Sperland has been on the brink of civil war ever since the start of the year.
Today war broke out at exactly 5 past 3 in the evening when 59,999 protesters were attacked by masked men in black clothes. The government of Sperland was blamed. 3,000 people were shot 6,000 injured and 70 were even taken prisoner! Members of an Anarchist revolutionary group then took out there guns and opened fire on the attackers. Police then got involved and opened fire on the Anarchists. By this time others got involved. After this the Sperlish government declared Martial law and the President resigned.

The Pananauan army will deploy several counter-insurgency units to your country. The RPN will deploy four Pacific class Battleships, two aircraft carriers, and four Da-Chi class landing ships.

The Western Pacific Territories, after hours of decision making regarding the 5th civil-war, decides that the Sperlandish government nor the civilians can run a effective government. As such, we declare war on Sperland in the hopes of destroying it's government and conquering the nation.

OBRAT: 19 destroyers, 15 cruisers, 4 aircraft carriers and 2 nuclear submarines. 35,000 infantry, 300 tanks.

However the plane's targets were primarily buildings and roads where the Menran forces were likely to use them, so the failure to kill military targets wasn't a big blow. However the plane's technology were also that of which was standardly used by most militarys, there was nothing special about them.
