I would quite frankly love to RP a city - state based of Singapore located in the Northern Area, which would not be de facto part of the islands, but would be invaded alongside escalation for "supporting the counter - revolutionaries".
Did you see my map? There is one island where this could probably work.
Also, Ardoki, when you say "80% Ardokian, 20% immigrant"; you are speaking in purely racial/ethnic terms, right? Not in terms of support?

Our expeditionary force will consist of 5 corps - Though only 3 are located on the archipelago (the other 2 are reserves which may be put into play if necessary).
We will stick to control of the cities and towns (where at least 75% of the population reside) - Largely ignoring the countryside where the insurgency exists and will expand from. Last year, we annihilated all arable land and crops - Ensuring that the people have to rely on food shipments from the UASR in order to survive. There is a minority of the population of the archipelago who support the UASR. This consists of Ardokian nationalists who want to rejoin with their Ardokian comrades as part of the UASR, and the migrant workers (about 20% of the population) who were treated horribly (such as no civil rights and very low wages and working conditions) by the Ardokian majority/elite.

Plus mainland UASR is a little bigger than Northern Ireland (only 3/5ths are actually deployed).

We control the cities and towns, while the insurgents control the countryside (though we have some degree of control through our monopoly on food and supplies) - The war will focus on the battle for control of the roads between the towns/cities.

I was talking about the ones deployed.
I counted up your "divisions", assuming each division had 50 attack helicopters the total came out to be 500 attack helicopters.
For example, the U.S. Army has just under 800 attack helicopters, mostly AH-64 Apaches but also counting modified MH-60's used by SOCCOM.
I'm am not 100% sure, but I don't think they ever had more than 1/4th of that deployed at any given time...
And I thought it was the islands that were roughly the size of NI? If not that makes it even worse, lol.
