Franz Karl von Bahnsburg has passed away today, after a crash in a racing car. The archduke of Alsmoda was the brother of Kaiser Frederick von Bahnsburg, and very close with the Emperor. Frederick will go into a period of mourning, and there will be a funeral soon.

However, the conversation in the Volksrat is that of who will succeed the throne on the death of Frederick,as the only clear relation is the Kaiser of Greater New Poland. However, most monarchs could lay claim to the throne. Currently, two clear factions have appeared on the issue; republicans, and electoral-monarchists, and any foreign claimant to the throne.

Frederick had no comment for the reporters and paparazzi.

In the recent tragic news of the heir dying, Kajzer Brian Polancy Bahnsburg have expressed his sadness that one of the Bahnsburg have died, and have issued all New Polandian flags to be flown half mast for the next 3 days to show respect to the dead heir. He is also expected to personally attend the funeral procession. On the subject of who is going to replace the heir of New Educandi, the Kajzer have a direct claim to the throne, as he is now the 2nd most senior member of the Bahnsburg house, but he have announced that he is NOT nominating himself to be the heir of New Educandi's crown. Instead, he is nominating his younger brother, Fürst Norman of Little Educandi, who is 3rd in line to the Polandian throne, to be the heir to the New Educandi crown.

Sources claim that the Kajzer do no favour a dual mornachy, as it is seen as a potential spark for future sucession of the Polandian crown. By nominating his younger brother, who has a minimal chance of ever inheriting the Polandian throne, he safeguard the Polancy Bahnsburg's continuation of the Polandian crown.

Officially though, the Royal Family did not comment on why the Kajzer is nominating his brother instead of the Kajzer himself, but Fürst Norman already accepted the Kajzer's nomination of him being the heir of New Educandi, quote "I am happy that my elder brother have entrusted me with his claim to the throne, and I accept his offer."

Ogneezistan Blockades Etxe!

Early this morning Sevda Zeynab, the Commissioner of the Interior Department, announced that it would be enacting a trade blockade on Etxe, the enclave state located on the border between the Interior and Bay Coast Departments. "We believe that the intentions of Etxe are not in our favor," explained Zeynab at her speech. "They have degraded into a satellite state for governments who wish our republic harm."

Etxe first declared independence in the 1970's, during the Second Ogneezistani Recession. The Etxe people are not related to the Ogneez peoples, nor any surrounding ethnicity. Since then they have relied on constant economic and military support from allied states such as the Maritime Commonwealth and other AITO members.

"Any and all aircraft found transporting goods or services to Etxe will be shot down," proclaimed Zeynab. "If they cannot provide for themselves, then they do not deserve to call themselves a state." Her speech was greeted with ferocious applause, the crowd in front of her sporting carrying hundreds of Ogneezistani flags.

The Ogneezistani Land Forces were deployed at noon to Etxe's perimeters. So far 7 people have been detained for attempting to escape into Ogneezistan.

The President of Etxe, Huron Blasanik, called the blockade a declaration of war. Lointania, Ustev, and the Maritime Commonwealth also condemned the action at different times in the day.

In a strongly worded letter regarding the recent news out of Ogneezistan and Etxe, the National Assembly has declared it's support for the Etxe Government and will aide them in anyway possible. They said that "Any action that may be seen as war will be treated as such, and the Nordic Commonwealth may take serious actions against the Ogneezistani Government." It is also rumored that more troops might be sent to the Nordic-Ogneez border, however no sources have confirmed this. The letter was written by Jhochim de Vacois, Gustaf Avklikar, Jean-Baptiste de Zervaci, and Maria da Vazou, it was later sent, after approval, to the Queen where it was also approved.

"The Commonwealth hopes to have backing from the AITO, if not, we are prepared to do whatever it takes to save the people of Etxe, if they do not wish to be part of Ogneezistan again then the Ogneez Government must follow their wishes." Jean-Baptiste de Zercavi said in a Press Conference. "If it does break out into another conflict in Ogneezistan, we must be prepared for a bloody fight."

Early this morning, citizens fled from their homes as the sounds of tanks rolled through civilian streets. Although the Ogneezistani government has made no official comment regarding the incident, Etxe officials claim that the Etxe International Airport, located on the nation's western border, has been taken control by Ogneezistani forces. The Etxe military has been mobilized to the scene, where there is currently fire being exchanged between the two nations. No declaration of war has been issued by either side. Etxe civilian militias have also been reported as participating in the conflict.

Almost immediately after the Ogneezistani invasion of Etxe, the small state of Ustev announced its intention to apply for membership of the Maritime Commonwealth.

Ustev, a nation consisting almost entirely of Ogneez peoples, was part of both Ogneezistan and the former Kingdom of Gatito in the past. It was first given ceded to Ogneezistan following the great war, however its population was extremely dissatisfied with the republican government of Ogneezistan, and swore loyalty to King Gatito II. It gained independence from the then-weak government in the early 70's and has asked to unify with Gatito seven times now.

Following the recent Etxe crisis, the Maritime Commonwealth announced its intention to allow Ustev to join the Commonwealth. A referendum is currently being held in the nation over if Ustev is to join as an independent commonwealth state or as part of the Gatiton MCS. The Ustevian government announced its intention to ratify the Commonwealth's constitution tonight.

Prince Schneizel has spent time before in the Greater Germany, being one of the Thracian Princes closest to that country, and the Thracian newspapers and press have approved the Emperor's decision to back someone that would be better for the German Throne. Prince Schneizel himself has declared that he his proud of the faith the Emperor has put in him, and he also declared that he considers Greater Germany to be his second home, and if he would be chosen as the new heir, he would do anything in order to bring Greater Germany where it belongs,together with the most powerful countries in this world.

Despite harsh threats by neighboring nations, Ogneezistan has completed its invasion of Etxe. This morning the military forces swept through the small nation's countrysides at surprising speeds, reaching the urbanized capital by mid afternoon. They were met with powerful opposition from the national guard and civilian militias, however they succeeded in entering and occupying the presidential palace by 4:30, and announced that Etxe had ceased to exist shortly after. Many politicians have fled to embassies located within the city, while others have escaped into the eastern countryside, which has yet to be taken control of by Ogneezistan. Presently there is major conflict within the streets of the capital, as well as along the eastern border of Etxe. Meanwhile, several aircraft squadrons have been deployed to the northern Ogneez border. Reports say that they are countering the Nordic aerial assaults.

Elsewhere in the peninsula, the nation of Ustev has cut off all border traffic with Ogneezistan.

It began late last night. Protests rocked the nation of Ogneezistan, hundreds of thousands of people marching in the streets against the extremely unpopular Ogneezistani occupation of Etxe. Multiple government offices were raided by the protesters. This prompted the military to retreat from Etxe to help quell the riots. By 7 am the military had killed over a thousand protesters in the streets. News of this spread to the rest of the country, enraging more and more civilians.

At 11:34 am all of the commissioners of the departments of Ogneezistan (Sevda Zeynab, Konul Hüseyn, İlkin Samir, and Tural Elçin), were killed by their own bodyguards within seconds of each other. Only a minute later, the speaker of the council and leader of the nation, Alí Murad, was assassinated by General Supreme Myerodov Rashidov, the commander of the Ogneezistan military. The Republican Assembly, the legislative body of the former Ogneezistani government, was in session during this event. Four gunmen opened fire from various positions in the assembly room, while two hidden timebombs were detonated seconds later. All 201 of the former assemblymen and women were confirmed dead. The Ogneezistani military quickly fell into disarray as soldiers who supported the former government and those who supported the General Supreme fought among themselves in the streets. The military of Ustev was quickly mobilized into the nation, assisting the coup supporters in hunting down pro-government factions. More to come later tonight.

The Volksrat of Greater Germany has passed, today, a law that has changes to the holder of the Monarchy of Germany.

The changes are as follows:

Should the Emperor of Greater Germany be sovereign of another state, for said Emperor to assume the command of the military, he or she or they must:
-Move to the Capital District of Greater Germany. Should the Emperor move, they will rescind all commands they enjoy as Monarch.
-The Emperor must know German
-The Emperor must change his or her or their surname to "von Bahnsburg" to assume and title of Monarchy or any title that would lead to Monarchy (i.e.; Archduke of Alsmoda)

These laws are not prohibitory to take the Crown; rather, if the Monarch does not do these things, they will keep the title of Emperor, but will enjoy no command.

They have yet to be signed by the Kaiser in his grief, but he is expected to sign them, as well as announce the next heir to the throne.

Ogneezistan is no more. Following the execution of almost all of its former political leaders, Myerodov Rashjadov officially signed the papers declaring Ogneezistan to have ceased to exist early this morning. In its place, a new communist government.

Rashjadov mentioned that he was an avid supporter of Marxist theory, claiming that the military coup d'etat was part of a plan that he and other top generals had been developing for over a decade. "The invasion of Etxe actually gave us the opportunity that we had been waiting for. Otherwise the operation would have had to have happened about three years from now," said the Governor General this morning. One of the nation's first actions was to withdraw its forces from Etxe. Etxe, Ustev, and the Maritime Commonwealth recognized the new government shortly afterward.

"I believe that we are ready to see a new dawn," said Rashjadov. "The days of the corrupt republics of Ogneezistan are no more, that sun has disappeared below the horizon, never to be seen again. However in its place shall rise the glorious path of communism, leading the new Central Aurora to an age of prosperity."

With the announcement of the new Kaiser in the KGD, Trochev revealed his approval of the new Kaiser, even saying, "It's good to see a new face, the other guy was getting bland." He has been scrutinized for this but those journalist have taken a sudden vacation.
Trochev has also mentioned visiting Celibrae in a diplomatic mission to bring the two country even closer. Trochev even wants a traditional military parade to take place in the capital/

Early today, the New Polandian Government have announced that they are withdrawing from the international stage; quote,

" We are better off being alone, and will withdraw our diplomats from around the world, and we would only keep trade to a bare minimum"

No doubt that this announcement have serious implication in what Greater New Poland can do in the future, and it is expected that there will be a massive recall of diplomats from New Polandian foreign offices, and the billions worth of trade that is lost. The government has no comment whenever if it will still maintain it's international membership in regional and interregional organizations, but it is expected to make an announcement on that matter soon.

Today, fascists protesting against the corrupt, pro-capitalist government have stormed the Parliament and declared a revolution. Inside the parliament MPs are butchered by the fascists. The military for now does not seem to be against the rebels, and it is rumored that the military leaders are in support of the fascists. So far the Imperial palace is left untouched by the fascists, but intelligence suggest that it is the fascist's next target. What is left of the democratic government has fled in exile, with most landing in nearby Mallaska and Atlantica.

It is also exposed that the recent government announcement of isolation is made under pressure from the fascist group. It is to be seen to what the fascist group plans to do after they solidified their control over Greater New Poland.

In light of the fascist revolution in Greater New Poland, the Federal Eastern Union has left its actions regarding the fascist regime on the table. The Federal Eastern Union Defense Forces, however, has taken a step further; it has commenced the annual Raging Phoenix Exercise throughout Balhai Province, at the northeastern coasts of the nation. An estimated total of 240,000 active military personnel - including roughly 2,000 personnel from the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) - are said to be involved in the three-week-long exercise.

In a show of unity all major parties within the Timistanian duma joined in a shared condemnation of the fascist revolution currently ongoing in Greater New Poland. Premier Nikolai Tasarov of the ruling Timistanian Unity Coalition called upon all law abiding nations to work towards the restoration of law and order within the now fascist controlled state.

The opposition in a slightly more outspoken response called for an international peacekeeping force to be sent to Poland

"We must all be on guard against the rise of fascism and this uprising is a very serious threat to all humane and law abiding nations" said opposition leader Samir Renkov.

Raventsvan Premier Aleksandr Zhelezo weighs the benefits and consequences of a military incursion into Greater New Poland in order to crush the fascist insurgency taking place there.

Although a longtime ally to the United Socialist States of Raventsvo - the Capitalist government of Greater New Poland has been somewhat of an annoyance to Premier Zhelezo, particularly the monarchy.

The fire on the Western Palace

Last night, a fire broke out in the Western Palace, killing over 200 people. It is also reported that the royal family, with the notable exception of the Kajzer Brian and this younger brother, Fürst Norman have also been killed by the fire. Though it is suspected that foul play is involved, nothing has been said because the fascist dictatorship pretty much silenced the media.

The Kajzer, hearing the news, have died of a heart attack in New Educandi. This leaves Fürst Norman as the sole heir to the New Polandian throne. So far he haven't commented on what is happening back home.

With the last bastion of the previous government fallen, experts say that the transition of power towards the fascist dictatorship will be swift and quick.
