Communist Uprising in Alledin!(Open, MT)

Postby Alledin » Tue Nov 24, 2015 10:57 pm

0300hrs New Allepo, Alledin

In the Capital city of Alledin, Dolph Luvendorf had led a parade through the city in order to bring attention to the people. Dolph Luvendorf is a member of the newly created Communist Party of Alledin. Though the party has no status in Alledin politics, Dolph has a plan to change that. He plans to build up the party and overthrow the Alledin government and form a communist state.

He has been posting propaganda on social media to gain more followers. He also has been dialing other communist nations for support in this. He admires Ho Chin Minh, Mao Zedong and Joseph Stallin on how they worked to rise into communism and that is what Dolph plans to do.

He is forming The Alledin People's Army, which currently has over 34,000 troops. Like we said, Dolph is looking for other communist nations to support his work and bring a new future to the Alledin people.

Confederate Secret Service HQ, Sagorth, Balkan Confederation

The news about the things going on in Alledin were really worrying. General Mihov, commander of the CSS, read the current reports and decided to contact his superiors. War was coming. And the communists had to be stopped.
Two hours later, Confederate Parlament
Marshal Kozlov and other high-ranking Confederate officers were preparing to talk. Kozlov decided to use the situation. "Comrades, the people of Alledin are in danger! The communist menace is back and it is stronger than before. We must stop them! For the sake of the Confederation and for the good of Alledin! We must go to war! WE must not let the communists destroy that country as they did with us! Are you with me?!?" shouted Kozlov. The entire parlament was shocked but the people couldn't agree more. Half an hour later the mobilization of the Confederate 1st Army began.

Battle for Frendar

Postby Alledin » Wed Nov 25, 2015 12:19 pm

1257hrs, Frendar, Alledin

In the city of Frendar, which is located in the northern part of Alledin, Dolph and 6,000 PAA troops marched into the city and shooting gunshots into the air. Local police authorities, had tried to prevent dolph from marching ahead, but failed. The PAA had opened fired on police forces, unless they surrendered. The Frendar's mayor had gave up the city, in order for him to be set free. City officials and the mayor had fled to the nearest city to inform the government.

While Dolph sat in the mayor's office, PAA soldiers searched inside police stations and looked for weapons and any armoured vehicles, used by SWAT forces. Dolph had addressed to the people that they were now under the protection of Communist Party of Alledin.

President Anbaku had heard of the fall of Frendar and ordered for the military to handle these "nobodies"

OOC: Apologies for the short post.

Cyprus

Word had spread of a Communist uprising in Alledin and it had Lord Francis - Governor of Cyprus - concerned. While Communism was an extinct ideology within the Empire, the rebels may try to launch an attack on Cyprus if they seize full control. The Prince Regent had tasked the Governor with the duty to protect the innocents of Alledin and to ensure the group's infection did not spread.

Francis was given the permission to utilise the Airbases of the Royal Flying Corps to launch air-strikes against the group, from the Prince Regent but the go-ahead to attack would have to been obtained from the Government of Alledin first. The Cyprus Regiment was also assembled and ready to deploy to Alledin once permission was given to land.

Furthermore, 10 ships from the Royal Humanitarian League had been dispatched if the need for evacuation for the citizens of Alledin was required.

Message From The Governor of Cyprus

To: Government of Alledin

Our reports indicate that Alledin has had a surge in Communist activity, lead by Dolph Luvendorf. The Empire and the Commonwealth cannot stand idle while he - and his members - are allowed to spread this hateful creed and breath the air of this earth.

I ask that you allow British Army Forces to be deployed to Port Hindugi. These troops will operate independently but will answer to your orders (within reason). The Royal Flying Corps will also assist Alledin's Forces, and if these Rebels spread, will begin a bombing campaign, with your permission.

The RHL has also despatched a number of ships to Port Hindugi. These ships will serve two purposes:

1. They will contain shipments of food, water, clothing etc in case of an outbreak of Civil War drains your nation of resources.

2. Act as refugee ships to evacuate any and all citizens in case of crisis.

If needed, the Empire can assist your Government economically and with further military assistance if necessary. I hope that we can work together to solve this crisis.

Sincerely,

Lord Governor Francis of Cyprus

As everyone in The New Jerseyian Congress heard this news, all of them didn't want war with the communists. Then more reports came in on social media. They saw what happens at Frendar. While most of the older Congressmen didn't agree, all but one of the younger Congressmen agreed for war. The President heard of this and as his job of being Commander in Chief of New Jersey, woke up the military of New Jersey. But before he could really do all of this he had to send a Face-a-gram, the new Version of the Telegram. Then something ticked in his head. He didn't have to waste countless New Jerseyian lives in a drawn out conflict that could last years. No he didn't. All he had to send were a battalion of the NJMC and that would probably solve it. Probably. But then again he would have to send the message so, better late then never.

DEAR NATION OF ALLEDIN,
WE THE REPUBLIC OF NEW JERSEY OFFER YOU SUPPORT IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS. WITH YOUR PERMISSION, WE WILL SEND A SMALL BATTALION OF MARINES NUMBERING AROUND 250 MEN. PLEASE ACCEPT OUR REQUEST.

Shadownian Socialist Party joins in

The SSP has control of a few cities in Shadownia and two quarters of Uraguay. Our roots originate from the original Shadownians and communist leaders who had us escape independence and rise with power. We also boast a small but trained military structure used for foreign aid and assistance to the UAN Socialist Pact. However, we are sending 330 soldiers and four M-6 Broncos to your aid. If military conflict will further brake out, we will use them-

Dolph Luvendorf had marched into the city, only to be greeted with enemy fire. A local militia, who call themselves the "Free Alledin Army", have heard about the PAA forces heading for their hometown and ordered for civilians to arm themselves and stop these communist from gaining Daveni. The FAA has only 334 militants fighting the PAA.

A couple of minutes after congress got the message, it was announced that we would begin a war with the communists. Most of the public agreed with this position, and eagerly started rationing food, so the marines could eat good. They knew this was unnecessary but, they wanted to show some patriotism, and this is a way they thought of first.

While that was happenings, the 250 marines prepared for something unusual, a paratroop. The marines were confused for why they were doing a paradrop, they were marines after all. They got on the plane. Well more like one transport plane, with two Fighter Escorts. There first stop would be Francr, then some airfield in Alledin. Then they would paradrop into some battlefield. The standerd marines were issued each: a M4 Semi-Automatic Carbine with 30 rounds of ammo, a Mk.2 Frag Grenade, and a bag of rations. This accourse only includes the standard marines, not the medics, kitcheners, and the Ammo bringers.

Port Hindugi Airbase, Alledin

Major-General Ratich was inspecting the new airplanes. Seven Su-24 had arrived earlier this morning and the Confederates were expecting the entire 24th Bomber Squadron to arrive in a few days. In the mean time the 1st Marine Division(around 10 000 men with 50 tanks) had deployed in the city and was preparing to make a few bases further inland. Ratich was worried about the PAA's offensive towards Daveni. "Colonel, order our bombers to make a few raids over the PAA's positions east of Daveni! We have to support the local militia!" ordered the general. "Also request a permission to allow our forces to act inland!". In no time Confederate forces started preparing.

Daveni, Alledin

After fighting for 5 straight hours, the FAA had retreated letting the PAA to capture the city of Daveni. FAA leaders had claimed to lose, because of lack of firepower. The FAA will be holding recruitments in the nearby border city of Numar, and then will push down south to Kuther Province. The government believes that is where the PAA will attack next. As of now, the Alledin Air Force has launched F-16s to conduct airstrikes against the PAA to prevent the advancements.

The National Alledin Army had marched into the streets of Daveni, in a attempt to regain the city, from PAA control. The Alledin Army carried 8,000 troops to combat the 3,000 PAA troops. Alledin Leopard 2A5 Tanks had rolled in targeting buildings and possible enemy hideouts in the city. Air Force F-16s dropped JDAM bombs on targets, striking the PAA at there hardest. Dolph Luvendorf had escaped through a unknown tunnel in the city leading to a unknown location in Alledin.

While troops fired their weapons, PAA troops had surrendered, while other fought on to keep their Communist spirits alive.

Poras, People's Republic of Cedoria
With the difficulties encountered by the People's Army of Alledin in their valiant revolutionary attempt to topple the rightist regime in Alledin, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cedoria had made the decision to begin military support to the brave Communist liberators in their struggle for freedom and justice from oppression. However, direct assistance from Cedoria was out of the question due to geo-political considerations regarding the reaction of other, anti-Communist nations to the ongoing war. Therefore, the Central Committee had discreetly decided to ship weaponry and military equipment, particularly anti-tank and anti-air weaponry, as well as regular arms and ammunition, to the PAA in order to prevent foreign powers from getting wind of it. Privately, they sent a message to the revolutionaries through the People's Intelligence Agency, requesting that they adopt 'People's War' guerrilla tactics in the fight against the Capitalist oppressors. Chairman Stavros orders greater focus of intelligence assets on Alledin and monitoring of government troop movements. The Cedorians establish an open line of communication to the rebel leadership, through intelligence operatives, which they will use to communicate potential troop movements or activities that could be threatening.

There comrades were in trouble, and Cedoria would respond in the way she did best, covertly and discreetly, providing clandestine military and intelligence support to assist the revolutionaries in crushing the oppressors and forging a new, Socialist state in Alledin that would be more receptive to Cedorian economic and strategic interests than the present regime.

They now only awaited news that the first shipment would arrive for the rebels, and waited for Comrade Luvendorf's response to their offers of substantial assistance.

Port Hindugi, Alledin

Volunteers of the People's Army of Alledin had purchased a cargo ship from a private owner. The men would climb aboard and set sail into the night sea. The ship had sent distressed signals to nearby Cedorian Ships ordering the ships to anchor on a man-made secret island created by the Communist Party of Alledin. The cargo ship would meet Cedorian ships there. Dolph Luvendorf had sent telegrams to the Cedorian government.

The Cedorian cargo ships discreetly came into port on Hindugi. They were met there by rebels who began offloading the equipment and supplies, in accordance with the instructions that had been received prior to their arrival.

Meanwhile
In the inky blackness of space, Cedorian observation and communication satellites began their work, spying on Alledin, to enable faster knowledge and response to enemy troop movements. Once the movements were detected by the PIA, they would be transmitted to the rebels, who would have sufficient warning about any large scale enemy troop movements with the potential to threaten the revolutionaries.

Port Hindugi, Alledin

Captain Mihailov was worried. He decided he should share his fears with his psychologist, Doctor Konich. He entered his office. "Doc, I need to tell you something." started Mihailov. "Something shady is going on around the city. I noticed some disturbances in our partol schedules and the Alledin soldiers are not giving us help.... And now the rumours of Cedoria joining the war...." he said. The doctor's face turned white. "Captain, warn your superiors! And put your men on high alert!" he shouted. Mihailov was shocked. he ran out and grabbed his rifle....
A few hours later
The entire division was expecting the worst. Most of the men were not trusting the local civilians and soldiers. Mihailov decided to go to the other side of the street to tell a group of citizens to disperce. He was halfway there when three pick-up trucks with mounted machine guns and a big group of militants showed up. The rebels started shooting and a few of them shot a few grenades towards the Confederates. Captain Mihailov rushed to cover. His men were outnumbered and outgunned. He decided to use his chance to get help. "Rurik, this is Bravo 7, we need help! We are under fire by communists!" he shouted in the radio. A few shots landed near him and he decided to run inside a building. He repeated his message and still got no answer. What was happening? The young officer sneaked through the rubble and got to the airport. But to his surprise the rebels were there too. Shouting "Allahu akbar!" they were destroying the planes and killing any personel in the area. Mihailov was joined by some of his men. "Listen up, guys, we need to do something! We are going to attack them! These bastards are going to pay!" he said. In less than a minute the brave Confederate soldiers were attacking the militants. After an hour of intense fighting and the arrival of some extra support( 2 tanks a 50 more soldiers) the CAF recaptured the airfield. General Ratich was safe and sound. He ordered the lockdown of the city and sent a telegram to the Alledinians....

Upper Council Chambers,
Ļeoŧikʒaoδ,
Ligaogiv

Ʃerjasič Ðapjeŧ opened the doors of the council chambers, light flooding through the doorway upon the dimly lit hallway inside. Though there were numerous lamps adorning the ceiling and the walls, they threw little light upon the interior, the rest being what little came from the windows. It was all different in the chambers - she knew them well. She typed her name into a computer by the wall, and took a temporary card from it.
She reached the end of the hallway, and took her seat at one of the sloping desks surrounding a seat in the centre, before inserting her card into a reader. These were the council chambers, and for the year, at least, she was a Councillor Elect. Specifically, for the region of Ⱨefjaok. She had grown up there, and she hoped to die there. But for now, she was in Ļeoŧikʒaoδ, giving her region's concerns to the nation. Usually, the nation held little power. However, this was a matter of diplomacy, and that was to be settled by the Upper Council, she knew full well.
The room was filled with the 189 elected delegates of Ligaogiv, as well as the speaker elected for the meeting in the centre, with an order of business placed below him on his own desk. Around the outside were the non-elected delegates - those who had travelled long-or-short distances to vote in the proceedings. They were normal workers, allowed to enter by law, and allowed to vote with the same law, so long as they attend. All-in-all, around 5,000 people lingered in a slowly depleting hubbub, waiting for the speaker to begin proceedings. He raised his hand and stood, followed by all in the chamber. His voice resounded around the chambers.
"I pledge myself to the Socialist cause, for sharing equality and decency with all in the world, and to create numerous nations of the many instead of nations of the few. So I say."
"So we say," the entire council rang out, before all sat in silence.
"We have an order of business, beginning with administration, followed by diplomacy, ending with other business. Do all approve of this agenda?"
All in the council said "Aye," and so the agenda continued.
Very little occurred in the administration part, save for a bridge to be built in one city, and a few other minor things. Then came diplomacy. Ðapjeŧ stood, raising her hand to speak. Looking at a display in his desk, the speaker spoke up; "Comrade Ʃerjasič Ðapjeŧ."
She spoke into the microphone, looking around at those around her.
"Comrades; likely it has come to your attention that there is a conflict in Alledin, between our Communist Comrades and the Bourgeoisie powers of Alledin. While I propose no action, I would like to hear my Comrades' opinions on this matter and propose we act in some way."
She sat, and numerous people raised both hands in agreement, with some standing to speak themselves.
"Comrade Ĉesluv Kljovet."
This was one of the non-elected delegates. Though not elected, Ðapjeŧ knew him well. He had spoken many times in Ⱨefjaok.
"What Comrade Ðapjeŧ says is true. We do need to do something, but that something is not to fight. The Capitalists in Alledin are wanting us to fight, and to be provoked. We must not stoop to their low. If anything, we must make sure it does not. I propose humanitarian aid be sent to both sides, in order to cease fighting and begin discussion. The only way the revolution can win out is if it is done peacefully, and not with the guise of a war. Also, as we all know, it must be from the grass roots."
While many raised their hands in agreement, one voice spoke through the microphone.
"Formal rebuttal?" The voice said - a woman.
"Approved. Comrade Ziʃjesič Lobkjaor."
"Thank you," she said, with a definite Riverlander accent, "We cannot help the revolution in this country if we do not actively fight for the cause. I propose that the best way to help our comrades is to fight with them. Humanitarian aid will only work some ways - if we offer it to both sides, then it will do nothing but stir up the capitalists at the expense of our comrades."
Another request for a formal rebuttal, another woman from the RIverlands. It was approved, and she started speaking.
"Lobkjaor, you are also from the Riverlands, aren't you?"
"You are correct, comrade," Lobkjaor responded.
"Then you would have seen what war has done for our region. My great-grandfather fought to bring Socialism to Ligaogiv, and though he once said that he fought for a good cause, as I would agree, the war changed him. We must think of those who would be drafted into the military, and continue our policy of peace in conflict."
Many in the council agreed, and the speaker motioned to the other comrades to ask for more input on that issue. On that, he asked for other suggestions. A comrade motioned to speak and was accepted.
"I suggest that we stay firmly neutral, and appear to do so also. If we do not, then other nations may somehow see a form of aggression in this."
Most in the hall showed their agreement. In light of this, the speaker asked for any last input, then called for a vote.
"All those who support the sending of humanitarian aid only, press 1. Humanitarian aid and military aid, 2. Just military aid, 3. Nothing at all, 4."
People took out the tablets beneath their seats, and began to press buttons. Finally, on a screen above the speaker, the results came in - 12% for nothing, 18% for just military aid, 32% for military and humanitarian and 38% for just humanitarian.
"Number 1 has it. Humanitarian aid it is. Who would like to write the letter?"
One comrade stood - well-respected by the community, both a playwright and a letter-writer known by many. When the room was asked for objections, none were expressed.
"Excellent. Comrade Ђugovit will write the letter to the government of Alledin and the Communist Comrades there. We shall move on."
The meeting continued largely as normal. The letter-writing would occur soon, and something would be done as to the issue.

We, as comrades to your plight, wish to offer humanitarian aid. The people of Ligaogiv have decided to remain neutral in the war effort, while still being in solidarity with your forces. However, we shall send humanitarian aid for soldiers and citizens under your protection, for whatever ends you need. Although dissenting voices were heard, it was agreed that aid would be provided to both forces equally.

Additionally, we would be interested in fostering peace talks between both parties. We dislike war in all forms, and so while we shall condemn the war, we shall continue to support both parties equally. While we are in solidarity with you, our comrades, we find that peace is paramount, and as such, shall also support government forces.

We wish you regard, and invite you to respond when and if you feel so inclined.
Sincerely,
The People of the DRL.

Somewhere in Slaviksk

The orzhoy was watering the plants in his office while his tea was cooling down. The temperature of the mug was too much to manage. He thought this was going to be a regular day, but it wasn't. An officer entered Smërt's chambers unexpectedly.
"Sir, check this out please." he requested.
"Ah what is it, officer Chuck Jablowski?" sighted the orzhoy. "I told you not to interrupt me while I'm resting."
"But sir, this is important. There is a communist uprising in Alledin." reported officer Chuck, putting some paperwork on Smërt's polished oak desk.
Trepeer Smërt quickly read what was written. He then said "Well, looks like the Balkan Confederation is at it again. We ought teach them a lesson..."

The real reason for this decision was the Frikindead-Confederate war that happened not so long ago. Since Frikindie was one of the better and more powerful slavyaniyan allies. Never the less, one of the most trusted ones after Verrizon. And as such, it was Slavyaniya's duty to protect the frikindead interests. This meant war against the confederates. The situation was ideal-a communist uprising in a neutral nation has a lot of great oportunities, for instance take over Alledin, install a slavic-controlled government and destroy the confederates. The orzhoy had already ordered the mobilisation of the 42nd and 44th armies. They consisted of over 150 000 men, 2400 tanks, 11 900 other armoured vehicles and 760 aircraft. Another audition was the 6th naval task force of Resmea, a grand total of 21 ships including transport and etc. The mission was simple, if the alledian government didn't permit free elections, letting the citizens decide who to rule them, be it the communist party or someone else, and cease fire, by cease fire this meant the withdrawal of any allied forces from the country and stopping the bloodbaths, the federation would establish what was planned-a full scale war.

There was a small concil meeting and it was decided-Great Slavyaniya would secretly aid the rebels until further actions were taken. Klaksun Lomliev, the defence minister, ordered the deployment of 300 troops from the TSSF (top secret special forces) and 5 stealth tanks DR-17. The minister of foreign affairs, Jonndy Clergy, sent a telegram to both the communists and the allied forces.

This telegram concerns the PAA, led by you, Dolph Luvendorf. The federation would like to send military and other aid to you, the rebels. We support your cause and we are ready to do it not just verbally, but physically. The most important thing to note is that my nation will take legal actions after we sort things out with the rest of your supporters/attackers. For now we will have to secretly send in troops and equiptment to you. Contact me, Jonndy Clergy, for more information and the means of transport via which we will send in the 300 troops and 5 tanks. The soldiers are from our special forces-TSSF, they will be supported by 5 stealth tanks, which are far-less-likely to get detected due to their reduced heat eradiation and radar-absorbent paints. That is all for now.

The other telegram was a warning towards the allied nations, specifically the Balkan Confederation.

The federation of Great Slavyaniya would like to get involved to end this conflict. We figured out that there is no need in foreign agression and involvement to stop the communists' uprising. It is the people's choice who rules them. We also want to point out that the communists need to solve the issue peacfully. Thus, we propose a ceasfire, this means the withdrawal of all foreign forces (mainly the confederates') and peaceful negotiations in a neutral country. If our requirements aren't met within 48 hours, we will have to take further measurements.

Sagorth, Balkan Confederation

The high-command was shocked by the Slavyaniyan message. Great Slavyaniya used to be friendly to the Confederate government but after the war with Frikindie their relations worsened. "What now, sir?" asked Marshal Savov after reading the message. Heniel Vette was sitting behind his desk and looking through the window. "We will lose a full-scale war with them. I wasn't expecting their arrival so soon but it was inevitable. Due to the war and many other reasons..." he said. "They have mobilised and they want to destroy us! But we won't back down. You better inform them, Marshal!". Savov stood, seemingly in shock, for a few seconds but after that proceeded to write the telegram.

We recieved your message. This does not mean we will back down. On behalf of the Confederation and the other states in the alliance, I offer you the following thing: help us destroy the communist rebels and then wage war against us if you want. The Balkan Confederation agrees to halt its' operations against the rebels but the 1st Marine Division will stay in Port Hindugi.
~Marshal Savov, commander of the CAF

Port Hindugi, Alledin

The remaining soldiers were rebuilding the destroyed parts of the city. The recent attack was an absolute surpise and now the High-Command ordered the halt of all operations. Colonel Mihailov didn't know what was going on but he was certain the course of things is going to get worse. He went outside and ordered the evacuation of all civilians in the airport area and requested permission to evacuate all remaining civies and soldiers from the valley...
