Technically, the founders are the nations. So put a list of the founding nations. If you want, make a list of component companies that make up Grunder. Technically, it can only maintain that altitude with an orbital burn (i.e. flying around the earth like a space ship) because at that altitude there's no air for the wings to lift. It can get there, but if there's no orbital burn it'll fall back to earth.
