The International Organization of Governments is willing to hold a conference between the two sides we need three representives from the Coalition and three from the Federation. The meeting will be held at our headquaters in Windgrad, NAE to discuss the future of WT and the realtions of both sides before this boils in a war.

To Whom It May Concerns,

I feel like I need to establish a sense of order in this crisis.

It seems like several members of the Coalition are not "professional" enough to handle this crisis, partially why they are not part of the Coalition's governing body. With Almaniania on the brink to insanity, the Republic will hereby replaced them as representatives of the Coalition for this conference. It's time that we resolved the strained relationships between our member states. However, if the Federation itself is not willing to cooperate with us, I'll announce to the Coalition of Nation States that our relationships with the Federation is hereby null and voided.

If any members of the Coalition wishes to be part of this conference, you must inform me with a telegram. I want to hand pick only those that are capable enough and mature enough to handle this crisis smoothly and effectively.
