NATO Alliance Proposal Area (Members of NATO only)

This thread, is for members, of the New Associated Torture Organization, who would like to present a proposal to the alliance, we will then vote on the motion, if the motion gets more then 50% of the votes, we will accept and adopt the motion. Any member is allowed to present a proposal, and all alliance members of NATO are encouraged to vote. Thank you.

To: Al Quidah
We hereby propose that CM is allowed to position some of it's own RRF (Rapid Response Force) near, or in, the borders of your country, as to help speed up calls for help, in case attacked by the 'World Police'. We would like to extend this offer to all members willing, so that a multinational force can be constructed for defence against warlike 'policing' nations. We also would like to note that any nation who wishes to do the same with CM is more than welcome to. We are not hypocrites.

I think this would be great for are alliance. I will be voting for this motion to be passed.

Proposal from the School Master: I think we should ease off on the tortureing for political reasons: "Its just not right! Well for citizens who has commited murder or rape and their is no evidince they haven't then ok but serouisly its just not right!"

For economic reasons: Sales director john puretan says "Countries will do less bussniues with us if they know your doing bad things to your citizens meaning if your doing good things to your citizens I.e makeing them happy bussniues will increase"
