another question. "So, do you know this El-Ghazzawy person?", "Y-Yes. He's the middle man between us and the Agrabans. He's been buying oil from us to be handed to the Agrabans. He knows all the sketchy plans between the two. I am just a pawn here. Along with everyone else!", "Mhmm..So where is he now?". "His home is in near the Khajima Pass, to the right of Khazzir Plains. He's heavily guarded by his private army he had created and funded. The schematics to his home and everything is also in my computer." Castrate lets out a sigh and thanks him for telling everything. "W-who are you? Surely you are not the Iodinaes." Castrate was supposed to answer his question but was interrupted by Mother who had come down to the cellar and asked how was the interrogation. Rizhak's eyes widened again as he saw Mother's patch. "E-EIS?!-" He said loudly before he was smacked by Alruid's handgun, knocking him out again. Castrate then tells her about what he had been told by Rizhak. "I see..I'll have Jonty take a look at his computer. Right now the IDF informed us that the Agraban-Qizmat deal is off, and the audio file we received from them shows that they're probably going to pick a fight with them.", "So what? We grab Fadi or something?", Mother nods and says "Yes. We need to. But before that, we should do something about Rizhak there.." as they look at Rizhak's bloody and unconscious body slumped onto a chair. "I have an idea."

A few hours later. near the Agraban-Iodinae border, a car pushes Rizhak out, who has his hands tied and a potato bag on his head, where he could probably be picked up by Iodinae or allied authorities.

After the Novokrainian forces have landed in Iodinae, big columns of BMPs and BTRs could be seen moving on into Agrabah from Iodinae. General Yatsenyuk overwatched the movement of the forces. The command was: Get close to the destination, open rocket artillery fire, attack. The objective was a grown village controlled by Qismat-Afzal. At the still under construction Novokrainian Army Camp on the border, where General Yatsenyuk gave orders from; The General had a talk with one of the squad leaders before he had to leave for the attack. "Sir, you know we've got a message saying not to put civilians in danger, shooting the artillery will surely have civilian casualties." said Corporal Druzhinsky to General Yatsenyuk. "Of course I know! But I care about our soldiers more than I care about some Agrabahan civilians, and with this artillery we weaken their positions. Aside that, they are using them as human shield to stop us...STOP US!" Yatsenyuk started laughing. "I agree sir, our soldiers are more important." Druzhinsky replied. After a short 5 second silence, Gen.Yatsenyuk siad to Druzhinsky "Go back to your squad, I have contacted the Portean forces that are also advancing now and offered them to make a joint assault, still wainting for response but it will be soon, now go back and start advancing." - "Yes sir!" Druzhinsky saluted and left the camp to his squad.

Some hours later...
Four BM-21 trucks got into position to fire on the Village. A small drone was sent to watch the enemy positions as the drone returned a voice in the radio was heard, it was the artillery commander "Barrage! 300-30-3!*" as soon as he finished counting, the barrage began. Each truck carried 40 rockets, but the order was to fire 20 each. total 80 rockets were fired at that village that moment. Another voice was heard in the radio, it was Colonel Radyansk's voice, he gave an order "All units, prepare to advance in 15 minutes!"

OOC
Explanation*
*300-30-3: It's like counting 1 - 2 - 3. As soon as the commander says "3", the artillery beings firing. Works like that in Ukraine.

Iodinae-Agrabah Border.

Two squads of IDF infantry were driving on the border in a few jeeps near the southern edge, close to the sea. They were looking for objects or people when they spotted someone with a bag on his head, laying in the sand. The leading jeep drove up to the man and pointed their guns at him. The squad commander walked up to the man, got on his knees and took the bag off the man's face, only to realize who it was. The squad commander exclaimed "Oh, look at that... men, we're getting a big fat pay raise for this." Rizhak looked up, and spat towards the commander. The soldier backed off, before the commander said "Alright Rizhak, it's time to go to prison." Rizhak is handcuffed, and then placed in one of the jeeps as the squad commander reports what he finds.

2 miles from Novokrainan Forces.

A IDF drone was circling over the area where the Novokrainian troops were located, in part to assist them if needed and in part to make sure they weren't recklessly killing civilians. The drone operator noticed via. the camera that the Novokrainians were firing rockets into the town, which the IDF knew contained civilians. A IDF squad nearby was dispatched to go to the Novokrainian position and tell them to stop firing the rockets.

A few minutes later, a IDF jeep drove up to where the Novokranian commander was. They dismounted and began looking for the commander.

TF Perun, Agrabah, One Mile outside possible location of "Spades"

As the Helicopter landed it kicked up massive amounts of dust and sand, almost creating a crater under the intense wind of the blades. The Members of TF Perun quickly jumped out of either side securing the landing zone scanning the various dunes and Hills around them. The Venom Helicopter wasn't quiet so possible enemy forces may know they were there. TF Perun didn't plan on staying for long anyways. They took positions on a nearby large dune close to the landing sight that overlooked the small village. Jeerne took out Binoculars in a prone position as the rest of the team hiked up the Dune. He looked into them, flipping up his Visor with a flick of his eye revealing the hidden eyes in a Balaclava under it all. He put it up to his eyes and scanned the Village. "Civilians, but there are a few armed ones walking about" he said out loud as the team to km their prone positions on the dune. "Pray to the mountain God that we don't have to kill any child soldiers again." Said Teru.

"Don't bring that shit up again, Teru..." Untuli spoke under her Visor looking at the Marksman.

The Team was essentially invisible from this range in their Desert Camouflage while prone on the Dune. They weren't afraid of being spotted at this point. The Town was surrounded by sand and light dead brush. A few irrigated farms sat outside with water being brought through in pipes under the sand. It was the average subsistence village being used possibly as a HQ for "Spades" to operate from. Already Jeerne had spotted the propaganda, photos taken in the advantage of the Terrorists blaming the IDF for war crimes, some of them however, may be true. That wasn't their buisness however.

"Where are the fucking SEALS?" Cer noted.

One mile away from possible location of "Spades"
As if on queue, a UH-80 touched down right beside where the Venom had been moments before. Jumping out of the passenger compartment, the squad of SEALs formed up with the Donnish special forces. One of them, a woman that looked to be in her 20s and dressed in black fatigues, met the Donnish squad leader. She slung her AK-74 as she went prone and crawled up to him. "Sorry we're late. Friendly aircraft had to make SEAD sweeps before we could get in. Any updates on the target?" she asked. Nearby, two SEALs were setting up a sniper position, armed with an AWF platform. They sighted in on the target building, loading a clip of APHE-FI rounds.

Border of Agrabah
The Colonel in command of the Portean forces had just recieved orders to begin the invasion. "Alright, let's see about working with the Novokrainians on this one. Set up some liaisons and link the comms networks. And tell the Artillery to light the enemy up. Fire plan alpha. All units, move out!".

Several miles behind the Portean lines, a battery of M270s started rotating their launchers into firing position. Once they were locked in on their targets, they simultaneously started firing streams and shoals of rockets over the border. Nearby, a battery of PzH 2000s also started firing, the percussive blasts of their 155mm guns rolling across the desert.

The aircraft started entering Agrabah airspace, targeting strategic locations. Ammo depots, SAM sites, and artillery were systematically destroyed by Su-24s, Tu-160s, Su-25s, and Harriers. Several tons of guided bombs were dropped in a few minutes, crippling the enemy response.

Almost as soon as the barrage started, the engines of dozens of IFVs roared to life. Ranks of CV90s started moving forwards, accompanied by Strykers and Type 74s. A huge dust trail followed them as the armored force roared across the border. Slightly out of place was a column of BTRs, operated by the Nanasawa PS PMCs, who happened to be in Iodinae and were hired by the FAP to pad the assault force. Before long, they were also approaching several villages alongside the Novokrainians.

Ikhzot, Iodinae. Near the Iodinae-Agraban border

As Iodinae and other allied forces step up attacks against the Qizmat-Azfal forces, several hundred civilians had either been wounded, killed, or displaced in the fighting. Seeing that there were hundreds of them pouring out every second the fighting continues, and with the Iodinaes already having their hands full of wounded civilians, the Esgonian contingent decides to volunteer in the efforts to help civilians as well in the effort to wipe out the terrorist threat. in Ikhzot, a significant Esgonian force has been deployed there to set up a refugee camp after asking the Iodinae authorities, with the help of locals, who gave donations such as food and medical supplies to the Esgonian forces, which helped significantly logistics wise. The first few hundreds of displaced civilians had arrived to the camp hours after the announcement of the construction of the camp and were treated well, tending to wounds, and had enough beds and shelter for everyone. The soldiers also checked for any Qizmat-Afzal fighters hiding among them, with anyone armed or who looked suspicious detained for questioning, and when guilty of being a fighter, immediately transferred to Iodinae forces.

Meanwhile, an assault force had been assigned to the border to help out the allied forces in the area. As the Portean and Novokrainan forces were firing artillery at the village, the Esgonians took a different approach. and used AH-64Es to wipe out the enemy fighters.

At a village that had been reported to have enemy combatants in the area, two Esgonian Stryker ICVs arrive in the area, exiting 32 troops. They immediately head onto the village, with the APCs giving them cover, along with Apaches. When they get in the middle of the patrol, they hear a shot and a scream. "CHARLIE'S HIT! CHARLIE'S HIT!" along with a clatter of machine gun fire later. "Dammit! Ambush!" The soldiers drag their wounded comrade onto the APC as they take cover and return fire. The ICV cut down enemy fighters in the windows while the soldiers go door-to-door clearing out any fighters inside. The two Apaches help out, but were restricted to only using their 25mm cannons, as they know civilians will get hit.

Meanwhile, two Marine AH-64DMs tail the Portean force heading towards the Novokrainan positions.

Moscecor Fleet

Sending the forces had been delayed due to a issue regarding troop transport. The support battalion would not fit on the MNS Manta (The Astrid) so they'd had to be moved via another ship, and the cruiser and two Visby's going along with wouldn't be enough. With that said the MNS Navy made the decision of equipping a transport/cargo ship with a turret and some military defense systems along with radio's, which took two days of maintenance. With that said the platoons prepared gear, rested, and trained. However two days ago, less than five hours after all maintenance teams were either put on the ships or left on land, the fleet left. Now, they had less than a day left to Iodinae. They had gotten the news of closing deals between Jafar and agreeing members and Qizmat-Afal however that wouldn't change their attacks on the base.

MNS Manta, Astrid Class Carrier

The captain looked out of the glass window, catching one of the F-35Bs prepare itself for taking off. Training for the pilot's. The F-35 fighter squadron, the Storm Walkers, consisted of new pilots and were to be exercised regularly on the Manta. The F-35B was the only one being prepared this time, unlike the previous two jet flight exercises which consisted of the full fighter squadron. The captain, a man in his thirties, shook it off. Like most of the Moscecorian Navy and the navy itself, he was young. He took a drink of his black coffee, happy to be on a mission. His name was Captain Rodrigue Lenox, a former captain of the MNS Tranquility and before that co-captain and engineer of the MNS Mildor. Both ships were in the fleet being sent to Iodinae.

"Clearing for takeoff, this is Mad Dancer." A voice said through a built in radio to the left of the captain. Flight Control Chief. Ten seconds late the Chief was seen nodding by the captain, and the man talked into the radio. "Mad Dancer, clear to take off." Lenox watched the F-35B's cockpit close shut. He could hear an enthusiastic 'Yeah!' emit from the radio. The F-35B started up, and several flight crew workers stood behind the catapult. A man without the jacket stood a few meters away from the F-35B, rechecking the catapult and F-35 visually after he'd finished checking it hands-on minutes before. He gave a thumbs up to the men in the vests, and then the shooters trotted away from the F-35. The F-35 was launched, and it slanted upward slightly a quarter from the ramp. It was up in the air, flying for a few miles away.

The captain didn't want to be distracted for too long. Success was all he wanted to watch, so he sat back down. He pulled out a chart and monitored the two ships in view. The first and largest to see was the MNS Storm, the modified transport/cargo ship. Ahead of the two ships was the MNS Mildor, the fastest yet oldest of all ships sailing in the fleet. A light cruiser from 1940, that ship was in the hearts of many sailors. It had sunk more than two ships belonging to pirates many years ago, however has longed for modern combat. The prime minister and commodore in charge of naval operations both agreed to keep it in while Visby's entered service, as they claimed every balance counted. Many people disagreed with its balance, however some sailors believed it was still good enough to sail hence her nickname 'Old Reliable' or in short 'Ollie'.
To their sides were the two Visby's.

"Good day to sail, eh sir?" That same FCC asked Lenox. He was only 20 or so, having no previous experience before training. He had a supervisor, although he didn't have much infront of his name either. The man worked as a airfield advisor back in the 2000's. He was probably the oldest man in the room at the solid age of 50, that the captain new. He and the FCC talked on their breaks about launch platforms, aircraft, and recently the F-4 deal struck between the Free Asian Ports and Moscecor. Lenox answered with a "Uhhuh,"Looking at the chart. The FCC's name was Rain, although he went by the name of Paul. He was also very curious, and listened well when anyone had literally anything to say. He was also a critic on ideas, a mental sparrer. Lenox liked the kid, he had that personality back in his schooldays. "That chart. Its a shared one,"Paul pointed at the chart on Lenox's knee. "I have some papers in them. Flight maps." Lenox pulled up some papers and found what looked like a flight map. He peeked under that paper, finding a second one aswell. This one was half full and half blank. It was literally a chart. Graphs, weather, scheduling? They weren't the ones Lenox used but with Paul's writing on it he quickly gave him the papers. "Thanks, sir."Said Paul. The Captain found his paper, which he went back to looking at.

Paul hopped on the helm's intercom. "I'd like the weather. Flight weather." He was calling out to the man on the laptop in the back of the room who worked in the flight department. The printer printed out the latest information on Iodinae and Agrabahn weather. Six sheets of paper, the one on the top being a map of the terrain with some blurry wind patterns. Paul got up and grabbed the stack, sitting down and reading it. "Good Weather is following us."

Border of Agrabah
Just before entering the village and a nearby town, All of the infantry soldiers inside the BMPs were given the command to get out and move behind the BMP while it will use for cover as they advance more slowly into the town. Five BTRs were given the command to move along with the Portean PMCs into the village from the eastern side. Three Mi-24s were sent to aid the advancing forces. Few snipers were spotted on the rooftop of one of the buildings by the Mi-24s; They managed to injure a soldier before the rooftop was blown up by one of the Helicopters. Successfully occupying a part of the town, the BMPs were moving slowly forward with soldiers behind them suppressing the enemy. At one point they've stopped and the BTR's stormed deep inside with covering fire from the BMPs. It seemed like the artillery bombing was successful as it crippled most of the opposition force.

Novokrainian Camp
Staying in the camp, Commander Yatsenyuk was getting the reports from the battlefield. "Push with the BMPs and get the soldiers to clear the houses from these terrorist scum. Shoot anyone that looks suspicious." As he said that, one of his guards came into his tent. "Commander, some IDF soldiers came around looking for you. Should I call the in?" The commander thought for a second. "Let them in." He said before returning to hear the reports.

"If they couldn't, we wouldn't be sending them out on missions" she said, flashing hand signals to the SEAL squad. They fanned out, getting low and dispersing themselves among the Donnish soldiers. One by one, they each reported readiness. The sniper raised the rifle to his cheek and started sighting in while his spotter started calling out targets. Satisfied with their preparedness, K101 turned back to Jeerne. "We're ready" she said, flicking the safety off on her AK-74 "and we have air support inbound. We just need to light up targets with laser designators".

Border of Agrabah
The Portean Army forces were advancing steadily through the streets of the village, using the CV90s as cover. The heavy 40mm cannon of the IFVs blew enemy emplacements to bits, while BTRs flanked around the bulk of the enemy forces. PMCs in jigsaw camo dismounted, using assault rifles and light machine guns to pin the enemy down and keeping them from advancing. Several Su-25UTGs made strafing runs with their Gsh-30-2s, riddling the toughest positions with armor piercing rounds.

Tadeusz Maru, waters south of Agrabah
The Tadeusz Maru, a Ulyanovsk class fleet carrier, was the newest ship in the home fleet. It was still fresh out of dry dock from fitting out, and some of the paint hadn't even dried yet. It was now the largest ship in the Home Fleet's inventory, beating out even the Ex-FAPN CDG class light carrier that had recently been delivered. It was now performing combat air operations for the first time.

Sayakomi Mao was abruptly awoken from her nap by Tsubasa, her wingman. Their flight had been on the ready line this shift, and normally they'd be doing nothing in particular, so Mao thought she could catch a little sleep. Well, I guess that's what I get for dozing off... she thought as she wiped a little drool from her face. "We're being scrambled. It seems the Admiral wants us to participate a little more. I guess glory seeking for us reservists is natural instinct" said Tsubasa, picking up her helmet off a hook. Both women were dressed in their flight suits. Mao stood up and got her own helmet as they made their way to the flight deck. "Is it just us, or are we bringing more?". As Tsubasa opened the door to the outside, she said "Maya and Chidori, they'll be launching right after us. Oh, and two more Su-25s will be launching from Kaz. We're going all out today". "Great, the nuggets. Alright let's get going" said Mao, exasperated. They climbed into their F/A-18s, which were waiting on the deck for them. Two more Hornets were being prepared, and the CAP started lining up to be launched from the catapults. They jolted off the deck, rising into the air and vectoring towards land while the second pair of aircraft launched after them. A minute later, a squadron of 4 Hornets was moving in to support Portean actions in Agrabah.
