Welcome to Union of Autocratic Empires' main ruling organ, the Federal Council.

Since its founding back in 1949 of the Imperial Calendar (2007) by Kaisar Karl Raiss-Kuvera von Abula, this organisation has been passing laws, signing declarations of war, banning outdated customs and ruling the Union for over 17 years. Even though, relatively speaking, this council is a rather young organisation, the decisions that have been taken inside this room have helped shape the political map of Ausozera far beyond what any of the Council's members could have foreseen.

However, as several new nations started joining the Union either as highly independent member states or as part of a diarchy as of recently, the Federal Council has opened up its doors for foreign nations' leaders and envoys for the first time.

I speak to this august assembly today in order to intercede in name of fellow Member State Azenyanistan.

As many of you know, earlier this year Azenyanistan was splitted after the Cirillian-Azenyanistani war between several nations under the condition that Azenyanistan is reunited after 77 years have passed.

What you might not know is that one of this nations has outright said they won't hold up their part of the bargain. The Neo Philipine Empire (surprise, surprise) not only has assured they won't give their fragment of Azenyanistan back, but they've also forcibly removed the locals from their homes and replaced them with Philipine colonists.

As a direct consequence of this actions, the newly proclaimed Speaker Oasis sent us this telegram:

The leaders of The Union of the Autocratic Empires, I address you all. I am the Speaker Oasis. I am the current leader of all Azenyanistan and I am suppose to be the Speaker of all Azen territory. The New Philippine Empire, I accuse of refusing to return the lands it holds under occupation to Azenyanistan after 77 years. This has greatly enraged and ensorrowed the people around me but it has not spread yet to the public. I am afraid that if I let this be known by my own people, the Azen nation shall never forgive the Empire and may recklessly and with no care for the future and especially for the children...destroy their own country by leading it into war against the NPE.
Please help me by giving my nation arms, ammunition, artillery, airplanes, submarines, helicopters, patrol boats, aircraft carriers, anti aircraft machine guns, anti aircraft weapons, etc. Please help me, I beg of you. IT is with great importance that I am speaking with you of this as I speak with other nations as well.
My country is as important as my mother is to me. And it is very very important.
Please help us.

"Although you may all think adding weapons and ammunition to us will decrease the chances of a permanent peace and stability , it is not true. My nation needs guns. It needs bullets. It needs bandages. We need steel. Clothes. Helmets. We need a lot of things. Because we have lost them or we are losing them by selling them or by watch our resources being taken without permission or even compensation. "I Support the azen plea for help, I support this and would help in anyway I --" before the general could finish his sentence he was cut off by the chancellor, "General please think before you say, do you realize doing this can bring tensions between both nations. That is something we can't afford to do at the moment." The General realized he was beat and gave up, he sat down and began looking over documents.

Kaisar Karl was handed the votation results by the Council's spokeperson. After reading it, he stood up.

"It is official, then."

I, Karl Raiss-Kuvera von Abula, acting on behalf of the majority of the Federal Council, hereby order tanks, planes, weapons, ammunition, artillery, anti aircraft batteries, food, uniforms and asorted military equipment to be sent to Azenyanistan inmediately. I also command military instructors to be sent there to train the Azen army to fight, hopefully never putting this knowledge into action.

This said, all core members stood up and repeated the last phrase after their leader in unison.

He then turned to the rest of the members.

Frederick Von Heldinburg, the duke of Heldin, a small province northeast of Genireea, was usually quiet on discussion and just watched the others. It was odd that he was to come and vote with the Empress on such important matters rather than a higher nobility. Maybe because the empress was sadden that he was the only surviving family member and his lineage was about to go extinct since all of his relatives died from tragic accidents. When they brought the discussion about homophobia his eyes lit up. It was only because his he believed that everyone no matter what was your preferred gender should have the same rights. Why did he think so specifically though? Was it because the soldier that saved his life was gay and sacrificed his life to save his? Maybe, or maybe not. "Yes, we must deal with this homophobia immediately. We cannot have the diarchy allow such backwards beliefs."

A few days ago, the Holy Empire of Tekkit tried to impose an act called the "Childrens' Rights act" to its protectorate, Stopway. Now we procced to enumerate this acts' points.

-Marriage [will] indefinitely be defined as [the union] between 1 Man and 1 Woman
-Homosexual Civil Unions [are] to be rendered null and void immediately
-Citizens will be identified exclusively as the gender they were born as
-Pro-LGBTQIA advertisement be outlawed whether on television or in public
-Pro-LGBTQIA organized public demonstrations be prohibited
-The right of all adoption agencies to refuse homosexual, cohabitating, or poly-amorous couples

As soon as I get home I have to get a shower. Get rid of this filth that just got out of my mouth.

Anyways, leaving my feelings about the issue behind, the public reaponse in Stopway was, thankfully, universally negative, which caused a huge amount of backlash against the Government. So huge, in fact, Stopway is currently in a war of independence against Tekkit.

Now, as of the moment, we are still trying to update our knowledge of the current situation over there, but one of our member states, Azenyanistan, already entered the war supporting Stopway; while it is true that they started by supporting Tekkit, they changed sides after Kaisar Karl asked their Speaker to stop supporting them. No need to be worried, we aren't here to judge you, speaker.

We are here to decide what to do with this whole situation. What we are going to vote now is wether to condemn Tekkit or not. I should point out, however, that should anyone of you want to face this situation in a different way - say, lend armed support to the separatists or order an embargo against Tekkit, you are free to suggest another course of action and we will vote for it.

To our enlightened guests, however, I'm afraid to say you can't vote for this particular issue due to it being an inside affair, but we will gladly hear your opinions and suggestions about it.

"Everyone here has plans to fight Tekkit one way or another, so of course they are in favour of condemning them. Thanks for asking us first, that was reaaly professional." the premier said, looking at the rest of the leaders with disdain.

"Please, Nikolas, don't be too hard on them, they are new to all of this." The Kruchaun Premier grumbled but complied. Kaisar Karl then turned to the others. "Seeing how there isn't anything else to discuss, you are free to go. This Council is dismissed."

"No, not exactly that... look, so, I'll explain it: So the CUN starts a massacre in the IRA airport. Cirilla declares war on Azenyanistan, and gains land. Later on, the CUN are revealed to have been responsible, but despite Empress Cyri knowing this, she has decided to, rather than apologize and return the land, or at least apologize, she chooses to annex that land.
