The NSE has become overwhelmed by the amount of Russians in our territory. In certain areas, there are more Russians than the native population. Because of this, we need more land to continue growth if we are expected to survive as a strong nation. Therefore, we have begun negotiating with the Russians in control of the Murmansk and Leningrad oblasts to give the NSE control of those territories and the land in between. St. Petersburg and a 3-mile buffer around it will be the exception.

We expect a response soon. We know Murmansk will be accepted (Russians in our country and in Murmansk want it), but we are not sure about the rest.

Russians will never give up land to Finland. They hate them. Especially when they are paired with the Swedes.

I've been able to take Constantinople and keep Zadar. People WILL be worried with my reinforcements arriving, which will have the power to take New Berlin.

They're in civil war and unable to properly resist, and the land is going to be controlled by Russians. Plus, we are going to probably take the land regardless as sevral people the that region of Russia want to join FInland, as they were part of the Swedish Empire (and the region of Finland) for a very long time. Plus, the Finns want it back.

Done, though I marked it as disputed (striped) since I'm not sure if anyone besides Italy, East Tourkia, Venezuela, and maybe the german balkans (as a condition of their surrender was ceasing recognition of Islamic Ottoman-Turkey) recognize Italy as owning it.
