Actually the correct term would be CIWS, not ASW but see Esgonia.

I wasn't saying that I wouldn't be detected, I was saying that you need CIWS to shoot down those missiles and so you should edit that to CIWS rather than ASW.

Where's Cirilla when you need her? I want to discuss the possibility of the Silvia Kristov, daughter of Admiral Kristov being named as someone with the divine right to rule. The Kristov family used to be the royal family of the empire North Arkana used to be part of, but ever since it dissolved the Kristovs have pretty much abandoned any ideas of being royalty and instead have a tradition of civil service.

Well, Helghan, your fleet is in international waters. I am going to have my fleet, or at least one, ship, come within visual range. As long as I stay farther than 1/2 mile, I think it should be considered legal.

The same reason Chinese vessels shadow US ships, to prove a point that they can and will. Basically proving that I can intercept your vessels, and getting close up footage or pictures is good intelligence too.
