While Angola is not part of the coalition, we were attacked by Persia, we were extensively involved in relief efforts as a result of Persia, and we have helped to kill many the remaining Persian warlords, and we would like to say that we oppose the cession of Al-Basrah to Kuwait. After 20 or more years of stagnation, the Latvian people have reborn - an movement called "Latvian National Independence Movement" or for short, "LNIM" was an organization that operated until 1991 that was for the independence of the Latvian Republic, which was at the time, a part of the USSR. The movement failed miserably in 1991, after Soviet troops marched into Riga and shot protesters and dispersed the crowds. Many nations re-united, but the ones in the soviet union itself, failed to realize that they needed freedom.
The new 'Director' of the LNIM, named Jānis Gridjuškins, an 41 year old man, has re-established the movement in an secret meeting between 50 other people. The Latvian National Independence Movement will attempt to de-Russianize the population of Latvia, as the Russification was very succssesful after the revolt failed and the independence of the Republic was not restored.
Now, the LNIM had to take on an hard task - evade the Čeka (KGB) of the Soviet Union and the štukačas (the ones who betrayed friends and reported them to soviet officials to get food stamps).

The LNIM was operating in an small apartment in Central Riga, near the bridge and Daugava. The apartment buildings around here were known for crime so they were watched closely. Those were bad circumstances, but the Gridjuškin thought it could be done.
His first task was to attempt to gain more members and weapons, and slowly de-Russianify the population of Latvia. It would be an hard task, but neither would they step down.
