Sitting back down, Ryan took a sip of his tea. Working as a leader of a country is hard, but it must be done. He wasnt voted in with a 76% approval margin for nothing.
"I will see what I can do sir."

In our custom, an Emperor is truly an emperor once he is married, thus showing his ability to establish a relationship with not only the woman, but her family as well. Aster might solve that problem with Her Highness of Dashgrinaar soon enough" he laughed "Another variable is that we have separated religion from politics. The last thing the British did before they left is they allowed the Puritans absolute power in our government. We rebelled and for 150 years, humanism has been the official religion. But with this renaissance of culture and religion, Ilyiah worshipers like myself want a sense of cultural identity, as they were the minority for so long. There are two major factions, the Adherents, the Ilyiah worshipers who clamor for a pure Grayskull dynasty on every throne in Catania. The other is the Society of the Silenced, the Christians who wish to do the same only with Christianity. The lesser of the two evils would be the society, as the Adherents wish to spread their beliefs to the far reaches of the globe"

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Standing up, he shook Adams hand.
"This is not the most appropriate time to talk about this. We must set up another meeting. In the meantime, may I suggest applying for membership in the International Union?

Escorting Adam to the door, he found Helen standing outside.
"Helen! Come on in."
He didnt notice Aster

He offered his arm in the gentlemanly fashion and offered to walk, "Remember when I spoke to you of why I isolate myself from the throne? I spoke a half truth, for indeed I love the people and do everything in my power to help them...it is because of upcoming civil strife."

The two walked down the hall, and exited into the gardens, but before, she waved Ryan

"Civil strife? Why? Who would want to separate your country? I thought that Adam was a loved Emperor."

The other is the exact same, only less organized and Christian. Adam is Emperor in all but name, he must marry in order to truly begin his reign. Once he does, he can separate the terrorists from the loyalists. But Catania needs a sense of identity, for too long have we suppressed the basic urge to express oneself in the name of "political freedom". I fear that we have reaped what we've sown." They entered near a fountain glistening in the moonlight. Aster looked at the heavens and wonders what he must do.

Going back down into his study, ryan sat back down on his favorite chair, took another sip of his tea and started reading.

They entered the restaurant, and the hostess asked for their party number. Helen replied two, and asked if she could get a seat on the 5th floor terrace. She led them there and asked for drink orders.

"May I have a glass of sparkling water?"

"But it seems that you have your fair share of tragedy as well...I've researched much about your nation, yet the Ten Days remain a mystery to me. They have always been our main concern but now that they are in the north by Polar Svalbard and Andersite is just one city, and face it, its just a chunk of Doppler taken out. It was actually a part of Doppler for a while until they just left. Then we just let them be. But I think we are going to take one last chance at taking back what rightfully belongs to Doppler."

"My parents brought me here when I was young. It's truly one of my favorite places, on the shore of the city, a blend of the green, blue, and grey. At night, the usually have a string quartet or band play. What looks good to you on the menu?"
