Forbidding your citizens to travel to nations you have some beef on, would be considered oppressive since you are taking their liberty of traveling wherever they want as a individual... which reminds me you should decrease your hostilities against UoAE.....

I don't know, many countries do it, or at least discourage you traveling to countries they don't like.

They do and if they want to follow the mentality of "liberty" and "freedom" like many democracies like to entail they aren't doing it right, unless it was really justifiable.

If it makes you feel any better, I base my relationships based on how the government treats the people and other nations. Your country seems okay to me even if your navy isn't the best.

I meant unionist Azenyanistan. The exceptions are the following:

-The instauration of the Unionist Milittia (all citizens receive military training so they can defend themselves in case they are invaded, plus survival lessons and basic medical training since they are 13. When they reach 18, they are taught to use weapons. S-Some choose to learn how to operate tanks at 17)
-Compulsory classes of Common (english) plus whatever language spoken in the Union they wish to learn
-Free education and school material
-Total separation between religious affairs and state
-The offering of a seat of the Federal Council to the Speaker (who would regain her title).
-And the implementation of the Unionist Commissariat, a political group that would represent citizens and protect them from abusses of power.

And I mean those inner workings are up to Azenyanistan and those nations, not me. I'll just intervine if Azen asks me to, or if they are attacked.

So u make them join military as well?

More like survival skills, self defense, first aid and what to do if X or Y happens. They do learn to use tanks and weapons, but when they turn 16;besides, the military is voluntary. They only take up on arms if they are invaded.
