500,000 total soldiers would be an incredibly rare amount of 13.5 soldiers per 1000 capita (out of California's 38 million population), only 10 nations have this many soldiers or more per capita, and that is the total and not just the reservists.

From what I know, and being the oldest active nation in the game I think - the year is 1998, Venezuela is top dog in the world, there's a war over Bryzantine's former territories, and tensions between the former Tripartite Pacts states grow as Venezuela fights with limited resources in the Balkans.

Also the Mansourans are invading Arabia. Don't know why.

Having 5 million people in an military which is poorly armed and with a much smaller budget than an enemy which has to supply and feed less troops, means a greater rate of the spread of depression and 'war weariness'. I've been able to take Constantinople and keep Zadar. People WILL be worried with my reinforcements arriving, which will have the power to take New Berlin.
