Yawn... It's a professional volunteer military, supplemented by civil service personnel who perform non-combat roles. Going by NSeconomy I have a military of more than 150 million personnel, be glad I found that far to absurd a number and self limit. If NSstats website still existed I'd be able to pull up numbers for each branch as well.

I would never send 30 million all at once. I'm not in the business of abandoning all other posts just for some moderately sized war. Besides, North Arkana has the means and the will to support the forces I deploy now, and larger forces which may be deployed later.

Adverse economic effects start occurring when the percentage of military personnel is 3 percent or larger of the population. At 1 percent military population, North Arkana avoids these effects. These are accepted norms of nation-level war RP on NS. Besides, the 30 million number you seem to be mistaking for active personnel. It includes the reserves.
