PEACE IN WOLFUSSIA
INTERNATIONAL NEWS: The state of Wolfussia put and end to its civil war.

FROM WOLFUSSIA- Yesterday, the state of Wolfussia announced it had achieved total victory over the terrorist group "The Brotherhood". Wolfussia is a country of deep contrasts, it's an industrial and military powerhouse that grants corporations great freedoms - a requirement for any modern, civilized state - yet it has raised criticism from the international community for its repeated human right violations. The government of Wolfussia doesn't deny these accusations, it justifies the actions as necessary to achieve long lasting peace in its territory.

"The Republic of Annistrail welcomes Wolfussia to the international community" said Sterling Bonher, Chancellor of Annistrail " although we do not condone the serious human right violations commited by the government, that doesn't mean we can't agree on certain policies to further our international relations." he added. After being questioned about a future trip to Wolfussia he answered with evasives "It's not in the executive agenda as of now, it could be in the following months. I need to be in the country to make sure the Uranium Crisis comes to an end.".

"The International Community should understand that sometimes the use of force is the only way to defend a nation from political extremists" said Marshall Webster, leader of the far-right Crown Party and then added "Even though I'm a mere legislator, I'm going to visit Wolfussia in the following days, as a sign of international cooperation and good faith". Webster's admiration of the military prowess of Wolfussia is well known to members of the Crown Party and the public in general.

The leader of the opposition and Shadow-Chancellor, Clint Ewart, had a different view on Wolfussia "The government of Wolfussia is a fascist dictatorship and we should be ashamed to even consider opening diplomatic relationships with them. It doesn't matter how strong their economy or their military is, it's a matter of principles".

Wolfussia has always been a hot topic for international analysts, extreme solutions often garner extreme criticism, and it's difficult to do a serious analysis of the situation without falling prey to prejudice or self-interest. We leave such judgements to our readers.

The leader of the Crown Party, Marshall Webster, will be arriving in his personal jet in the following hours. The Crown Party is a monarchist party in the Republic of Annistrail and its highly nationalist, it favors a strong military, and a free-market economy (unless an industry highly sensitive to the nation's pride - such as the Auto-Industry or Weapons Manufacturing - is at stake, in that case, it favors protecting it)

Webster is a legislator, a member of the Parliament of Annistrail, and his party is a member of the coalition that runs the government, which is led by the Conservative Party (which focus on Free-Market economics and it's not Monarchist or extremely nationalist).

Reichsführer-SS Heinrich set about his quarters in the massive SS-Führungshauptamt building in the heart of Berlin. He wasn't happy about this trip; it was near 2AM and he was just about to finally retire after filing his reports for the day when one of his SS soldiers knocked on his door to inform him that he had been volunteered to go to some diplomatic event on the end of the earth. He hated these formal events and proceedings, he was a soldier, not a diplomat. When the Führer offered him the Reichsführer-SS position several months back, he couldn't have been more proud. At just 29 years old, he was the youngest Reichsführer-SS in the history of the organization, and it had been his aspiration since he joined the Hitlerjugend at the age of 14. At 18, he had immediately requested a transfer to the Waffen-SS and was placed in the 3rd SS Division, the most feared and elite unit in the Regime's warmachine. After becoming a national hero during the Tokyo Uprising of 2005, he was promoted and gained the attention of the Führer, and eventually made it all the way to the top of his beloved SS. Unfortunately, the job came with things like this surprise foreign gala, and sometimes he would rather be back with boots on the ground in London, Siberia, or other corners of the Reich that were notorious for terrorist insurgencies. He shook away such thoughts and folded his white formal uniform into the suitcase just as a knock came and the door opened.

"Herr Reichsführer, the car has arrived and the aircraft is awaiting at the airstrip" An SS guard informed him.

Heinrich nodded, picked up his small suitcase, and followed the soldier to the elevator and down to the car parked in front of the building. Another SS soldier stood by the backdoor, and opened the door with a salute. As Heinrich got in, the soldier closed the door and the driver began the short trip to the airstrip specifically used by SS personnel. Within 10 minutes, the car pulled up to the supersonic private aircraft that awaited with engines running. One of the three SS soldiers standing at attention by the jet opened the door for Heinrich, taking his suitcase as well. Heinrich traversed up the ramp to the plane followed by the three guards that would accompany him to Oceania. They each took a seat, as the pilot came over the intercom and informed the entourage that they would be arriving in Oceania in roughly an hour. Heinrich barely felt the plane start to taxi for takeoff when he began to drift off for some much needed sleep

"Herr Reichsführer....Herr Reichsführer...." Heinrich opened his eyes to see one of the guards standing near him. He ran a hand down his face and widened his eyes to shake off the sleep.

"Ah, yes. Sorry Unteroffizier. What is it?"

"We will be arriving in Oceania in 15 minutes, sir. I recommend getting ready before we touch down."

Heinrich thanked the soldier who saluted before returning to a table at the front where he and another soldier had a game of cards going. He grabed his suitcase from next to his chair and proceeded to the bathroom facility at the back of the plane to change for the gala. After several minutes, the intercom informed him that they were just about to land. With a final straitening of lapels and holstering of his pistol, Heinrich placed his cap on his head just as he felt the light jolt of touchdown on the runway. He came out of the bathroom and stood by the soldiers near the hatch. The soldiers slung their rifles over their soldiers and took their positions, one in front of the Reichsführer, two behind.

"Open the hatch soldier, let's get this overwith."

The soldier obliged and threw open the hatch, and the entourage descended down the stairs of the ramp to await their formal greeting.

After greeting the Grand Duke, the officer in the airport noticed a plane coming in for a landing. "At attention! Another delegate approaches!" She said to her troops, as the plane touched down.

When the plane taxied to its final destination, and the door opened, the German entourage walked onto the tarmac. The Wolfussian soldiers once again snapped to attention, crossing their arms in the shape of an X for a traditional Wolfussian salute. The officer walked up to the delegation, extending a gloved hand to greet the Reichsführer.

"Hello and welcome to Wolfussian Oceania. Follow me, and I will take you to the Citadel." Said the officer, pointing at a car with Wolfussian escorts beside it.

The Reichsführer took the foreign officer's hand in his own white gloved hand and smiled.

"My thanks sir, it is good to be here. Of course, thank you."

He motioned for one of his soldiers to stay with the aircraft and stand watch, while he and the other two proceeded into the provided vehicle to proceed to the Citadel.

The officer lead Heinrich to the black car, he entered with the Wolfussian officer, and the whole convoy began to drive to the heart of the capital city.

As the Reichsführer was driven through the streets, with him and his soldiers in a luxury car while Wolfussian soldiers drove armoured cars in front and behind of him. If he looked out the window, he saw sprawling factories, a heavy military presence in the streets, and numerous large and strangely pyramid shaped buildings.

The pyramid structures were adorned with banners, and with Wolfussian soldiers outside. They were a strange contrast to the conformity of all the other fairly square buildings.

"If you are wondering what the triangular building are, they're ministries. Organizations controlled by the government to control the populace. Its proven very effective." Said the officer, gesturing to a passing structure.

The convoy arrived at the Riekondeg Citadel front courtyard, and the officer exited the car. She then opened the door for the Reichsführer, saying "Follow me, we are almost here." She lead Heinrich past the formations of soldiers, standing blankly in the courtyard. They arrived at the doors, and the guards pushed open the entranceway.

"The event is here. Enjoy your time in Wolfussian Oceania." Said the officer, walking to stand a short distance behind the Kansler of Wolfussia.

The Kansler then looked to Heinrich, saying "Hello Reichsführer-SS, it is an honour to have you in our nation."

As David Cobb opened his eyes, he would find that the plane which he had boarded was inbound to the airport in which he was expected to land in Wolfussia. He looked around, noticing nobody but himself and his entourage of 2 bodyguards. As he gained his bearings, he would see that the plane was circling the airport already, and the pilot was making radio contact.

Wolfussian airport, this is Consean Government Flight 187, requesting permission to land. We have the Spokesman onboard, requesting security escort. Flight 187 out.

The Skramstad air control tower received the message, and ordered the launch of two Wolfussian Sukhoi T-50 fighters to bring the plane safely into the airport.

Flight 187, This is Skramstad Military Control Tower. Security escort approved, permission to land granted as well. Tower out.

Riekondeg Citadel

"The leader of this nation will not be appearing until all delegates arrive. However, I am leader of the fascist party and second in command of the nation. You may discuss whatever you wish with me, and I will clear it with the Alpha later." Said the Kansler, as Major Kielland lead the Primer and his men to his accommodations in the eastern section of the citadel.

Heinrich was greatly impressed, admiring the great structures as they whipped by the windows. The great structures around him reminded him somewhat of the great überconcrete structures of Berlin, while the ministry buildings reminded him of London, where he had grown up. The city still, after more than 60 years had an immense problem with terrorism by deviants and degenerates, and as such monolithic Gestapo and SS substation buildings dotted the skyling. All that was missing was the London Monitor.

As he was escorted to the Eastern wing of the Citadel he was greeted by the Kansler.

"It is an honor to be here Herr Kansler, the Führer apologies greatly that he could not be here himself."

"There are nearly 1000 Wolfussian trained WSS outside, and Kussian guard checking every guest. Security is a great concern for us, but we will not have to worry about it personally tonight. I leave that to people such as the Grand-Major Kielland. As every Wolfussian leader must, I have served time in the military, and these troops are more than capable of protecting us." Said the Kansler as the Primer was lead away.

He looked back at the Reichsführer, and said "Do not apologize Herr Heinrich, we understand that the ruler of such a vast nation would be busy. I must say, I am impressed with the sheer size of your nation."

"Not many. I served, I fought honourably and killed enemies of the state for around 9 years, during the second african war. I was then transferred to the diplomatic core. I wasn't very happy at the time, as I wanted to die an honourable death, not one lying in bed like a coward.

I see now that I have served my state well, and I will continue to serve my position as Kansler."

"Are we in agreement?" Arvid asked. All the knights agreed, either verbally or non-verbally. "Wonderful. This council meeting is dismissed."

"Now, let me respond, and let me find my robes!" Arvid said, before hurrying off.

Hello, Kansler. I have received your invitation, and I gladly accept it. I have placed my Parliamentary Council into the position of my country's rulers, and all I need are my robes. Thus, I believe I am ready to come. Expect me to arrive at your capital in a matter of 18-26 hours. I hope this shall be a fine dinner, and your national cuisine even finer.

After doing this, Arvid began searching for his ceremonial robes. He also rung up Dragsnon Airways, and reserved a special plane for himself.

After various cups of coffee and some 25 hours or so, Arvid's plane finally saw the Wolfussian airport. "Finally, damn it," He muttered.

The plane slid on to the Wolfussian airway, and the ramp lowered. Arvid began to walk out of the plane, taking in the sight that was before him. He saw a Wolfussian man, dressed in the nation's usual governmental attire. "Hello there, Mr.!" Arvid said, going for a hand shake.
