Sigh then why'd you accept, if you leave you can't come back without some consequence. ICly what it means is that you can't be seen with the Main Powers and can't trust them, those nations will hiss when you turn your back. The Main Powers isn't another alliance with vague terms, it's about friendship, strength, nuity, and etc. Every single one has each other backs. Actually, since you set the price of leaving so high, you've lost people with jobs rather than ones without jobs. Specifically, white collar workers who could very well pay the fines. You've just lost a lot of important administrators, positions that require some good education and work experience. So now you just have a bigger unemployment problem...

And, meanwhile I am getting a massive flow of white-collar workers and laborers, so my economy will go up.

You're right. I shouldn't have accepted it in the first place. Having no power to prevent other nations from taking away more land from Azen since I'm their ally as well.
But since leaving will only get things worse, I'm just going to stay.

After the annexation of Azenyanistan, many trained but unemployed Malayans flocked into the area and replaced every Azen workers.
