Just a suggestion - could it be changed to an attack on Opplandian assets overseas? Perhaps an oil refinery owned by Opplandia?

Well, the issues that Opplandia had to the reality of the post were as follows:

1) Opplandia doesn't have nuclear reactors

2) Opplandian home security is tighter than a duck's arse at present

3) It takes quite a while to get to Opplandia.

Surely the above situation proves at least a compromise?

Number 2 makes oil platform a bad idea for a terrorist strike to happen on, sabatoge is more likely.
