Well, a Panzer tank would be obsolete by today's standards, not sure about the Leman Russ tank though.

And a Leman Russ isn't that big. You should see the Mars Super-Heavy tank (there's only 25 and producing more is helluva expenosive.) They do are unlikely to be mobilised, though; they are like mini WMDs.
