Alright to speed things up I'm going to round up the questionaire.

I will put up a new IC thread after I have an OP ready. I can use the OP of chapter 2, or I can make another one. What would you all prefer?
I will also make codexes for ships, planets, species and technology. When making those I will post questions needed to fill those in.

story wise i think we should start the reboot after all nations have developed FTL travel thru the use of the alien technology.

I won't suggest a full reboot but a partial one, we could add to the backstory of what's happened thus far and maybe some civilzations close to each other have met while others are gearing up for war either with each other or against the Outsiders.

I open up portal to your universe, have anti matter weapons, have extremely powerful ships, have 1500 Kilometer ships, and can take apart planets. Also I have planet sized factories.
I am already in The Landfish Colony's lore, who i have RPed with before.
