"Alright gentlemen, here is the Draft of the Charter."

A new person walks into the room, he is a lot younger than the previous man, about 40 years old.
"Hello gentlemen, I'm sorry about the previous "associate" he was voted into parliament from one of the radical fascist parties."
With a chuckle he sat down and placed his suitcase below the table before placing his elbows on the table.
"I have read the details of the document and my superiors and I agree on the situation of keeping our own trade regulated by us."
He wrote on his notepad and took a sip of the coffee he had picked up on his way in.

"Alright" Krateon said while he looked through the charter. "It seems okay to me, but if I'm not mistaking Samuel, is your nation at war at the moment since I followed the regional newspaper. So I'm interested how you will fix this problem...

Yes, the treaty won't go into effect until after these dealings are done with... I don't see this ending well for us, but It was out of my hands.

Ambassador Bonifacio Perdomo, San Eulogian minister of foreign affairs, hastily enters the conference room and sits down at the seat for the San Eulogian representative. “My apologies for the delay, our government was occupied with several political issues as of late.”

The ambassador takes his time reading the draft, then stares at the middle of the table for a few seconds, clearly thinking.

“I have an issue with Article Two, Section One: I think many at the table here would agree that having the entire Association joins an offensive war will only worsen the situation for us. Instead, I propose a defensive agreement while we cooperate to solve military and diplomatic threats to any member nation with all means but war possible.”

The Minister of Defense, Tarik Natheyusa, a tall man of a darker complexion with short dark hair and brown eyes, and another Yarkandi diplomat, Sasha Tariknalovna, a mid height lady who is very white with a little bit of a rotund figure and blond hair with green eyes, walked into the room. After numerous delays they finally arrived to the meeting. They walked to the Ventlimer Vice President and shook his hand and proceeded to greet everyone else in the room. They then sat down and began to look over the Charter that had been presented to them.

We don't want to be forced into wars that will take our soldiers across the region. But we are very inclined to helping our allies through means other than that, or if the war is close enough that we could send actual soldiers."

"I don't see why not" Mortenson answered in reply. He took out his pen and waited.

General Cladio Machelli, Chief of Defense Staff for the Armed Forces of the Union of Covonant, arrived on a military jet.A man of dark complexion Dressed in full regalia showcasing his medals from his previous victories, approached the conference room that was already occupied by member states. He was also accompanied by a private ordered to be his aid at all meetings.

"Good day gents" The General exclaimed. He proceeded to greet the Vice President of Ventlimer and other members present.

He proceeded to take his seat where he was handed a document that was being discussed by those in attendance. He took out a folder, supposedly containing information and orders from the Union. He listened attentively to the other members in attendance while still reviewing the document.

Noting that they are ready to proceed with the voting, the General found no problem with the charter, and agreed for the voting period to commence.
