Again, technically. Azenyanistan has a huge level of independence with the exception of some small things here and there. The main thing is that now I protect them.

It depends of what kind of people he sends; i.e. if I sent a liyomese army (that I won't, because I don't want to get clay), who are a mixture of real life Finnish and Skyrim's nords, then that wouldn't be too much of a problem.

Action that was caused due to a combination of factors sich as pressures from her people, the power the CUN held over Cirilla, tensions with Azenyanistan and emotional exhaustion due to having just finished created the Anoran Union.

She still has part of the blame, just not all of it.
