Today Finland officially recognized the Kurdish government, although due to reasons not disclosed to the public only a Finnish consulate will be set up in Kurdistan. Finland has also gone on a recruitment drive, and has enlisted 30,000 more troops.

A squadron of Persian Su-47s dropped almost 5,000 metric tons of bombs on the Iranian capital, killing an estimated 1750 civilians and wounding almost 5000. Similar airstrikes have been reported in Turkey and the Caliphate.

Chief Farhaan Sayed officially recognizes war between Persia and the Arabaian Caliphate. We will allow Pakistani troops in Arabia if they need to transit through the Peninsula. The Arabian army and our affiliates aim to destroy Persia. We do not seek to gain any territory we only want to defend ourselves from the Persians and their expansion.

The Caliphate is promoting the war by offering increased support to groups within Persia.

The Caliph ordered an increase in military acquisitions from other countries and via black markets to modernize our strong but aging military.

Civilian casualties are none, because, as Pakistan sees it, all the citizens of Persia have been force fed state propaganda promoting destruction of all others, therefore making them militant threats. But to those who consider them civilians, the total was (make a number, but be realistic. You killed nearly 2000 iranian civilians in their capital, and they're much more powerful.) The Pakistani Air Force also begins air raids on Mosul and Basra.

A massive revolution tears through Greece. The corrupt Greek government is replaced by a new Republican government called the "Third Hellenic Republic". It has a Senate that holds much power, but the Prime Strategos, Ionnaes Agne, holds the most power, with the ability to pass legislation without the consent of the Senate, and dissolve them via referendum, but only for up to a year.
The main party of the THR is the Hellenic Socialist Party(Communist, but more in a Nordic Model system of Communist), and the secondary power is Golden Dawn(Fascist). A few other parties exist, but after the failure of the former Greek government, these parties have massively lost popularity, and are tiny minority parties currently. Because of the THR's association with communism, the west hates them, but they refuse to accept an alliance with the USSR as they are not willing to become another puppet of Russia. They are able to gain allinces with Italy, Spain, and Sweden(non players mean I dont need consent), but are incapable of joining NATO, as a few members refuse to accet their application.
Nationalist pride is swelling majorly, though, and this could lead to a rise in the Golden Dawn party.... And being in such dangerous geopolitical waters, this could actually save the nation, as the Golden Dawn group is much more pro-capitalist.
BOTH partie are extremely nationalistic, though, and this could strain relations with surrounding Balkan nations...

No one knows what the future of the Greek people holds.

Pakistan's military is relatively sized and well equipped and modernized. However, Pakistan was not the superpower it was destined to be. The Indian subcontinent was home to greatness. India has proven it, Pakistan shall also prove it. The Pakistani government has announced its decision to begin expansion of the Pakistani Air Force and navy. This will include 2 aircraft carriers and an additional 70 attack helicopters. The full size of this expansion has yet to be released, and the cost as well.

The USI recently forming looks to solidify its hold over Southeast Asia and strengthen it in the region. The government seeing the growing tensions of the world decides to take a neutral stance in the conflicts of Asia herself, but lets it be known the nation will support her Muslim brothers in the South Asia.

Currently the nation looks to improve its naval forces as to better monitor and keep watch over the South China sea to protect and enforce its interest and claims.

Secondly the nation makes it known that it supports both the establishment of a state of Israel as well as the creation of a state of Palestine. It hopes to see the countries negotiate borders close to that of the UN Partition of 1947 borders with slight alterations so both states have equal footing in the Holy Land.

0330: Persian Air Assault troops lift off from forward bases on the border and fly to their targets, up to 150 miles behind the front lines.
0600: Main assault begins. Darius leads his army into Turkey, pushing towards the Black Sea, while Xerxes army pushes to the Caspian Sea through Iran.
1200: Persian troops grab lunch on the move as they are transported to the front by BTR-90 APCs. T-90 tanks provide armored support while BTR-90c Cavalry Recon Vehicles provide a screening force.
1500: Persian advance forces reach their Airborne troops, providing the light infantry with a reload on munitions and other supplies.
1700: The evening meal is eaten when possible as many Persian units are engaged in heavy fighting following a counter attack by Iranian, Caliphate, Indian, Soviet, Turkish, and Pakistani forces an hour and a half earlier. Casualties are high as the Persians dig in for the night. Slaves dig foxholes for the soldiers, 600 meters behind where the actual front line is.
2000: Persian troops bed down for the night, one fire team to a foxhole. Many soldiers dig out small caves for sleeping and place their rucksacks and assault packs in the caves for use as pillows.
2300: Night raids by enemy forces keep Persian advance troops awake. The use of RPK light support weapons to support PKP general purpose machine guns that were covering DshK heavy machine guns turned the front line into a moonscape reminiscent of the Western Front in World War One.

The iranian armed forces, it's Air Force, and navy are now conjoined under the command of Pakistani Commander Mahmoud Ahmedani. This will continue until Persian forces are shattered.

In Tehran, iranian troops, with their superior tanks and equipment, begin a rogue guerrilla styled war against Persian troops. Tanks directly engage persian troops, showing no mercy.

Most tank commanders were veterans of the Iran-Iraq War and Iraqi Civil War, giving the Persian military a solid bed of experienced officers and NCOs to command their armored vehicles. Persian fighter craft conduct nighttime air strikes against Iranian and Pakistani armor. The United Nations estimates that more the 5.6 million have died in the 9 months since Sultan Al-Fulani began his expansion.

Slaves use lulls in the battles to extend trench lines between the foxholes, creating a maze of defenses. In response, a force of almost five hundred Su-47 and Su-37s, equipped with chemical weapons, napalm bombs, cratering bombs, and air to ground rockets attack Tbilsi, Georgia SSR. Flying low, beneath RADAR, at only 45 meters above the ground, they reach their target undetected. The cratering bombs destroy bridges and highways. The rockets topple skyscrapers and destroy Air Defense Systems around the city. Napalm sets light to dozens of buildings and chemical weapons kill thousands. Five Su-47s and ten Su-37s are shot down but the remaining aircraft flee after expending their ammunition in a number of strafing runs. As the dust settles, nearly 50,000 people are killed, wounded, or missing. The town hall is the hardest hit, struck by 12 different planes.
