Hey guys, Cerrania here checking in with 3 operatives. I'd prefer we meet up at Joint Base Cloverleaf.

As for the silencers question, I personally will be outfitting my operatives with them.

My operatives shall be doing the same in regards for the silencer, and I have a question for the everyone.

What's the type of ammunition do your guys use? 5.56mm or what?

I'm having my combat medic run utility for this, which means I am going to have him perform multiple support roles and be heavily armored cause this smells fisher than a whore house in a fish market

I'm not doubting if it's real or functional, just trying to get a picture of what your operative will look like.

Imagine the dumbass they send to disarm IEDs, essentially that without all of the bulk. He will have a full coverage MOLLE vest with soft and hard armor inserts on both front and back. He will have composite armor plates covering his arms and legs that give full mobility while still having the same armor rating as his helmet. His boots are standard steel toe leather combat boots with composite armor covering them in areas that do not hinder movement while still providing maximum protection. His pack will most likely be very light only carrying a 24 hour pack, medical supplies, and ammunition. He will be carrying a shield too however, which reminds me I need to get that info on over to URA who can send it over to our OP if he clears it. Uno Momento.

One operator use 5.56mm, yes. The other two use MP5 and SPAS 12 as their weapons, though.

Fringe science is a lot of topics and varies through time. It is science that is unofficial, or in other words not accepted by the scientific community, and yet still follows the scientific method. The Heliocentric model back long ago was fringe science as it was "shady", just like a lot of science fiction now would be considered.
