On the early morning of today, at 0200 hours, Warlord Domli Hyckson was captured by a squad of 6th Division Marines without casualties. The squad was lead by operators from Night Nine. Interrogation of Hyckson lead to the discovery of that he was on his way to planned meeting with other remaining warlords in Alma, in hope coming up with a counterattack strategy against ACSN forces. Domli and his lieutenants are now aboard RNV Golem, one of the destroyers on the fleet are on their route to Rynagria, where they will be placed under further investigation and interrogation.

In other news, two of General Rikke Peters' top lieutenants have been confirmed killed into two separate incidents, with one of them perishing after a precision strike from one of the Super Hornets standing by for support. The kill has been credited to Lt. Col. Reedson Dowes in his F/A-18E, which was confirmed by naval ground infantry three minutes after the incident. Catalan Marines and Paratroopers joinned into a Major operation in the southern Part of Alma in a pitched land combat that destroyed most of Sald city district after an international Special forces raid that captured APLA (Alma's People's Liberation Army) leadership, Catalan SAS operatives also took part in the raid.

Marines and Paratroopers suffered 18 dead casualties and 74 wounded in the close combat battle to reach and extract APLA leadership and those captors. 2 dead and 9 wounded for the SAS.

The rescue mission lasted all night, untill they could reach the APLA's compound and extract the special forces and prisioners. Over 1000 militians are dead and 1000 civilians too. According to NGOs.

On the other hand We got an agreement on economic support to North Batea. We agreed a 5 year aid package worth 225 € million.+30 from year 2 to 5.

Our mission to North Batea will be raised to 1000 civilian and 200 military contractors. Also we will desploy a 1500 (including 600 combat troops) strong military and police force to North Batea. Untill capable trained locals can do the same job.

So we asked North Batean authorities for candidates so We managed to obtain 9000 applicants for the job, to get 450. Which will be trainned. We expect be able of get a Batallion sized force per year, although North Batean forces could not be dependent enough to be let alone for long.

We will provide along trainers North Batean navy and coastguard. 2 Mk7s fast patrol boats, 1 OPV barceló class, 3 RHIB Mk6 and 1 Ceres class Rescue ship. We will focus on maintenance and train local crews.

While looking for APLA remnants and sharpshooters our forces entered into Southern Alma harbour tip. Following Militar Intelligency and ministery of internal affairs DGIS (Directorate of General Intelligence and Security) tips, obtained in the largest antidrug operation inside RFC that lead to the destruction of four clans dedicated to drug trafficking. The Republic of Catarra won't Commit land forces for a ground operation. In spite of that to show our support We will offer our 15 C130H/J and J/H-30 and logistic support for ACSN ground troops to help ferry any supplies required.

We will offer Batea with 12 NS$ in aid being 8,4 to cofinance civil aid programs and 3.6 in military aid and the supply of 10 decomissioned UH1H and We will provide maintenance crews and crews.

A withdrawal order has been issued to all 6th Marine Division marines by division commander, Major General Hirota, with 4th Fleet Sailors being given complete charge of ground operations in Alma. But to bolster Rynagrian forces, two divisions (30,000+ personnel) from the National Guard branch will be sent, mainly for conducting reconstruction efforts in the area. In addition, the 68th Airborne Medic Regiment will be para-dropped into the city to provide with specifically improving medical efforts in the area. The estimated time of arrival for these forces are December 16, 2015, by the early morning on that Wednesday.

Plans to transport unspecified national government officials to assist establish a proper government are said to arrive by the 18th of this month. Not only that, but Admiral Blum has expressed his intentions on limiting combat units within Alma by the 23rd, as to let the soldiers who have fought to get some rest. And from a recent interviews of 10,000 Almans conducted by the Intelligence Bureau of what Almans thought of occupying ACSN Coalition forces, 43% gave a positive statement, 45% gave a negative statement (mostly asking for the complete withdrawal of the Coalition), and 12% did not respond. Marines, Paratroopers and Catalan SF continue operations in southern part of the city along other ACSN units, the Occra estuary and the Airport surroundings. A new support force composed of the 15th Infantry (mot) brigade will reemplace from december 16th, the marines have started it withdrawal and probably the 5th Paratroopers will do by january 5th if the situation becomes calm enough. The airport is now operation and has been opened to ACSN supply flights and NGOs charter flights with humanitarian aid. Our enginiers teams and civil support teams have made some improvals in the reparation of some basic infraestructure long time abandoned or damaged by the chaos in Alma. Also We have started to reconstruct civilian housing in South Alma. The 27th Field hospital will partially provide medical support to Alman civilian population at least untill Rynagrian forces will be fully stablished.

We have landed in Batea some troops of the AGT (Task force) Alba supported by combat elements of the 1/2nd Mountain Infantry regiment and 2/55th motor infantry batallion.
We delivered the Batean armed forces some light weapons from our stocks. 1,650 G36 rifles with 75 AG36 grenade launchers, 105 FN Minimi squad automatic weapons, 18 CAI FP90 in 7,62 NATO sniper rifles and 75 CAI P225 Compact in 9x19 parabellum and 75 AR C90A2 RPGs. Enough to equip at least the 2 initially planned 2 batallions. (1 motor, 1 mountain infantry) Collective weapons as 12 Howitzers and 18 Mortars will be delivered in the future. We have supported Batean troops in the selection of candidates for trainning to increase armed forces to at least 1500 troops.

Catalan and Batea Goverments made an agreement in the Cesion of Costabella Naval and Air base and trainning ground for the next 20 years.
and the delivery of the promised 50 million € promised for next year, As follow : 20 million for funding basic services. 7 million for funding Goverment activitites and paying civil servants and goverment employees and 10 million respectively for funding basic infraestructures. 6 million in donation of military and police equipment. 7 million to build our Costabella military instalations. North Batea transitional goverment anounced the satisfactory end of the southernmost split area that a agreed to accept the North Batean soveraignity over the area in exchange for a wide autonomy. This also included the partial dissarm of the southern militia. Compossed of 1000 men and 10 MBTs.
This increases the North Batea Transition Goverment controled area to the 50% of North Batean extension, 70% of north batean population and the 80% of the GDP. The rest is under control of Ucenese ethnic militias and criminal gangs.

We will sell for the overhaul cost to Alman Coastguard 4 OPV that were formelly operated by my coastguard. They weight 453 tonnes, can reach 27knots and can patrol 2100 NM at 16knots their endurance at sea is 15 days. They are armed with a catalan 30mm gun in a RCWS and 2 7.62mm M240 GPMG. They carry a RHIB and have an Helipad. Their complement is 21 but they can carry 9 passengers.

Rynagrian Embassy and three military bases in Alma has begun construction, while occupying forces still continue to patrol Alma for remnants of the militia or pirates. As of early morning of December 24th, ten M46A1 and fifteen M48A1 Patton MBTs have been delivered from Rynagrian Army surplus, while Air Force has donated twenty P-51D Mustangs, fifteen F-86A Sabres, and three UH-1H Iroquois from their surplus. In addition, surplus FN FAL and L1A1 SLR battle rifles are donated and will equipping the majority of the Alman Defense Force, which currently stands at 60,000+ personnel. Recruiting is still in progress.

In the meantime, prisoners who have received their sentence will arrive by 0800 hours of the Christmas Day, who will mostly assisting with ongoing reconstruction effort in Alma.
