I do think we should divide the Azen capital between each of us a la West/East Berlin. Would make for some more interesting storytelling, I'd say.

But why would you care for one person, i would care if a convoy was attacked by enemy forces but 1 soldier who is in the FDR forces I would care less about him as it was probably a accident or something

The sun was high in the sky on the eastern edge of the Western States. A proud nation, born from the the kicking and screaming death of the former United States. A nation whose dead embers kindled the fire of a new order, an order of strength and independence. Sgt. Kuster hefted his M4 carbine, the grenade launcher on the front made the balanced weapon tilt forward. He moved with determination towards the border. A report had come that Columbian troops were getting a little to close and it was up to Sgt. Kuster and his team to investigate. There had been reports of border skirmishes and Kuster knew men who had been involved. Adrenaline began to pump into his veins as the Humvee his team was in closed the distance. It was a vast one, and there were open spots on many areas, this was no different. A god forsaken piece of dirt and golden grass, torn by the sun. The arid heat pecked at Kusters face, causing his facial paint to slip a little. He sipped on a bottle of water before closing it with a cap slowly, seeing out in the distance another scout vehicle, no doubt Columbian.
" There..." He said pointing, but the driver already knew where to go. Once they reached firing distance of their target they abruptly stopped, some dust kicked up. No doubt their enemy had seen this and took the same precautions, hoping out of their vehicle and seeking cover behind scorching rocks. The situation was tense, the two rival teams of soldiers pointing in each others directions. Then, without warning, gunfire began to erupt. Nobody would ever know for sure who fired the first shot, only claims by each others respective nations. One thing was for certain, they were now in a fight to the death. The sound of rounds crackled around Kuster as he barked one of his soldiers to open up with his M249. The squad automatic began to rattle in destructive bursts. Kusters eyes were filled with adrenaline as he raised the M4, peeking down the sights trying to keep his eyes on the sites. He squeezed off a round, hitting one of his enemies, but it wasn't enough to kill the man, only make him stumble before he felt fire throughout his body. He looked down to see two holes, one through his heart and the other his ribs. Kuster fell face first into the dirt, his last breath kicking up dust. But this wasn't the end. Eventually his enemy succumbed to his wounds during the fighting and slumped against the Columbian scout vehicle, rifling dangling from his neck. Screams erupted in anger as both sides hurled lead at super velocity's in an effort to silence their enemies cry's of anger.
Private Jackson, reached down and rolled his Sgt over to see his greivous wounds. Rounds kicked up around near him, he turned aiming his M16A4 towards his fore, the green reticle of the ACOG flickered and shook as he breathed. He squeezed and his shot made it home as a puff of pink mist erupted from a mans head in the distance. The SAW's chatter fire came to a halt, the gunners face shredded by return fire, but his victim wasn't looking good either, a Columbian lay out in the field, his body riddled and leaking with blood, the buzzards would feast soon. Jackson hopped back into the Humvee, a stray round catching his shoulder as he got in. He almost didn't feel it, his heart raced from the heat of combat. His other teammate, Private Kory was able to drag Kuster's body into the back of the vehicle before peeling off and returning back to the closest checkpoint. The other bodies would have to wait for the cover of night for extraction teams...

Well either way if someone was to get killed I would have to join in, as FDR and I have a alliance, but I just wanted to use the guy for a story akin to:North Calaveras wrote:The Shot Heard Round The West(Image)

Interesting but can you really afford to support a war, with a good chunk of money going to Grunder industries and another half going into your companies to make the stuff for Grunder.
Also other reasons aswell
