That condemnation will definitely shake things up for us. It takes a lot to get a condemnation from Watersville, let alone to be placed on the terrorist organisation list, but I feel that it is necessary in this case.

To be fair, the main reason Caracasus is pissed off is because (to the best of their knowledge) during a cease-fire, a refugee camp was attacked by The Ghosts, followed by the kidnapping of two aid workers and their subsequent grisly murder.

Well, the refugee camp was shelled, in the confusion Ghost operatives kidnapped two aid workers. The Ghosts have proven themselves capable of such attacks previously. All possible evidence points to The Ghosts.

I give DoW full control of the Ghosts of Oehiton, Tekeristan remnants/prisoners, and so on. This roleplay has only grown to be stressful and is no longer fun for me. So according to my lifestyle I will begin to cut it away from my life. I have gained nothing and lost plenty.

I will operate diplomatically. I gave Bohemoravia permission to deal with the 14 pilots and the 'leftovers' of the prisoners captured by the ghosts. I will only war in self-defense. I will no longer do any more intrigue. I will no longer deal with any intense negotiations.
