You really expect me that if the islands are 200km from your mainland, I will just only attack the islands and not hit your mainland, from which majority of backup will come?

If you retaliate then so do I. At this moment I am pretty sure that SACTO has much bigger arsenal when it comes both to WMDs and conventional weaponry than you have.

200km means that you will be waging war from the mainland, thus, expect me to hit it - for from strategic point of view hitting only your forces at islands and not mainland does not make sense.

Its a war crime to attack one that is unarmed and marked as a hospital. That said, Ardoki mentioned earlier he plans on committing war crimes, so we might want to protect ours.

That being said, some countries (NS I mean currently) may consider them active military threat one way or another and shoot them dead anyways. But Riysa is correct on the standards, though im sure if this was RL that countries would be given permission first before actually sending their ships since things could end rather badly if not annoyingly. And if my memory serves right, Ardoki would more then likely shoot the thing since he plans to commit war crimes anyways.
