Medical Units typically consist of either trained volunteers in times of need or medically trained servicemen/servicewomen. Each unit, referred to as a "Med-Base", has about 4 doctors, 15 nurses, 8 drivers and 10 field medics (~37 members). These units are served by 5 6x6 trucks, 1 Fuel Tractor, 1 Generator truck, 10 jeeps. During times of peace it is slated that about 8 of these units exist, (One in Coveton, the rest in New Haven, allowing movement to help isolated communities with medical assistance), in conflict more units may be recruited from the medical profession.
