We won't bar Azenyanis from serving, but under the terms they wouldn't be Azenyanis, they'd have to revoke their citizenship and loyalty to Azenyanistan and become Arkanan citizens. And there's be enough suspicion to bar them from holding certain jobs or positions in the ADF for quite some time.

Well you decide when you go to war, so when you want to go to war you could just say you have a larger military, or just say state militias that don't count as military. Plus 3.5 million allows you to have like 2.5 million infantry which could easily defend against an invasion, and launch a counter-attack.

azens do not care if the tank is ugly or not, can it drive well, can it engage targets, can it be awesome? can azens make the tank awesome? if yes, the azens are gonna volunteer

To be honest,if your women joins the Tangaliro Foreign Legion you will probably be issued a modification of weapons you guys are used to,and having your own command(exclusive to Azen division).But you will get same level of training of the other troops and learn some other types of tactics.
