Joining the region is not necessary for joining our world m. Don't want to steal others citizens. Though however in joining our world you must accept the terms and conditions and realize that my word is law. There are other things like not having a military population more than 2% and having a static population. It's moreover so people don't bitch at me anymore since they can't handle muh freedoms. We'll tell you the other things later on.

I always use the 2% rule when RP, so no worry. Like my application sent to you in TG. When RP in a topic, I usually deploy a small strike groups or a small flotilla. You will never see me deploying 100 + ships or 1 million troops to foreign land. I only use the max 2% when some nuts want to invade my nation, fighting for the homeland on home soil is an entire different thing.
