As the Conglomerate representative, I would like to install Conglomerate presence in terms of both communications and understanding between both political entities. Mind, this does not mean any sort of formal tie other than by words. There is no military alliance, no non-aggression, no establishment of formal trade. Simple words between the Coalition and the Conglomerate that should issues come up, both sides will be able to discuss issues together.

It would be in the interests of both parties for this establishment to be implemented, considering the activity of the Conglomerate and its actions in relation to things that may involve the Coalition. I hope for an agreeable response.

It has been agreed that I will take over BAXTELL. No discussions regarding that.
