Yes, all the nations you named as superpowers do wield large sums of influence and strength but not all of them would be considered superpowers just a level lower. This is why I don't like to coin such terms and other things as hurtin their feelings.

IRL? That's incorrect. The US has the highest GDP in the world. GDP per capita is a different case though.

It's all subjective to Vanq's wiles. How he perceives you depends as much on how you interact with him as it does on your real power. As far as culture goes, it's how unique your country's culture is. The more it stands out, the more he thinks of your nation. Thus, reserved, bland nations with no outstanding cultural identity and zero international participation are mere normal powers.

Cultural dominance like everyone uses english in real life for communication or people adapt to other cultures. Think of the USA, nations are influenced by them alot.
