Message to Allied Nations
We hereby call upon a negotiation ceasefire to begin. We are ready to stop this terrible war. This is a message of conditional surrender to the Allied powers. We will surrender and withdraw from the war on the condition that the state of New Mexico be granted to us as territory and all Allied offensives on our gained land stop. All the nations involved in this war have been badly damaged, and it is time for this terrible conflict to stop. Negotiations are open and welcome on the USS Phoenician, stationed 27 miles into international waters off the East Coast of the USC.

Gusto shook his head when he heard the news from his seat the conference.

He looked to King Foley

"It's a rediculous offer. But I would consider accepting it with the following condition. The USFNA remaining forces should be confined to New Mexico. That way we can keep them contained while we plan the next phase of the war. Hell, maybe they'll all starve in a few months anyway. Or they'll run out of drinkable water." He snickered.

King Foley nodded after a short discussion with Prime Minister Hancock.
"Send them a telegram informing them that we accept the ceasefire in exchange of them staying in New Mexico."

News Broadcast of U.W.F. Charter Signing in Paris

'We are coming to you today live from the Eifel Tower here in Paris, France. Here in this noble city, the leaders of dozens of nations are set to sit down and ratify the charter of the United World Federation. This organization has been in formation for over six months now, since the defeat of the Russian Federation in the Russo-German War, in response to growing dominance by Germany and its allies in not only Europe but across the world. Germany and its allies have expressed protest to the formation of the Federation but no action has been taken by them. One can but hope that all goes well.'

Signing the United World Federation Charter were the nations of France (And its colonies), Spain (And its colonies), Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Albania, Great Britain (And its colonies), Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Ireland, the Russian Federation, India, Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Columbia, Serbia, Bosnia, and several others. Combined the Federation controlled a third of the world as a stalwart defense against German domination of the globe. The entire organization would not be an organization like the World Assembly or United Nation but rather one solidified nation. The leadership would be made up by a Senate of Representatives whom would elect a Chancellor every four years, though each member would keep government on the national level so as to better keep order. There was however one surprise.

According to Article 17 of the U.W.F. Charter, each member state agreed to give up rights to any national military forces of its own and instead would merge its own national defense forces into the combined Federal Armed Forces. In this way, no infighting could occur and no arms races amongst member states. It also meant that with the U.W.F. as one solidified nation, it had a population just under twice that of Germany.

'Yes it seems that the signing is complete and all has been done. As of now the United World Federation is officially formed. Long live Liberty!'

The broadcast of the Charter signing was going out all over the world, including in Germany, China, and North America. Jasper Halifax, First Chancellor of the United World Federation and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, stepped up to the podium on the stage to make a speech, with the assembled representatives seated behind him.

"I would like to put forward a motion to the newly formed Federal Senate. In concerns to the recent invasion of the nation of the United States of Columbia, a free sovereign state, I wish to involve the Federation to aid Columbia in pushing the invaders out of its territory. We cannot stand by whilst the innocent are slaughtered by these invaders and liberty is oppressed. All those in favor of intervention, please stand up."

As if moving as one, all the gathered representatives of all the ratifying nations stood up, signifying their agreement with the Chancellor's plan. It was a historic moment for peace and liberty in the world, as the U.W.F. made its first ever Resolution as a combined state to aid a nation under threat.

"Thus for, I wish to invite His Majesty, King Foley of Columbia, and also as an invitation from the United States of Russia, His Excellency Proconsul Alexander Kirov of Rodina, to the Federation Capital here in Paris for a meeting."

The young man nearly collapsed into unconsciousness when he started to get the feeling that he was about to be tortured.

"Look, I'm just a figurehead ok? I know a little big picture military strategy, but I'm sure its not anything you probably don't already know. Tactical stuff like fortifications is way out of my league!"

He started to breathe more heavily.

"But my family is very rich. Just let me call my mom, the Queen mother. Her name is Lisa. I'm sure she could offer you money or maybe equity in some of the major corporations. She could help you buy out the Corporate Congress! Just don't hurt me!"

OOC: It beeped because of his nervousness.
Interrogation Room
The machine gave off a soft, three-tone beeping sound. The officer picked up the evil-looking device and selected a metal slide with a small switch on it, which he flipped. The chair the king sat in flipped backwards into a newly-opened hole in the floor behind him, which was filled with half-frozen water. He was held down for half a minute before being brought up, at which point the officer asked,
"Oh, so we should call your mother so our cell signal can give away the location of our base? I don't think so. Guards, take him to the sensory-deprivation chamber and leave him there for three hours." The guards silently complied and dragged the man off to a small chamber filled up to the king's nipples with body-temperature water and blindfolded him, put earmuffs on him, and locked the door. No light or sound penetrated the room, and any ambient sensory information was blocked out by the blindfold and earmuffs. He would be deprived of his three main senses for three hours before being dragged out into a stark white chamber with blinding lights from all directions and a high-pitched whining sound. The room would be chilled to two degrees below freezing, where it would be kept for the duration of his three-hour stay there.

No legal UFSNA troops will be left outside of the state in 60 hours, providing that the Allied Powers allow vital supplies to be sent by way of air to the UFSNA-controlled territory in New Mexico.

After they had pushed New Axiom out of the Continental United States and New Decius had accepted peace terms, the war had quickly lost all public support. There was constant clamouring for the Senate to withdraw all troops from the bloody stalemate of Columbia. Many had lost parents, children and friends in the conflict and with the end in sight they simply wanted to leave it be and return home.

However, the Rodina was still technically a Belligerent, and halfhearted air strikes had continued against the Fascist States. As a belligerent he was required to attend. He was somewhat late to the meeting and most of the official business had already taken place. The Rodina was a fiercely patriotic and independent people, and Kirov was not certain that an arrangement with the Federation would be in their best interests.

"I am happy to form a coalition against German advances, however I would simply like to be assured that our governance will remain ours to decide upon. And I would also like to be certain that our sovereignty will remain of the utmost importance in future Federation dealings," he said. "If you can promise me those two things, the Rodina would be pleased to enter your agreement."

Chancellor Halifax shook his head as he sat down in his chair across from Kirov. His intention was not to persuade Rodina to join the Federation, but to persuade them to join in a war to obliterate Emperor Siegfried II's so-called Greater Germania. He activated an EMP in the walls to blast any bugs that spies may have attempted to plant.

"Proconsul, I will be frank with you. At the commencement of last year, I was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, I was a governmental authority over one of the world's greatest nations." He held back tears as he threw in the next part. "Less than a year ago, German forces made landfall in Scotland and mere weeks later the Iron Cross flew over Buckingham Palace. Her Majesty and much of the government managed to escape to New Zealand. Yet can you imagine how it must have felt to know that I escaped whilst the German's occupied my homeland." He folded his hands and leaned forward. "I imagine you can as your father was a Russian whom fled during the First Russo-German War two decades or so ago was he not. And six months ago, the Germans managed to succeed in their long time goal to expand their empire into Russia."

He stood up and walked over to the window to look out upon Paris. His temporary office was the former office of the French President. "Europe, Africa, and Asia are presently dominated by three powers. Our own United World Federation, the Chinese Empire, and Kaiser Siegfried's Greater German Empire. Of them all, Germany presents the greatest threat to world peace, with the Chinese coming in close behind, though if they agree to join the Federation then we can change their policies to better suit democratic ones." He folded his hands behind his back. "I have a plan to bring Germany down and in the process, liberate the occupied Russian heartland, Belarus, the Baltic States, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Moldavia, Northern France, Britain, the Czech Republic, Holland, Belgium, and numerous other nations across the world. But we shall require your help."

He turned to face Kirov once more with a serious look upon his face as he pressed a button. The shades fell down and a projector beamed an image of the Russian double eagle over the red, blue, and white Russian flag upon the shades. "This is the Russian Liberation Front. You may have heard of them as they were active in the first and second Russo-German War's and they have been very public." Halifax very much doubted that Kirov had not heard of them. Just two weeks ago, they were caught on an international broadcast blowing up a bridge in St. Petersburg during a German Military Parade. "We peg them as the most obvious choice to endorse in a resistance movement against the Germans. But for some reason they refuse to cooperate with our agents, even those from the United States of Russia. They believe us to be cowards whom ran like sissies whilst they stayed and fought. So we would like something of you."

He now was getting to the hardest part. "As a Russian yourself from the occupied areas, we would like to ask that you slip into Moscow and help to coordinate the RLF with our aid to them. Act as the mediator as it were. Our sheer brinksmanship will be capable of keeping the Germans from attempting to make threatening actions to Rodina. If you can do this, it will bring us one step closer to reclaiming and liberating all that Germany has stolen. And with such efforts, we will be able to launch our all-out offensive to dismantle the German Empire due to the bravery of the ones behind the lines. You would be a hero to Rodina and Russia, to all the world even."

[New Axiom]

A message to whom it may concern:
Greetings, United States of New Columbia. As I'm sure you've no doubt realized, we have nearly completely pulled out of the Sencond War for Columbia, and are ready to surrender-completely-on only two conditions: first, New Axiom gets to either keep the territory of Cuba, and possibly Mexico, either as a colony or influenced government. Second, no trade sanctions or retaliatory attacks targeted at either the Empire herself or any of her colonies, providences, districts or allies. In return we promise no further attacks either against your civilian or military populace. We would also like to, as a sort of apology, not to you, but towards your civilian populace, drop over five tons of clean food, water and medicine in parts of your nation affected the worst by the war. We will await your response.

In addition, with me leaving, the Senate must elect a new Praetor and Consul to take the reigns, something which is legally impossible during wartime."

"I will help with the RLF, and I am more than prepared to strike a blow against these Germans dogs. I will travel to Moscow in secret, and meet with the higher and lower of the Liberation front. The Rodina will rebuild in the meantime, the Legions will reform and the Flotilla will prepare to set sail for the Atlantic. We should be on somewhat even footing with the Kriegsmarine, but we will need some help to ensure a victory at sea. Once the war begins the Legion will land in Vladivostok and travel to Moscow to give military aid to the RLF. Western Europe will be up to you to liberate however, our Legions can only go so far," he said.

Halifax nodded, glad that Kirov had agreed. This would bring the world one step closer to peace. "Good. The German's only control Russia as far as the Ural Mountains, they were wise and did not try and go beyond. It would've overextended their forces and meant the disorganized Russian rear echelons trapped in the occupied areas could have time to reorganize and mount a guerilla counter attack. Thus at Vladivostok your Legions will be greeted by an Army Group of the Federal Armed Forces." He poured himself and Kirov some coffee.

"Now, obviously the German's must not know you are in Russia. And to get you into Moscow undetected, no easy feat at this time mind you, considering the heavy Military Police force still in the city looking for Russian dissidents, the Federal Armed Forces has devised a plan." He turned the projector back on and it began to show an image of the world and zoomed in on the Atlantic. "You shall head across the Atlantic on a jet on a supposed good will visit to the German capital city of Germania to supposedly honor the German's new commitment to the Columbian Coalition. The jet shall be brought down by a mechanical failure. You shall obviously survive, in fact, at the time you shall be on the Russian side of the new Russo-German Border. Now the whole world shall believe that Proconsul Alexander Kirov is dead and the German's will not suspect he shall actually be organizing a resistance movement in occupied Russia." The map then showed six red dots across the Russian heartland which the German's occupied. "These are the six confirmed regional headquarters of the RLF discovered by our agents. It is urgent that when you arrive, you inform the RLF that the German Occupation Government knows where these bases are. Army Group Augustus, the personal veteran Army Group of Wilhelm Augustus III, Fifth Prince of the Empire and a highly experienced General in the Wehrmacht, is soon to be deployed to Russia to dispose of the RLF in a crushing blow."

Halifax did not doubt that Kirov could see the most likely outcome of such a confrontation. "The RLF may evade the less-experienced Militarpolizei forces, but they would be no match for 467,000 veteran troops with access to armor, artillery, air support, and full battlefield capability. And with the Prince Wilhelm in command of the Army Group, they are sunk. His military genius has inspired curriculum at War Colleges across the world." He then had to deliver the bad news. "Now, our agents were unable to find out when exactly Army Group Augustus is to be deployed or when the operation to wipe out the RLF is to be carried out. But, we suspect it will be carried out before the winter is up since the Prince is famed for his winter tactics and the RLF will be recovering for a Spring offensive."

He then turned solemn. "We know that the Germans are testing a new weapon in Russia, we don't know where. But from the rumors spread amongst the intelligence community, this weapon could change warfare forever."

General Vinkle looked at the latest satellite images showing the USFNA plane landing near the crash site of where the King had crashed.

"We can't confirm if there were any survivors from these images alone. But maybe our allies can help us piece together what happened."

The government of the NMK wishes to announce that it will not be retracting sanctions in the foreseeable future. Lessons need to be learned from this conflict, think long and hard and then the sanctions will be stopped.

Radio Response to a message received from Warrentucky's forces
Greetings. I am from the NMK Forces deployed in Canada and we recieved your message using our long-range radio communication equipment. While our intelligence data is limited, the Ministry of Intelligence have been able to say that he has very likely been abducted and is currently being held captive at an unknown location in Fascist territory. There were definitely survivors from that crash, but we don't know exactly what happened there. Given the amount of time that has passed, unless you have a location mechanism we cannot otherwise assist by sending out a task force.

(OOC: I would be up for all of those threads bar the one with the Rodina. The one involving Warrentucky especially.)

The Captain watched the UFSNA VTOL take off into the morning sun. He fired his carbine at it hopelessly.
"Damn it!" He shouted as he grabbed his helmet and flung it into the scorching sand.
A sergeant rushed up to him as the rest of the platoon searched the crashed plane for any clues as to survivors or where and why the plane had originally been heading.
"It's a broadcast from Warrentucky wanting to know if the King is alive."
The Captain grabbed the radio and barked into it:
"Your King is alive! The Fascists nabbed him! I believe the plane is heading towards northern California. Don't go in until we can gather up our forces."

U.W.F Meeting
Foley couldn't believe the tirade he was getting from Hancock. The Nationalists really were nationalists since he and other former members of the group had begun to threaten to attempt to overthrown him and the newly budding aristocracy (made up of Captains of Industry, high ranking military officers, and governors of the regions and states). All because he figured international help would be needed to rebuild.
"We're Columbians! We don't need or want foreigners in our lands!" Hancock screamed turning purple from lack of breath for the past twenty minutes "Besides it's because of them that this Civil War got out of hand since they cared about themselves and not us! For that I applaud them since they care about themselves unlike YOU who cares only for keeping power!"
Foley sprang to his feet and began to crush Hancock's throat in his iron grip.
"If you dare accuse me of that again I WILL end you!"
He released the Prime Minister and shouted "When you get your breath back meet me in the garage to be transported by plane to Paris! We're having an election!"
